From the second I walked through the door to rent my unit I felt welcomed. Katherine and Ann are wonderful people and work hard to keep the property very clean. I have had many units at many different storage places and this storage property is the first property where I felt that my belongings are safe. All units are set with alarms. So if you dont put in your gate code and you try to open your unit, the alarm will go off. Again this storage facility location if wonderful and secure I would recommend it to everyone I know!!

Very surprising and pleasantly surprising for a self-storage facility. I moved in a month ago after touring six or seven other facilities this without a doubt is the best one Ive seen very very clean and the staff are very courteous and upbeat and outgoing all in all its a wonderful experience.

This is by far the best self storage facility I have ever stored my belongings at. There is a clean, and safe environment for everyone to feel comfortable while moving in and or out. The staff there is by far the best staff I have ever dealt with, when I needed to use a self storage in the past. This is a great place! Very friendly staff… Especially Kathryn! She helped me out while I was visiting California and needed to find storage for some of my mom’s household items until we can get back to pick them up. Great experience! You do need to remember that they close at 9 o’clock so you cannot get in or get out after 9 o’clock! Otherwise safe secure and conveniently located!

This is a great storage facility. In the last 30 years, I probably rented at five or six different facilities in Orange county. And this is my favorite. Im a return customer, and the reason for that is because ( it isnt the closest to me) its just simply because its my favorite. With this manager the place is always clean. She has been working there for years (thats a very rare thing in this industry) and I was happy to see her still there when I came back to rent again.

I work all hours and pay a small fortune every month to have 24hr access for my business equipment.Payments via EBT, every month, on time, like clockwork.For some reason however, every 2-3 months the 24hr actress is denied by the electric keypad. Sometimes I’m locked out, sometimes locked in.The emergency number works, but that’s a 20-30min wait until “James” decides to open the gate remotely.Finally, it’s another 20-30min out of the following day to call the women in the office. They never know why my 24hr access gets wiped off the account. But, they sure know how to charge my card $50.00 for the “emergency call” the night before.So, then we haggle about that...

Underground units which is great keeps ur items cool. No rodents ever. Music in the building so while you are in the unit its not dead silent. The great place Im so happy with this place. Beach BLVD Storage is one of the cleanest storage facilities I have been to. No other places are more friendly or helpful. The price is better than some other storage places I used in the past.

I wasnt sure what to expect since I have never had a storage unit, but I was very pleasantly surprised. I called ahead and Betty waited for me on a Saturday afternoon and stayed late to fill out paperwork so that I could get in on Sunday to put items in my unit. She was friendly and professional and so very helpful. Beyond that, the complex is clean, well-lit and secure, and they have an extra storage unit where they accept any items you want to get rid of that gets auctioned off for a good cause. Highly recommend Storage Outlet-Westminster!

Great Service! Their units are easy to access, arent set up like mazes, and Betty & Ann (ladies at the front desk) are such great help. Its a secure place with tall key-coded fences, and cameras for security surveillance. I definitely recommend this place. :)

Clean, well-lit, inexpensive, and decent parking. Theres alot of variety in storage unit sizes, so it was easy to find the right fit for my stuff. Most important, good security so I felt safe leaving my stuff there.

I was amazing to work with Chi & Betty. I was moving and they accommodated my needs so quickly and professionally as I was driving into the area. I urgently needed a 10 X 10 space and they made it happen so fast to allow my movers to get everything in quickly. Ill never go anywhere else for my Socal storage needs.

No matter how busy this place gets, rest assure the Betty will be able to service you. The facility is clean and secured. Betty is always pleasant and very detailed. There could be complicated customer (no fault of the company) but the staff will always remain professional and helpful. I dont know how they do it but I hope Beach Blvd service sets industry standard for other storage places.

The storage units and area is clean. Staff is very friendly, helpful and professional. After being there for several years though, a new manager took over. What a nasty piece of work. Its too bad when the flavor of a really nice place changes when the new manager is rude and belligerent.
