Rated on friendliness of staff alone, but really the shop is nice. I hadnt been in here in over a year due to the pandemic but the owner recognized me and asked how Ive been. Cant beat that! They have a good selection along with reasonable prices, too. I like that they have a single bottle section in their beer cooler, but Id like to see a bigger variety of specialty bottles. Good for a quick stop on the way home if you dont need anything out of the ordinary. Very friendly people!

Love this Liqour store, the staff here are always welcoming and very helpful if you have questions on products or where its located. They have a decent variety on liquor and wines, tons of cold beer, chasers etc. Highly recommend trying out you Local Westminster Liquors for all your alcoholic needs.

Ive been coming here for years. They have the best hours in town, a huge selection, and the rewards program is the cherry on top. Ivan is the sweetest staff member, I always look forward to seeing him when Im stopping in.

Worked here as cashier and the owner is unorganized and rude. He picks favorites, his place is unsanitary and one time during this pandemic, I felt sick I told him I didn’t want to come and he still told me I had to come in. He doesn’t care for people’s heath just wants to make money. Don’t ever work here! He is so unprofessional to his customers and employees and he also insulted me during my shift so I quit. If I could rate 0 stars I would.

The soft-spoken African guy at the register is friendly, hes one of the reasons I shop here. Nice beer selection.

Never coming here again. Even when you grab the items that give you a discount with the club price. It does not come out of the total and you have to remind them every time. Tired of it and its very unprofessional.

This store has a large variety of all alcohol. There is usually just 1 person working but they are very attentive.

I WONT BE BACK TO THIS LIQUOR STORE EVER!! MY FRIEND AND I WALKED IN THE LIQUOR STORE AND IMMEDIATELY THE CLERK ASK MY FRIEND TO REMOVE HER HOODIE... WTF?? ITS NOT LIKE SHE IS DRESSED IS GANG COLORS NOT THAT IT MAKE ANY DIFFERENCE BUT SHE HAPPENS TO BE WEARING A 200$ HOODIE. IS THIS GUY SCARED OF TWO CHICKS I HAVE BEEN IN THIS STORE NUMEROUS TIMES AND WONT SPEND ANOTHER DIME IN THIS STORE TOTALLY RUDE!!!

Edited from 5 star to 1 star because they refused to sell me a case of Angry Orchard Rose simply because they couldnt ring it up in the system. Take note from a fellow business owner - good customer service would have been to sell me the case at the same price as the other Angry Orchard flavors or at the price that was on the door where this case was stocked. Instead I was simply just refused a purchase, which is sad because they also knew I was a repeat customer.

Very large selection, especially if youre looking for wine. They even have a section of selective specialty wines. What really makes this location is the friendly staff who always greet you with warm welcomes.

June 2019...This place is amazing. The clerks have always been nice to me and my boyfriend, and have been nice to everyone I have ever seen them serve. I have been coming here pretty regularly for 2 years, to the point where Ivan (the amazing gentleman that serves me most of the time) knows who I am and asks about me and my boyfriend when I stop in. The bad reviewers on here have to have had either the other clerks or there is more to their stories. I come in 3-4 nights a week and usually pick up the 1-2 drinks I am planning on having that night with my boyfriend, or I stop in for the hard times beef jerky...which I have only ever found here...so I spend a lot of time in here...browsing the wines and watching customer interactions. I have never seen unprofessional behavior or rudeness. They are always nice and helpful. My boyfriend and Iwill go out of our way to come here to purchase from this store and from Ivan.

WOW. After waiting at the counter for an employee to stop stalking the shelves (he saw me standing there and didnt care), he comes to the counter and instead of ringing me up, he stood there at the register TEXTING. No joke.He also short changed me (purchase was $5.18, handed him 6, got 18 cents in change). Didnt notice till I was back in the car. Not even worth my time to go back in at that point.This place sucks.

Line 10 deep and one confused cashier, we did our shopping and came back up front and the line had not moved. When it finally did there was no emphasis on trying to get the patiently waiting customers through the line. I try to shop at the local places but next time I will drive the extra two minutes to Total Beverage.

The owner is so unprofessional and rude.

They may be a little more expensive but not significantly and they are open until midnight every day which is a bonus no other store close by that is open after 10 weekdays. Also the clerk makes an effort to remember our name and my boyfriend had his points redeemed.

Complete lack of understanding for customer service... Spent $50 on beer - the cardboard bottom of a 6-pack broke through as I walked 3 steps from the entrance and they wouldnt replace it. The manager was straight up rude about it. Your business will be more appreciated elsewhere.

Too expensive and everyone who has a bag or hood on is treated like they are going to steal. COSTCO for liquor, gas station for beer and Mollys for everything.

The owner of this place is rude and impolite. Ive had several occasions where I witnessed him yelling at customers to hurry up and he eats while working the register. High prices to boot. Ill drive an extra 2 miles from now on.
