I called to get a price for a 20K service for my FTR. I was told they could not quote a price without seeing the bike! I found this to be strange as all the work that needs to be done is laid out in the owners and service manuals. The associate seemed very unfamiliar with the bike and the required service.

I came in today knowing I was getting an Indian scout bobber, Kitty greeted me and showed me a black bobber they had for sale. I fell in love with the black one so I told her that Ill take it. She wasted no time, took out the keys, and showed me all the bells and whistles. She went inside to do the paperwork and I was out in less than 1 hour!! We bought a used Chieftain and the experience was great. Kitty, Leo and John helped with everything we needed. Transaction was seamless and quick. No drama, no waiting around and did I mention the beautiful machine we rolled out of there on. We didnt plan on buying any gear but we walked out with two very nice jackets and a huge grin on our faces. We want to thank the entire staff at Indian of Orange County and well definitely be back.

I had my bars done there. I did have Aftermarket Indian bars from FMB Choppers. For 1000 bucks They left all the cables hanging out, and when I drove it home the hole throttle Assembly can lose while I was riding! I called back, they were sorry and had to bring it back, I live 80 miles away. When I brought it back they fixed it right away. The service manager Eian or Ian was very nice and responsible. He offered me free Service for my 5000 and 25000. Great people there!

Indian of Orange County has always dealt well with me. I am both shocked and saddened by the difficulties that some have had. As for me, I was looking for a Chieftain last year and because of Tonya’s responses to my inquiries, I purchased a 2015 Chieftain. Dealing with Leo was a great experience. I had some recalls that the service dept took care of. Recently, my headlight and running lights went out a week before I was to leave on a 3000+ mile trip. Both Chris and Johnny went to bat for me as I needed a new VCM. Polaris replaced it at no charge even though I was out of warranty. I only paid for labor which I was happy to do. The guys got it to me in time for my trip. I couldn’t be happier with Indian of Orange County,

Very accommodating, but no test rides until they have an event.

First of all, their motorcycles are beautiful and very affordable. I am looking to buy a motorcycle and I was told to check the Indian brand. I am a small person, so I need a bike that I can be flat footed and the Indian scout and the indian scout fit me perfect. The owner recommend to make an appointment so he can give you all of the info you may need so you can make an informative choice.

The only negative thing I can say about Indian OC is that they are too far from Phoenix, AZ. My shift rod broke on my 16 Springfield on the 2nd to last day of a 2400 mile trip. Not only did they call me back quickly, they told me if they didnt have the part, theyd pull one off another bike to get me back on the road (I was 400 miles from home). I walked in an hour before they were closing and they got me right in and had me out the door within an hour. Excellent service!!!

Ask for Byron Smith as a sales Associate. He was able to give me the greatest test ride I have ever had the pleasure to enjoy. He is super knowledgeable about the Bikes and was really able to help show off their abilities during the test. They were also very kind and respectful and did not pressure myself or my wife into buying the bike immediately. In all, Im very impressed by their professionalism and would recommend them to anyone interested in buying a motorcycle.

Mechanic did not tighten my turn signal light brackets, or my rear shock absorber, and my front brake lever.

I brought my bike in because it was in an accident. This was first week of September. It is now second week of January and the bike is still not complete. The service Dept does not call you back. I have been told it will be done in a week for 6 weeks. They don’t ever answer the phone in the service Dept. The front desk transfers you to a voice mail and you won’t get a call back. Single worst service experience I have ever had. I wish I could give it no stars.

These guys went out of their way to make sure that I was able to get back home safe. I came in with an older victory that needed a clutch cable and they had no power or phones. They went out of their way to stay open, search through their inventory by hand, and do the work in the dark just to make sure that I got what I needed. I cannot thank them enough for what they did, I wouldnt be making it home in time if it wasnt for them.

I’m picking up my Scout 60 this morning!!! Chen has been the best !!!! I financed over the phone with no issues whatsoever .. The only downside to this process was having to wait until I was off work to come get it! I went to 2 other Indian dealers and I chose the OC to give my business to.. I told Chen that I’ve never sat in the drivers seat of a motorcycle and I was a new rider and he set everything up for me!!! Bought my first motorcycle an Indian Sixty this summer from Indian Motorcycle of Orange county. They ripped me off also for getting my bike running but very very poorly, and still charging me full price. They gave me very sub-standard customer service, and took several months for repair, just replacing one small part. I then could barely ride the bike safely to a more reliable motorcycle shop called, Kings Garage in GG. They fixed Indian Motorcycles screw up very easily within a very days. Dont even waste your time with the service department at Indian Motorcycle. I recommend going to the smaller repair shops.

Their service department rocks! A last minute emergency brought me 500 miles from home right when my bike was due for its 5k service. They not only squeezed me in and got me taken care of the NEXT day, they also were able to upgrade my cams for me while they had the bike apart! Great dealership, great service! I only wish I lived closer!

Needed oil change a long way from home...got me in and was pretty reasonable price wise. Chris was easy to work with. They even brought me a phone case for the bracket I bought to my hotel.

Purchasing the bike was an amazing experience, Ive had it for over 2 years so far and the experience with the service department has been fantastic, Chris has helped me deal with Polaris in a warranty issue and is the best mechanic I have ever dealt with. I recommend this dealership and service department, not only are the bikes cool but the customer service is top notch.

My neighbor recently purchased a new bike from your dealership. He was totally impressed with the product and had put $6000 down to start the processThe fly in the ointment has been customer service with both the sales and the factory. He was initially told he would have his bike within 2 to 6 weeks. It must have been sales-speak because that estimate wasnt even close. What he found out from the factory is that his bike would start to be made and shipped when there were enough orders for a production run of that model.The bike did finally arrive at the dealership minus the mounting kits for the saddle bags and windshield. Now thats what I would call being organized!In closing I have this to say. Your dealership has made the buying process as painful as having teeth pulled with pliers.This is not hearsay. Hed sold his old ride and missed a rally fully expecting to have the new one in time.

Nobody took me serious there. Would have purchased a new bobber if their pricing was fair. Went home empty handed.Update. I purchased a matte black bobber from another dealership for $2500 cheaper. These guys like to make sucker deals. But hey, a sucker is born every minute. Just not this guy.

I have a relative who had there motorcycle here for 9 months. During these 9 months they kept working on the wrong things, there was unmet deadlines, & poor service! To top it off they still charged full price & the problem is still not resolved. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE.

Absolute worst customer service Ive ever dealt with. Ripped me off to the tune of $367 for an oil change and brake fluid check. Posted a review and it disappearedUpdate: they told me almost 2 years ago they replaced my starter because of a recall. Turns out they didnt. It was a lie. Now they wont answer my calls or fix the problem. They do stuff like tell you on the phone Ill put you thru to so and so.. and then send you straight to voicemail. Real classy people at this place
