So on Labor day, nowhere near closing time I had called them to A. See if they were even open and B. See if any of the employees could fill my propane tank.So when I called them the person I talked to said yes they were open and yes the two staff members there could fill propane tanks. I said Cool I will be there in five minutes. I then proceeded to load up my tank and drove the two minutes it takes to get there. But when I get there no one was at the propane station, so I got the tank out and set it next to my vehicle and then went inside to find no one there either, the doors were open so I thought someone must be here and I knocked on the bathroom door no one answered, I looked in the office and also found no one. After about three minutes of me looking around the property still not finding anybody I said F this and went back home to use the charcoal grill.TL,DR Couldnt find anyone on the property to fill my propane tank and then proceeded to leave.

I had reserved a truck for a move and I was running behind. As I was on my way to pick up the truck (20 minutes after pick-up time) they called to tell me they cancelled my reservation and they didnt have any other trucks for me. If you are going to cancel reservations after 20 minutes past, you should put a pick up time notice on your orders. There was no where on the reservation stating I needed to be there by a certain time or it would be cancelled.

Worst U-haul location ever. I made a reservation to have a hitch installed on my Jeep Grand Cherokee and ended up wasting 3 full days. Day 1: dropped off vehicle first thing in the morning only to get a call later in the day to let me know nothing was done because the hitch was bent and could not be installed. Scheduled a second visit for the following week and asked Chris if it would be completed then, he guaranteed me it would unless the part was faulty again. Day 2 (Thursday), drop off vehicle first thing in the morning, status in all day, only to find out that he broke a bolt. Chris tells me he has ordered it and can get to it tomorrow/Friday guarantee. I remind him i need it done before Saturday and he guarantees itll be done. Day 3, drop it off, stays in all day and Chris calls me to tell me he couldnt find the bolt after telling me earlier that he had already found one at a different U-haul. 3 days wasted and nothing completed. The only thing they did was break a part. I ended up having to rent a vehicle to tow the trailer. The only thing they did right was to process my refund and eventually replace the broken bolt. I had to remind him of a VIP coupon he had offered as an apology. Sorry to say, but i lost my trust in U-haul. Sucks that there arent many options.

Custom hitch installed without issue by Chris. I had left stuff in the back so he graciously made a prompt follow-up appointment to install the wiring harness the next day so I could remove it. Through walkthrough of usage and warranty as well. Only ding is that the place is in need of a deep clean and reorganization.

Once again tried to get propane and they have a BS reason they couldn’t stop chatting with their friend to pump it. I’ve come here countless times over the last 6 years and not once have I been able to get propane. Why bother spending the money certifying and maintaining your tanks if you will literally never sell propane. Thanks for nothing, Roger.

I had a great experience renting a U-Haul overnight from this location. The guy working there is super friendly and helpful, I accidentally left my wallet in the U-Haul and he gave me a ring to get it back to me. One of my better U-Haul experiences

If I could go lower than 1 star I would, this company is a bunch of crooks who just want to get as much money out of you as possible, I’ve spent over 900 dollars on a 550 dollar rental and when I try to get my money back I get sent back to the same people over and over who try to tell me that the money is on hold with my bank but when I contact my bank they don’t have any record of it. These horrible excuses of a business has stolen over 400 dollars and when I try to get it back I either get hung up on or get absolutely 0 help

Patrick and the ladies there are super helpful. They had the products that I was looking for at a reasonable price. Patrick even showed me how to install some of the components.They seem to be really busy, so dont take it personally if they arent as friendly as you like.Get over yourself.At least they are TRYING.

Do yourself a favor and DO NOT GO HERE. If I could give negative stars, I would. I do not write reviews because Ive never had a horrendous experience like this before... I made a reservation online a month out from when I would need a trailer hitch installed. The day of my appointment (one month later), I received a call saying they dont have the parts and they need a week to reschedule.A week later, on the day of the newly rescheduled appointment, I received a call saying they still dont have the parts. I dont understand the lack of foresight here. There was no respect for my time in notifying me the day of that the parts were still not available.Another week goes by, and I finally drop my car off to get the hitch installed. Just to get a call several hours later saying they were unable to install the hitch and I would need to take my car in to have the bolts cleaned so they could finish their installation. I had at this point waited three weeks past my initial appointment (that was made a month ahead of time) just to hear I need to go somewhere else and spend more money so that Uhaul could do their job.I picked up the parts I had purchased through Uhaul after a horrible interaction with the employees who do not know what inventory they have, or what parts they are even looking at. I waited patiently over an hour for an employee to talk with his manager on his cellphone, ON SPEAKER, with other customers around us. The employee needed to ask what parts were what on my receipt and if he could give them to me... what?!I took my car to a dealership and they told me to never use a Uhaul again, that there was nothing wrong with the bolts on my car and that this Uhaul in particular should not be allowed to install hitches or conduct any other car maintenance. I took my car in to a garage and they installed a hitch in 30 minutes flat. No rescheduling, no confusion period.Unfortunately no one else will install Uhaul equipment, but I eventually returned all of the purchased items and received a refund after hours of back-and-forth with Uhaul Support. All in all, do not go here. I cannot be more honest.

I was getting a propane refill and my experience was great. There was only one employee so I had to wait a little but my overall experience was great. He helped a couple right before me and it didnt bother me to wait. Once he helped me, he offered to carry, refill and load my tank for me. I dont know if it was because I was pregnant but he didnt mention it. It was quick and easy. Great service here and Ive been coming here for years. Parking may be a little tough here but it wasnt busy when I came so I found a spot.

We scheduled a month in advance to pick up a truck at 9 am on August 2nd, 2020. We hired movers (separately) to start at 10 am. The manager of this location never showed up. Around 10:30 an employee comes to help the crowd of people waiting at the door. He was an employee of a different store that corporate sent to help out when they realized no one showed up and the store was still closed. Because of uhaul, we ended up having to pay our movers for an additional hour ($100) to stand around and wait for us to get there with the truck.

Paid for a hitch install on the 8th of June this year. They rescheduled multiple times saying they didnt have one in stock. Finally today we were supposed to get the hitch installed at 9:30am. We showed up early and found a crowd waiting in the parking lot. The store hours said they opened at 9 am today but as of 9:45 am they had not opened and nobody was answering the phone and calls were rolling to the central uhaul number.Corporate uhaul gave me a refund on the money I paid on the hitch (something the local employees said needed manager approval to do) and Im taking my business elsewhere.

We showed up for our truck rental and 20 minutes after our appointment time, someone finally shows up and talks to us. Then, come to find out that the calling agency that we booked the truck with completely misquoted us and it was going to be an extra $200-500 and they did not have that truck at this location. My experience with U-Haul has yet to be a pleasant one with the several interactions I have had. This location in particular is very slow, not accommodating, and reeks of weed the second you step into the store. U-Haul needs to learn how to handle their customers appropriately, quote correctly and not just try to make a sale.

I brought my vehicle here to install a hitch that was ordered at the scheduled time. I was told to come back 2 hours later then I waited 3.5 hours to get a hitch installed incorrectly. 4 out of the 6 bolts were used hitch was 4 inches lower on one side. Next day i went back to get fixed the excuse was 2 bolt holes rusted and it should have never been installed. Bottom line I would Not ever go here, I took my vehicle to Lampert hitches. Installed correctly with all 6 bolts and the bolts not being an issue and it was done in 40 min if not sooner.Uhaul had the worst customer service ive seen in a while.

Fellow salvage worker was picking up trailer lights as I was needing propane, than kool s so much for helping everyone quickly, effectively, and efficiently. My truck was scheduled to be picked up at 9:00AM on Aug.2. The employee never showed up to the location. By the time I left at 9:45, there were over 15 people waiting to pick-up rentals, return rentals, etc in the parking lot. When I talked to a customer service agent that day, she said Id be credited $50 to my account and booked me a truck at a nearby location. I have not received the $50 credit to date, although I did follow-up with customer service today.

Lane the mechanic went above and beyond to help me. Fit me in for a wiring repair between his other scheduled appointments to ensure that I got on the road in time. He was very kind, patient, and professional about it. Seriously, the guy saved my butt. Thank you for excellent service!

I want to refill my propane bottle and I had my bottle re tested with asticker and he would not fill my bottle. he said that I could put those sticker on there made me feel like a thief, and said you could only get retested at subaran, I told him he was wrong. anyway please train your people how to treat people and understand the rule. I guess he was above the law and decided not to fill my tank. This place is terrible and I will come back with my bottle and he treat me like this again there was be a lawsuit for a number of reasons.

I would rate it at zero stars but that is not an option. Pour costumer service. Was waved to the side to let other costumers go first even though we were there longer. They did not even talk to us until 20 minutes after our appointment time. Then they messed up our reservation but assured us they could fix it for an extra $500. Never going there again.

These guys are awesome I came in at 730 to pick up a part for a hitch Install at another location. After getting here and them looking me up they told me I was Schedule the following day at their store instead of the store I originally tried to go to. Since this was an emergency I wasnt sure what I was going to do I explain to them my situation and the gentleman when outside looked for the hitch I needed for my vehicle and started installing within 5 minutes anytime I need anything from you haul this will be the store I go to Amazing people that I dealt with at this location are named Justin and Brianna. Saving me the trip to another store who put me in the wrong day and the wrong location. Once again these guys saved my day and were super friendly while being more helpful then any service Ive received in months. Also quoted 100$ less and they backed it

Horrible! Worst U-Haul I have ever used. Poor customer service. Staff was not very knowledgeable or seem to know what they were doing. I was way over charged and charged multiple times for my rental. I even showed them the charges on my bank app when returning the truck. They were closing and said cant do anything call the manger tomorrow. I called sat on hold for almost 30 minutes to hear she is busy and will call you back. Two days later no call back and I was charged again for the truck rental. Still trying to talk to a manager. Sitting on hold for 25 minutes as I am typing this. Go somewhere else, there are a couple down the street

We’ve rented two trucks from this location, the first we reserved online, and the second I couldn’t get an appointment online as soon as I wanted. So I just walked in, and in 10-15 minutes I was all set. Both times I’ve been there, the staff was friendly, and got us in and out quickly.The only thing I don’t like is the small parking lot, I was asked to park across the street. Not a huge deal, just a minor inconvenience.

Have you noticed that corporate America doesn’t even try anymore? They used to bend over backwards to ensure that customers got the best possible service, selection, etc. Today, they treat us as if we’re a nuisance they have to put up with and don’t even defend their dirty tricks and flat-out lies. I could be discussing any corporate enterprise in the States today, but this review is all about U-Haul corporate and the terrible position they put their franchise owners in every single day. They make a reservation for a truck and call 15 minutes before I’m to pick it up telling me that corporate rented my truck to someone else. This was the manager of the lot, by the way, corporate couldn’t be bothered to call me – even though they’d already taken my credit card info. Long story short, corporate quotes a price on their site that’s completely bogus - $29 a day? Really? Then how come all you kept asking me was how many hours I’d use it, what time it would be back, and if I missed that time I’d be charged again? So, in short, corporate U-Haul is a total joke and not worth your time or stress. It would be just as cheap, and far less frustrating, to go with another company for your move. They’re everywhere today and much better than U-Haul from a service standpoint, so save yourself the trouble of dealing with U-Haul corporate and their “we could care less” approach to service. If you can go directly to a local U-Haul and deal with the actual people who put their names behind these franchises the you’re in business. Those owners care and go the extra mile for you – even removing bogus charges pushed by corporate. They’re the real losers here. They work hard and do their best and their corporate office does nothing but try to make them look bad. That’s U-Haul corporate for you – so bad that their own franchisees have to apologize for them. Run away from U-Haul corporate – run far, far away.

Ordered a trailer hitch online. Showed up for my reservation and was told that their installer didnt work on Mondays. What? Fine. Chris rescheduled for Tuesday. Showed up on Tuesday. Installer told me they had only one hitch for my vehicle but it was for somebody who had reserved earlier. Waited while he tried to find another one in stock. Finally gave up to go to work and he was to call me when he located one. Havent received a call back and now when customer service tries to help (20 minutes on hold) they were not able to access my account. After two trips there (30 minute drive) I have no hitch, no appointment, and no information. Abysmal. Called again and hear customer service say ... need to get rid of that fu**er before she said hello and then disconnected the call. Guessing she wasnt talking about me but was the same result.At least that time I was only on hold for 6 minutes.

I went last Sunday 7/30 and it was a busy mess. There were two employees, one of the two in training on a very busy weekend. I waited in line for over an hour to find no truck available because I was not smart enough to reserve on online. The employees did there best but just had more customers then they could handle. I left, scheduled a truck for thge following Saturday 8/5. The store had more staff and this transaction went very smooth with the knowledge of the need to reserve on online for best service. The staff was friendly and helpful.

I rented a trailer here a few weeks back and they were great! The sales person we worked with walked us through everything and gave us tips on how to drive with this attached to my truck! He went out of his way and that impressed me.This building has been updated and looks clean and modern. The parking lot is small so returning this is tuff as I had to back this up into a small spot but 2 employees helped guide me in. A+ for service..

Yelling SIR, DONT BRING THAT IN HERE, ILL WAIT ON YOU OUTSIDE WHEN IM DONE IN HERE!, not a real good first impression.We were looking for a location to refill a propane tank, saw this place, had never been before. pulled into parking lot and after not finding any one near the propane area, my husband proceeded to enter the store front, where he was rudely yelled at. No hi sir, if you need a refill or to exchange for propane, please wait outside someone will be with you asap. We promptly leftWe instead took our business to the gas station acrossed the street, where apparently one of their employees works, and even apologized for the behavior demonstrated by his coworker.

Dont bother going to this location they took my $400 and then refused to do the work when I showed up for my appointment. I had an appoint scheduled a week in advance and took off a half day from work to have a trailer hitch installed because restore indicated that I had to stay throughout the work being done rather than just dropping it off. I called the store many times to confirm the appointment, but when I showed up there was no technician there to do the work. When I asked for a refund a very rude employee refused and said there was nothing he could do. I left the store and it took me an hour on the phone with U-Haul corporate customer service to finally get a refund. If you value your time, dont bother going to this uhaul location. I still have not been contacted by the general manager to resolve the problem.

Go somewhere else and save yourself a lot of trouble. We made an online appointment for a trailer hitch installation and had to put in a credit card # to hold the reservation. Upon arrival to the facility for the appointment they said the installation person was actually off for the day. We decided to install the hitch ourselves since we had driven over 30 mins to the store so purchased the hitch there at the store and went home. When we looked at our credit card statement we found out our card has actually been charged TWICE....it got charged for the hitch & hitch installation reservation we made online ($200) and then again for the hitch we got at the store. After 7-8 phone calls made to the store and the call center this still hasnt been fixed. We have been erroneously charged an extra $200 and no one seems able to correct it. Extremely frustrating. I would give them no stars if I could. Go somewhere else!!!!!

I made a reservation for 20” truck on 8/11 for 8/31. I got a confirmation number and all. When I went to pick up the truck the personal told me I made a reservation for the 14”. They refused to give me the 20” stating I needed to make a different reservation. I took the truck and found a different location that did give me the 20” truck. Then returned the truck to this location. This meant driving to Louisville. What’s the point of making a reservation? Horrible customer service. Bad experience for the first time using Uhaul.

Hands down the worst customer service I have ever received.I was charged for damages that were documented upon the INITIAL rental agreement. The young man who put the marking on the picture of a pickup truck (even though I rented a van) didnt put it in the right place. The manager claimed I made the damage. When I asked her to show me the damage the employee indicated on the sheet, she couldnt. I was then threatened with police if I didnt leave the property.In other words:They failed to report some damage to the vehicle and needed a scapegoat.I opted to get the insurance.Ms Esposito saw this as an opportunity to cover her tracks and stick someone else with the bill.I called her out on it and she threatened police interference rather than taking the responsibility that a REAL manager would take (in other words: not be a crook).So U-HAUL CORPORATE: Look at the other reviews that specifically call out the manager and maybe DO SOMETHING about it.I WILL NEVER USE THIS LOCATION AGAIN

Dropped of a pickup that my boss rented. Got service immediately. They found a dent in the rear bumper, and said we would have to pay if we didnt mark it on our pre-rental inspection. Called my boss, he didnt walk the truck. I explained that there was no way we could have damaged the truck, as our use was minimal and fast. They were flexible and let the ding slide.Make sure you walk the vehicle and mark any damages!

They dont even deserve a star! I went in to the store on Tuesday to talk to the Hitch pro to make an apt. But the say I dont need one to bring it in on Friday, Brought it in at 8 am. Now they have 3 apt. ahead of me . the lights have short in them so we cant drive it night. He tells me he DOSE NOT HAVE TIME FOR ME and take it to another U- haul on 70th. That is from the GM Chris and the asst manager . WOW! that is pretty dirty! Watch yourself here!!!!

This is the worst uhaul location Ive been to. The two men who were on staff when I was there on Sunday were slow both mentally and in terms of speed of service. I get it, we live in Colorado and I am 420 friendly however both men smelled horribly of weed. Nathan, the kid helping us, was completely incompetent and couldnt even figure out how to enter the drivers license information and was loudly chewing gum the entire time he was assisting us. Whatever, we got the uhaul and left and figured we were done with the frustration. Nope! Today I find I was charged twice for my reservation! I am beyond frustrated at this locations incompetence and I will definitely be using another moving company next time

Worst service ever! First they said gave our reserved truck away. Their computer system kept freezing. We waited for 45+ minutes while they promised to get us a smaller truck. In the end, their system gave up completely and we walked out frustrated without a truck. They told us to come back the next morning. We will never go back!

WORSE SERVICE EVER!!!! Do not recommend this place! When I picked up my rental the front desk guy smelled hungover. It took him an hour to give me my rental due to him not knowing the procees. The manager there also the worse person u can work with. Does not know how to work with people. Extremely rude! Make sure your tank is full upon rental. Got a storage pod with them. A week later I find out they sent it to California for no reason, and charged my credit card for $1200. It took me 6 weeks to get the box sent back to Denver and 4 months to get them to refund my money. Now Im waiting for the box to arrive at my house, scheduled for 8am. Its now 2:45pm and the only person to contact me was the sub-contractor they hired to deliver the box. He was never contacted about the appointment until I called Uhaul after 3 hours of waiting to ask where my storage pod was. He got to the Uhaul location and called me back again asking if my storage pod is supposed to be empty (its not). Finally Uhaul calls me back to ask me whether I got my storage pod delivered yet (obviously not) and whether I was expecting it to arrive on a truck or a trailer. How am I supposed to know how theyre delivering it? The guy acted like it was totally normal that the delivery was 7 hours late and the customer and delivery guy both had no idea where the storage pod was.Every experience Ive ever had with this company has been an absolute nightmare. I should have learned my lesson before (massive delays and rescheduling and double bookings causing me to lose days of work and vacation time I intended to spend packing and moving). Now Im finished. I will absolutely never use this company ever again, and you shouldnt either.

Absolutely terrible service here. I scheduled a hitch installation three weeks in advance. I got a voicemail from Lane about three hours before my appointment was set saying I wont be able to do it, really busy... reschedule for during the week.After calling the number I was given for scheduling, a very helpful woman on the phone mentioned she was unsure why they couldnt install it that day because their schedule was clear. She made some calls and I heard back from Lane again about a half hour later telling me that they would get the install done. I went it, got the hitch installed, and found that they had run the wiring to auxiliary power inside the cab of my truck rather than to the pre-wired harness sitting right next to the hitch on the outside that was made for that very purpose. Their solution was to run the wire outside and close the door on it, and I also found on my drive home that there was no power to my AC after they worked on the wiring.All in all this location has incredibly unprofessional employees that do sloppy work.

I had a few problems to get an appointment for a hitch installation for the day I needed it to be done. I had multiple phone conversations with the reps because they said that they didnt have enough parts to get it complete (after they confirmed with me that they did beforehand) and that their order wasnt going to come in until the day I had to leave for my trip. Eventually they made me have to go get my own hitch in fort Collins to have them install it for me on time. The location also has a small parking lot that is hard to move around in. And it is also not in a good area.

One of the worst customer service experiences I have encountered. I have never seen a team as incapable as the three individuals there when I arrived for my reservation. One new representative was unfamiliar with the process and was clearly improperly trained, one had a nasty attitude, and one appeared to be under the influence of a large amount of stimulants, pacing back and forth and making me very uneasy. Do yourself a favor and find your next-closest Uhaul location.

I went to Drop off my 4x8 trailer and after 3 days of driving from Texas I Thought my move would be done. to start I was tired from 3 days driving when I got to this U-Haul drop off location I was told to go somewhere else. I told the man there when I called the number on the contract I was directed to drop off here. Here suddenly grew a temper and told me NO. go somewhere else I moved right across the street and I figured thats why U-Haul office told me here. He then started to tell me to f myself and to take my trailer somewhere else. I then started to unhook my trailer there when the older man came out and told me he was calling the police for trespassing and that I needed to get the F off his property. So I Left

Worst Uhaul ever! Called to reserve a truck and was told to be there the next day at 10:15 to pick up the truck. Came in to pick up the truck only to be told they couldnt find my reservation. Once they did find it they told me my reservation had been blue barred, meaning they had no truck for me. I get it, trucks are in short demand but I never got a phone call or message saying that they didnt have a truck for me, and if they dodnt have enough trucks why take reservations? I will never be back to this place. I am pretty sure nobody knows what going on there.

This is the worst U Haul in all my experience in moving 14 times. The red head was rude and unprofessional, delayed my rental by being so difficult by 30 minutes because she didn’t know how to dial anyone’s number that I provided for verification. She then threatened me by saying that she’s doesn’t have to rent to me. I had a reservation and completed my reservation on an app which meant absolutely nothing because she continued to waste more of my time by doing the whole process all over again.I then had 4 different holds on my account totaling over $250. I’ve made a formal complaint and going higher to frauding my transactions over and over. Also reporting it to the better business bureau and corporate. Better off with Penske or anything else.

Zero Stars!!!! Reserved a ten foot truck and when I showed up I was told they did not have one but there were three in the parking lot and they insisted that they were reserved and for some reason my reservation didnt matter.... Then they tried to make up some other lies about why they couldnt give me one haha.. Had to leave with no truck because the giant thing they tried to give me likely would have been to big for my needs. Worst Customer Service Ever!!!!

Do not reserve a trailer from here. You will show up at your appointed time with your reservation number and they will not have what you reserved. And they are not even sorry about it. And they are rude.

Ive just read the other reviews. Probably should have done that first. A list of incompetencies: reservation for hitch installation but not when I got there. Reservation for trailer made a week out but wrong time listed. Installed wiring for hitch wrong not once but twice so it burnt up on my exhaust pipe within 2 hours of leaving on a 1000 mile move. Translated, no break lights, turn signals or ability to drive at night. Called store on trip with a question. I received a one word answer that was socially inapt at a minimum. Spent 2 hrs at the receiving city UHaul so they could reinstall my wiring. I was also charged entirely different than quoted and after consulting them for size of trailer I would need, I leave tomorrow for my second cross country lap because I didnt get what I needed the first time. Very expensing mistake. Ive asked to be contacted and no one has.

I have done altot of truck renting from haul on 107th and Washington in northglenn co.and thats where I should have went this time as well after my experience with this store I would rather pay extra with budget than return to haul you guys need to get it together over there I will not. Really bad customer service! I waited over 30 mins for a propane refill they could not do. Staff sat/moved around looked busy while one person worked. I suggested since they can not do propane right now they should put a sign up. I then was belittled by the staff saying I should KNOW they could not fill tanks right now because the gate was closed.

Very bad, had a appointment today at 4pm for trailer hitch 4 flat wiring.its snowy outside i was there at 3:55pm the guyz say oh we cant do it today coz the tech has to go home so they want me to reschedule for tomorrow. I went in at 3:30 pm today and reserved a truck with a full understanding that I would have to leave a full cash deposite for the estimated time and travel. I went back to pickup the truck and another guy didnt rent me the uhaul. Not sure what his deal was but he just lost out on $150. No more Uhaul for me!

I never leave bad reviews but this one deserves one. Reserved a truck with my card, go to pick it up and someone gave my truck to someone else.... Who hasnt even shown up to get it. Then I had to wait 2 hours to see which other locarion could orvide me with a truxk, which by that time my movers I hired left because I wasnt home. So with me being pregnant my husband and his friend had to do it alone. Then I kept getting calls to bring the truck back because someone else needed it. Really? Thats how I get treated. After telling them they costed me my movers and more time its my fault? Then proceeds to charge me for 3 days.

Total rip off! Returned rental on same night as the day I rented it. Called ahead and made sure that an after hours drop off was ok, which we were told it was. Dropped it off on Saturday night (again same night as the rental), and the equipment wasnt actually returned until that following Tuesday after of course charging me an additional day to my rental.Thats not even the worst of it. Took me 3 separate trips including today to not get the problem taken care of. First trip, manager wasnt there and the only one that could take care of it, apparently was dropping someone off at the airport, came back when they said she would be back (over 4 hours later) and she still wasnt there, so I waited her out, eventually staff finally got her on the phone. Went as far as going there to dispute the charge, disputed the charge with corporate, also called the managers cell phone 3 times with no answer, having the manager tell me to wait until that following Tuesday or Wednesday for the charges to reverse which they didnt, and now its out of her control to return because too much time has passed. Gave me info to work with corporate so that she could reverse the charges.In the amount of time that I have taken to just find out why it seems like I was being taken advantage of, I could of driven out to Salina KS again. I dont feel like anyone at this location wants to do anything to help me and is totally ok with me wasting time chasing them around. I think based on this rental, I will be doing everything I can to avoid renting with Uhaul again. I would likely buy the equipment I need vs renting with them again.Never had such bad service in all of my life.

Professional and fast. I would go back to this Uhaul shop again. I had my tow hitch installed at the Pueblo branch but they gave me a wrong tow package. I was referred to this branch and it was fixed in less than 30mins.

Can I ask, when customers make a reservation, does it even get saved? I had to jump through a million hoops, and Uhaul made my move that much more difficult. Everything, I mean everything, was wrong on my reservation. Why did I bother to call ahead when the size, time AND pickup location confirmations were all wrong? I reserved a 17 truck for 7:00 am at 8001 Federal and scheduled a drop off in Littleton - I even called and spoke to both locations. I got a confirmation email for a 20 van/truck (way too big) for 10:00 am (way too late of a start) with a drop off in...Golden (no, I reserved Littleton). I had to call multiple times to fix Uhauls mistakes and the guy at 8001 Federal was rude and had zero customer service skills. I will never use Uhaul again and plan on spreading the word - Uhaul doesnt care about customers needs. We are just numbers and potential profit.

Just read these reviews and see how many times someone has reserved a truck or trailer and when they showed up for it the store did not have it. This happened to me the afternoon before I was to drive a thousand miles with no time to get what I had reserved, an enclosed trailer, from someone else. They had no idea what to do and just sent me to another store to get an open trailer, which meant my goods would not be protected. Uhauls unreliable business practices and store incompetence rule here!

Despite a hefty covering of snow and below freezing temps, they were fast and friendly filling up several propane tanks for me. Just be warned, getting in can be a bit tricky, as the entrance is off of 80th.

Misleading signage and false information. Sign at register says no overnight dropoff leave vehicle across street. Sign does not specify but Karen claims that means personal vehicle. Attendant who connected trailer to my truck verbally confirmed that yes I could indeed leave the trailer across the street, he even pointed where I should leave it and that they would move it to their lot. Received a phone call from them saying we will be charged a fee for them to move it.

Save your money and go somewhere else. Had an appointment to get a hitch installed and wasnt told until an hour before that they didnt have the parts in stock. They offered to book an appointment in a week, but I told them it was for a trip I was taking that weekend and would have to rebook in Texas. Their outdated and awful reservation system doesnt allow them to move existing reservations to other locations so they told me I would get a refund in 3-5 business days. I return from my trip 5 business days later and go in to ask about the refund and Im told its processing. Another 2 business days pass and still nothing, so I reach out to U-Hauls corporate office and am told theres no record of a refund. So here I am, still working on getting that refund...

They dont even deserve 1 star. I had appointment for Hitch installation on Saturday at 3:30 pm. I was there right on the time.The black guy working behind the counter said there is no one who can installed the hitch for me. If so then why the hell they made appointment for that time. I had to leave early from my job just to get that installation done. And i ask if i can talk to the manager and he said there is no manager in the store at all . What the F*** is going on here? Reserved a truck online several days in advance. On morning of reservation, uhaul texted me to say that previous user will bring truck late 2 hours (why do you allow that?). When I got there 2 hours later, truck was still not returned and a whole line of customers also were without a truck even though they also reserved them. NEVER AGAIN!

Really need to get this place in order. There was a line of people waiting to complain about messed up reservations and orders. They did not know how to fix things and the lady at the desk kept on complaining that she shouldnt have been there. None of which helped with the fact that they were supposed to install a hitch, which I paid for and had a reservation, because they had no hitch technician.
