Public Storage manager Don was courteous, efficient, graciously showed me available units I was interested in in multiple locations on the property and very patient while I made my decision. Extremely helpful showing me the various options to open main gate to access my unit. Let me know additional products offered in main office (boxes, tape, etc).

I do not have my belongings at this particular storage facility, as i am down at the Owings Mills location. However, I am looking to upgrade and because of the exceptional customer service I received from Don Williams, I would actually consider driving the 1/2 hour to store my belongings there. Don went well above and beyond explaining the upgrades etc. and provided recommendations to fit my needs. The only thing keeping me from using that facility is due to the fact that there is no availability. I can only wish all companies had individuals like Don in customer service. He is absolutely wonderful.

Its real interesting the amount of childish and bitter behavior of adults on here not taking responsibility for their bills and taking their misplaced anger out on managers whose only job is to enforce Corp policy. Not make their own policy. Yall adults blame everyone else for YOUR shortcomings

I cant find where to actually speak to someone at your corporate office after searching everywhere on your site and calling multiple 800 numbers on the internet, which is pretty bad. I just want to share that the manager Jackie, at the Westminster, MD location (Baltimore Blvd) is probably one of the worst human beings I have had to deal with, on multiple occasions. If this woman had a decent drop of blood in her heart I would be shocked. I can not believe she still has a job with your company. Probably because its impossible to make a complaint with you guys. Thank you for listening, and hopefully someone at corporate will take some interest in the complaint and take action with removing this horrible representation of your company.

I was just helping a friend move and from the previous reviews this was the place to go! Jacque if you are able to read this you are amazing and a true ambassador for the brand! The plethora of knowledge, kindness and breakdown of products makes this a no brainer why anyone would go anywhere else!

My daughter used Public storage in westminster for summer break. Clean, air conditioned, no pests, size needed was available, good price for size. Easy access after hours, definitely recommend for college students

If you want premium customer services please rent at this location Don, took the time to help me book at another location and even fixed my email that I put in by error and called the location that was closer to me to reserve the unit that accommodated my needs. Thanks again !!!!

Do not use this proticulare one the staff are very rude and lie to you they cut my lock after I was paid for 3 months then tried to say I didnt put one on. When they took there lock off and I opened the locker there was my lock cut. I moved my stuff out and forgot e pieces they called left me a nasty voice mail then when I called to say I was sorry and how much where they going to charge the lady Jackie after lieing yesterday was very rude said she would charge $250. Because she wasnt a Disposal company. I will never use this storage place in Westminster ever again. Moving to a better one. Do not store your stuff with them.

Would not recommend ez storage just because she works there! She locks tenants out of their units knowing they are paying tenants, she has an attitude when you ask questions about a unit, she threatens customers if they are late a month that she is gonna auction customers property, how unprofessional is that! and what’s so disgusting is that we are in a middle of a pandemic covid and she doesn’t wear her mask in the reception area while customer walks inside which is a serious problem, Overall it’s a shame that because of this Woman, Ezstorage Westminster MD will loose a lot of its customer due to Jacque SCHAECH poor management / customer service skills! This person needs a serious reality check and classes on how to be a better customer service Rep! As you see on these reviews that I’m not the only one who’s had issues with this woman! Jackie (manager) is extremely rude and cares zero about human beings. Was late one time in 4 years of being a customer and in extremely hard times and charged me $53 as a late fee. Wouldn’t make any exceptions given hard times and economic hardships. Her response was “we as a company don’t do that and we are still auctioning off storage units”. What the heck?! Will be switching storage units ASAP.

Came in to get 2 units and was greeted by Jackie. She showed me around and was very helpful. I was very pleased with her professionalism, attitude, and speedy check out process. The overall appearance of the interior units was very good. No funny smells, trash, nor accumulated dust was found-this is a big deal for me. I was in and out within 20 minutes or so. I highly recommend this location.

Nope!! People... READ THE FINE PRINT ON YOURE AGREEMENT BEFORE YOU SIGN IT! It just may make you change your mind. The liberties they have to your property, and liberties they take.. Believe that... Are just ridiculous. I was 2 weeks late on a payment once, to be honest, they attached $124 in late fees, yes, you are reading right its not a typo, for only 2 weeks late. And when I complained they said I should check my contract. There is was, paragraph.... Idk..3,012 on the 3rd page of writing I could barely see last alone read. When I finally moved into our house about 2 months later we were missing various things, mostly China and some nice but not really expensive place settings.. Things that looked expensive but werent.. Yeah, I know what happened and the only time I didnt have exclusive access to that unit was when my payment was late and they cut off my lock and put their own on.. Like I said, yeah, I know what happened...

The most convenient storage in Westminster. Cheaper than the competitors and it only takes about 15 minutes to view your unit, fill out the paperwork, and move in! I was also able to use my McDaniel college student discount which made it even cheaper. Lastly, the team members were very friendly in store and over the phone!

Miserable management. We have two units and dont get billing notice, so I have to remember to pay. Everyone else sends a bill, either paper or email, but they just assume that I can remember every month. On 29 OCT I paid for October and then wrote a second check for November. Somehow the second check was only applied to one unit and they put a lock on the second unit because I hadnt paid. Thats their clerical error, not mine. I wrote the checks. Now they want $700 and a fee for the padlock that they put on our unit--the one that I paid for and they screwed up. Ill pay back rent, but damned if Im going to pay fees for the lock they threw on the storage unit due to their own clerical errors. Well be moving to another facility this week.Oh, and corporate policy I cant write a check to cover the payment lost due to their error, it has to be cash or credit card. Like hell Im going to drive there with $700 cash in my pocket.I will be filing suite. I hope that ezStorage is going to enjoy the publicity.
