This was a 4 star originally, but this facility had some break in April and mine was one of the 4 or 5 that had got broken into, there is no cameras in this facility and when it came down to me getting money from the insurance that I thought I had been paying every month because you have to have it when renting one here, they told me I didnt have insurance and so I was !@#$ of luck esensually. And I have been a customer there for going on 7 years and so I will be looking for another storage to rent. And another thing is it says its a locked on rate, absolutely false my rent goes up almost every three months . So if you want a place that takes no responsibility for theft and no security for youre stuff, that is totally over priced here is the place !

For anybody thinking about using public storage do not!!!!. They are insanely money hungry and every six months they are going to increase your price whether you like it or not . I’ve been a loyal customer of theirs for almost 10 years and they would never lock me into a price I am done with them and tired of being bent over and being token of my hard earned money for their greediness.

Clean unit. Great customer service. Have everything like the lock and info pamphlet in the unit for when ever you’re ready to come and unload it’s all good to go. The key pads say your name which is neat and the staff is friendly and helpful. The online system is quick and efficient. This location is a hidden gem off of Sheridan and 80th. The 5X10 fits a lot more I thought it would.

Great staff here .someone broke a key off in my lick. Employee had it fixed in 5 minutes. Its clean. Well taken care of.

I had trouble logging in to the website but when I called Chris he was very helpful. I had to eventually go in to complete the agreement and he was very thorough in explaining everything and showing me the unit. Very easy to work with and great customer service.

I had recently moved into state and had misjudged what my storage needs were. Chris (manager), helped me upgrade with ease and toured the property with me. He was friendly, helpful, gave great advice and spent extra time helping someone new to the area. I have no concerns that my property will be safe and secure while here, and that Chris will be maintaining an orderly and supervised facility. Highly recommend!

Great communication throughout the reservation, follow-up, and sign-up processes to get storage unit. Slight hiccup in reservation was professionally addressed and taken care of to my advantage by knowledgeable and courteous manager. Locker was clean, all equipment works, and location has good security and protection of storage units. Overall process went better than expected. Good place to rent.

I was a renter here for 3 years and Ill leave it at least too say that public storage itself is 100% the most money hungry itself I paid a whole month and was only there until the 6th when I came to get everything and cleaned the unit and asked if I could get some of my money back they said no which after me being there 3 years and always paying them no is what I got Glad too be gone

Ive been renting space from this storage for almost 2 years now I usually am greeted by Angie (who is always awesome with excellent customer service!)when I come in to do anything inside the unit but today I was greeted by Brandi who was very friendly and very helpful.... sometimes you get disappointed at different businesses by different customer service reps, but Brandi did not disappoint she was very friendly& very kind and just awesome in service and I appreciate that...

Ive been getting robbed out of my storage looks like they really dont care insurance is supposed to cover all my dead fathers collections and hunting trophies and stuffed birds they climb over the wall or open it up in the back from the unit next to you in my case really know my family pictures crushing the frames in and the glass down into them. Basically thousands of dollars in damage to but only the minimum insurance covering 3000 they just destroyed the place sat around enjoying themselves burning my propane tanks staying warm I guess Ill

After losing my home unexpectedly I was pretty stressed as most in that situation. This place has the most helpful and patient staff I have ever had the pleasure of working with. Cindy has been extremely helpful in helping identify the size of storage unit I needed and what else would be helpful (covers for furniture, dryer cloths to repel bugs, etc.). She is friendly and always willing to help. Cindy is also very personable and easy to talk to.Additionally, when I made my reservations online, Cindy called me promptly to confirm the unit/s I needed and setting up time to meet.My interaction with Jessica has been more limited. However, she was very friendly and flexible in meeting me to do the paperwork on the second unit I rented.The units are very clean and ready to move in;I strongly recommend this facility to anyone needing extra space in the north area.

Rented a unit at this Public Storage a couple of days ago from Angie. She did a fantastic job helping me find what I wanted, and getting the rental agreement processed quickly. The whole thing only took about a half-an-hour and I was on my way. I definitely recommend this location!

I got set up with my storage space with Angie today, she is awesome to talk to and provided excellent customer service. The process was very easy and the property was very clean.

I had a really great experience with using Public Storage, especially the Westminster branch off of 80th st. First, when I called to make a reservation, everything was easy and quick. I received a quick confirmation call from the district manager and they were ready for me the next day. When I arrived, Jamie was friendly and professional. Second, the grounds of the establishment were secure and clean. Finally, I was a little worried that the office had closed right before I finished moving out on the last day of the month and and I received an email stating that I owed another months rent. I called Jamie and she said that she had already cleared up the last months rent and I didnt owe anything. Thanks Jamie and Public Storage!

Had a great experience setting up a storage unit with this facility. Angie was pleasant, efficient and took my change of unit from what I had set up on the internet in stride. I had set up a unit online prior to arriving from Florida and found when I arrived it was to small. Angie showed me a larger outside unit that was perfect and was able to switch the units and still allowed me to keep the internet discount. I was in and out in 20 minutes. Thanks Angie!

Been with this location for over a year now and theres always great and friendly service! This past weekend i switched to a Smaller unit and Angie the new manager was amazing explained everything to me very well and got me a great deal!!! I will miss jami but I definitely believe they are in good hands with Angie!!!

While the site manager is quite helpful and friendly, there are a few problems with the property that make things difficult. First, access off of 80th Ave. is dangerous as there is no turn lane coming from the west and traffic must stop until an opening occurs so a left turn can be made. Secondly, and most annoying, the entry code boxes are located so that people entering or leaving the premises must get out of their vehicles, regardless of weather conditions, and walk over to the boxes to enter their entry code. This could, and should, be easily remedied so as to provide customers a far better user experience. Third, there is virtually no parking for patrons in front of the office. For these reasons my rating is less than it would otherwise be.

Been a customer for almost 2 years now. Lot is always clean and employees are always presentable. They carry all the boxes and fixins you need to get a move done too!! All things considered I would always recommend this location for storage.
