The liquor selection is pretty nice..My friend and I visited this store and when it came time to check out, the cashier (the assumed woman mentioned in the other comments) asked us both for ID’s. My friend left theirs in the car but since I was the one buying it and I had my ID, I didn’t understand why we both needed ours. So I suggested that they just leave the store and I proceed but I was told NO, since I’ve already seen the both of you, you aren’t able to purchase unless I see BOTH ID’s. I truly never heard of this before. Needles to say, my friend walked back to the car to retrieve the ID. Idk very weird but whatever

I love this store. They truly have everything! But I was very disappointed in the woman who waited on me! She was not very nice at all! Im a happy person and I never want to give negative feedback unless I feel its deserved! In fact, I make a point to compliment people! I do not remember her name..but it began with an S! I had to go back in the next day and luckily got a very nice gentleman! But, SHE needs to learn some manners! You dont bark at people!!

Very clean,well organized and not cramped like other liquor stores. Fairly good liquor selection. I dont drink beer or wine so cant give an opinion on those.The staff, particularly one women is very unfriendly. That would be my biggest complaint.Also they also only plastic bags, no paper bags.

Great selection of wine, beer and spirits and even better prices

This place is pretty great. Youre not going to find any rare whisky or anything like that here, but what you will find is a good selection of your mainstay liquor. Best thing about this place is that have frequent sales which rotate pretty regularly. So if you you check in regularly, chances are pretty good that youll find your favorites (or something similar) at a discount. Its the only place I go when I want Lagavulin 16, because theres about a 50/50 chance any time I go in there itll be on sale for significantly cheaper than I can get it elsewhere locally.

This place is very impressive inside. It looks like they have everything you could think of. They even have shopping carts so your not lugging all of your heavy drinks all around the store. This stores only downfall is the parking. It is in probably the busiest parking lot in Westminster. Keep your head on a swivel when driving in this parking lot.

Refused to serve me because my legal friend didn’t bring her wallet. We left and just I went back, the lady stuff refused to serve me and rudely called the manager as I was in line to snitch and say I came back without her. They refuse serve to legal adults with IDs.

Good selection and great prices. Plenty of sale items for those on a budget. Store is clean and bright. Wide aisles and an ample number of shopping carts. There are usually two cashiers working the registers. The only negative is the horrible rat maze of a parking lot. There is no easy way in or out. I stock up so I only have to go about once a month. Did I mention the dreadful parking lot?

This would be my go to liquor store if the cash register woman was nicer but I am treated poorly every time I go in there by the same woman. By the comments, I am guessing the behavior is a trend. It’s a shame because they have decent sales and occasionally you can find Blanton’s.

Overall good business with a great variety of products. Rather disappointed with the customer service in Sat 8/8 around 6pm. Cashier needs to realize just because you have a mask it doesnt mean the customer cant hear youre rude and unnecessary comments as they walk away. I dont think its unreasonable to ask for a six pack to have a bag even if the cardboard has a handle.

Fantastic selection, fair prices and friendly staff. Sale prices are usually attractive. Carts are available. My only complaint is the check-out line extends into the liquor isle, making shopping cumbersome. Parking near the entrance is coveted. Id advise parking farther away if youre able.

Always have amazing deals and sales. Honestly its great to try a new beer when its on a crazy sale. Plus its the closest to a total wine and more youll get within 50 miles.

Worst customer service in any establishment i have ever been in. i am a disabled veteran, as i walked in they had no carts outside or at the counter. i asked my two daughters to help me in front of the two associates that worked there at the front of the store, and they both heard me and said nothing to me either way, nor did they offer to find a cart or assist me with my purchases. i had my daughters help me carry the items i was purchasing to the counter so i could pay for everything. As soon as the first person that was assisting me got everything on the counter she asked for my ID and my two daughters ID’s to which i responded why they aren’t drinking they helped me bro g my purchases to the counter which we said when we walked into the store after there were zero carts available for me to use. She then proceeded to tell me that i can not be served at all. I then asked her how was i suppose to carry everything to the counter and why did neither her or the other associate tell us that when we walked in and announced that there were zero carts and i asked my two daughters to help me take the items to the counter. to which the said they would call the manager, i agreed and waited for the manager but both of them began to see how they were complete void of common sense and should have offered to assist or find a cart when we entered. the manager was never called, i gave up and did not want to spend an entire day waiting for them to wake up and see the error in their ways. Sad, this has been a place our entire family has used for years, we will never use this place again and will spread the word to every veteran in the area as well.

Called to get pricing on beer for a 300+ person wedding for a friend (very easy they only wanted 1 type of beer) and they couldnt give me the time of day. I called in the morning, and the lady said she was very busy, I work in retail too, so I understand, and I asked her if she knew the pricing I was looking for or if she could call me back. She said I honestly dont know and dont have time and hung up!!! I am really disappointed.

A good store is only possible with dependable,friendly employees and top notch customer service oriented managers. Management is what makes the store have its name.Because of the way they handle customers, and for the way they handle the store. Good job manager of Rite Aid n employees!

This place has a huge assortment of beer and liquor and also wine. The prices are good and they often have specials. The parking lot does get crowded but its pretty easy to get in and out.
