Lacey has been extremely helpful working with me to get moved out of our space. She has gone above and beyond with the service she has provided us over the last couple of days. Extremely thoughtful, patient, and understanding. If you ever have any issues, Lacey is your go to person. She does her best to make things happen with a positive attitude.

I came in to the office at the end of the day with some questions about my unit. Lacey was incredibly friendly and helpful. She and the team went out of their way to help resolve an issue and I couldn’t be more grateful.

Yeah went to a different store in Westminster instead of Thornton and talk to Lacey and she was very informative and kind and considerate and help me through the sign up process of getting a unit in there in Westminster I think you need to have more employees like this that are knowledgeable and considerate and very respectful because that would help not only your establishment have more reputation on the good side than on a bad side like you did with Alexis that was at the Thornton store Lacey has gone above and beyond and been completely thorough the entire time.

One of the best storage units I have used. Cybil and Lacey are very helpful every time I go in, there is one more woman thats their but cannot remember her name but that trio is the power team all together. Highly recommend.

My family and I have been storing our stuff here for a little over half a year, this is the first unit that I have not once had to worry about my belongings. I have been in communication with the manager Cybil whom is very professional but yet also very compassionate you can tell she not only cares about her job but the customers as well and keeping them happy. She handles business and keeps everything clean and organized. Her co-worker Miley is also very kind and is very helpful anytime we go so the facility. Its not often you find employees that go above and beyond but also treat you like a human being. So kudos to them. And I will continue to use Life Storage as long as Im a resident of Colorado.

This was not a good place for me. Have other storage units that I have had for 4 or more years with rent being raised once in that time, here it gets raised about every 4 to 6 months apparently. People ate rude on the telephone and it is terrible to be talked over when you are trying to ask a question. I am happy I am done with this facility, good luck to others how store here.

Worst place to try and rent a storage unit. Cybil is not a nice person. Units are freezing cool. All glassware broke due to cool. People are painting cars in other units and the fumes will chock you out.

Like many before me have said, staff was dope. No argument about that, Lacey was legit. Compound was clean, felt safe and didnt get lost.But, can we talk about how i came for a $61 move-in-special to only end up being charged $115 for one month in a 5x10, standard package. Thats a TON of hidden fees. I only did one month because im terrified to see what add ons are next month.My review isnt based upon just staff, its a self storage unit yall.give lacey a raise and be transparent with pricing, its 2021.Edit: still here months later.. still bit pricey but again as always, Lacey is Finding a way to make it work 🤙

Our experience was PHENOMENAL!! We made a major move from Texas to Denver requiring many changes and assistance from the staff who was always friendly and happy to help. Moving during a holiday weekend can be stressful, but they put us at ease.They efficiently adjusted our reservation and answered all questions in a timely manner. When we left a message after hours, they returned our call right away. Then to top it off, Cybil went out of her way to greet us at the door with friendly instructions relating to parking and safety for COVID. Cybil is an excellent manager, she was very friendly, patient and positive. She and her staff went above and beyond to make our move a wonderful experience!! Thank you!!!

I would give this location a zero star if I’m able to. The women who worked on March 7th was terrible. She requested my SSN and company EIN which I don’t feel right. No storage company would request to provide such information. She’s a theft.

I rented a small outdoor unit from this location-just be advised that things get dusty in an outdoor space, just comes with the territory. Overall I have been very happy with them and I will especially commend the staff, Cybil in particular, for being kind and helpful during a stressful move out! Would definitely recommend!

I had my stuff here for a little over a year. Staff & management were always friendly and there when needed. They even updated their locks and put in more cameras on the property to keep track of things. I never had any problems getting in/out of the gate or with my items being secure. I highly recommend this location if you need a place to store things.

I like this storage unit because it has what I need, but I have one problem with one of the ladies that works there . She has super short hair and everytime I have asked a question she responds rudely . It’s not Miley, their nice and helpful . It’s the other one that has been rude to me everytime . I don’t like talking to her because she’s not nice about anything .

Recently moved out of my storage space and Im sad because Im going to miss the wonderful staff! The manager really helped me upon moving in and each month my visits were comical and uplifting regardless of who was there.I even had an issue once when my stuff shifted and I couldnt get in and it was dealt with swiftly! I rented a unit from the LIfeStorage at 5100 W. 81st Place location in Westminster, CO and had a fantastic experience!! The staff members were extremely helpful and friendly. I was able to access the unit very easily, and the unit was spacious and clean. The property was well cared for. It was easy to gain entry and exit. I have no complains whatsoever. Ive been recommending the property to my friends and family.

From beginning to end the entire rental process was seamless. I forgot to put a lock on the day I got the unit, and they called to remind me. Always very helpful and polite. Will definitely use them for all my storage needs.

We had a 10x10 unit for a little over a year and every 3 months or so the prices kept going up. My husband is an electrician and just built a unit that was bigger than ours and the prices were half the price! And I’m a way better area! It went up about $30-40 in a year! They pride themselves on the security yet the gate never worked... we’d drive by in the middle of the night and it would be up for anyone to just go in. And it broke so you couldn’t get out for the longest time! They have no dumpster for you to use... we were moving out and threw some of our trash away for the manager to come yell at us on her golf cart so we stopped like asked. Then after we canceled our unit she called me saying there was a pile of dirt in there we had to clean if we didn’t want a $50 cleaning fee. We went to go clean it and it was seriously a 1x1 pile of dirt and everything we put in the dumpster she pulled out and THREW into our unit. I would highly not recommend this place! Management sucks and overall is just a garbage storage unit!

Amazing team here both Cybil and Josiah made moving not as horrible as it could have been. They saved me a ton of money on truck rental by informing me that i get the use of the companies box truck for discount since I had my units there. They worked really hard to accommodate us with placement of our units for ease of moving out as well. Would definitely recommend them to others. Thanks guys!

Everyone hears about Earthly Angels, I recently got to experience the blessings of Earthly Angels. Cybil the on-site manager and her boss are the most amazing people. My husband and I recently had a The Struggle Is Real life moment and Cybil worked with us through it and was so supportive and understanding and she had faith in us knowing we would take care of business. That’s exactly what happened when we dealt with Life Storage in Westminster. See, they have this wonderful system that you fill out online in order to save money on an application fee. It’s meant to save time, too. Well, that’s great if they actually send you the application, but in our case they decided not to – at least in time to do anything whatsoever. My wife flew into town to get the storage and was told that she hadn’t filled out the application to have the fee waived in-store. She informed them that it had never been delivered and prepared for the worst. Luckily, there was an incredible saleswoman, Cybil, who took control of a bad situation. She didn’t need permissions or hand-wringing to get the job done either. No, she handled the whole thing like a true professional. That’s why, if I ever need assistance with storage – or any of my friends and family do, I’m sending them directly to Cybil because I know, when all is said and done, she’ll deliver exactly what I need at a price I can believe in. I liked the storage unit location at the time I needed one. It was easy to get in and out of and the price worked with my budget. The only issue I found and that wasnt until the end of my time with them is that they dont give refunds no matter why U left their services or when.

I was looking for a 10 x 20 with a light in the unit and even though they dont have lights in the individual units, he knows his property and was able to fix me up with a unit directly under an outside light which was more than enough! This is an update from earlier review! I have been in crisis mode trying to get back to Kansas City because my father had a stroke! Leita Who helped me transfer to a bigger unit was absolutely wonderful I was having a very hard time with everything that day she exceeded my expectations made it very very easy to switch the units and to save me money! She even listening to me vent a little bit and wish me well! She was a shining star in the middle of a bad day I thank her! I would recommend this place to anyone! Is a great unit and never had any problems! Good pricing as well!

Josiah and Cybil were lovely to speak to and were extremely helpful during the process of renting the storage unit.

My sons unit along with 4 others were broke into and the insurance has never paid out. The owners take no responsibility as that were paying the insurance comoany. They had video and know the (maintenance code) was used and nothing has been done at this point. So he basically out 8k in tools plus a couple antique guns. Check your contract before you sign it because its gonna cost me 3k to recover his loss.

Ive been a customer for 9 years. It has changed hands several times but its still the same storage unit. This is a gated area. Units face out. Dirt will get inside. There are several sizes. You must enter a code to get in and out but the large gate stays open for a generous amount of time before lowering again. I havent had any issues here. They previously allowed me to store my motorcycle which not all storage facilities allow.

The staff here is super friendly. I highly recommend this because of their great customer service and reasonable price.
