Staff answered all the questions that I had and even had answers for questions I didnt have.Clean, well stocked store. I am a frequent shopper of the company as a whole, but hands down this was the best of the OC Locations

Good selection of products and great customer service. The two ladies were amazing and answered any questions I had. Made me feel very comfortable and I even signed up for their membership. Hours are great too. Other shops were closed by 7pm, so this will definitely be my go-to shop.

Megan is amazing at what she does and it really shows, makes you feel 110% comfortable in what I and alot of people might find an uncomfortable situation, shes helpful without being intrusive, knowledgeable without being condescending, and seems to know what questions i have before I even ask them. If youre needing something special for your significant other or maybe for yourself but you might be a little embarrassed or nervous just go see her and you can thank me later. Will definitely be returning to this location because of her, what an asset she is for the lovers family of stores.
