After having a negative bra shopping experience at a different store the previous day I came here for better sizing options. While the size options were nice the staff were even nicer and made me feel much more comfortable and at ease. A more homey vibe vs. feeling judged and pushed to buy things like I was the day before.
Everyone was very friendly. They went the extra mile to help my friend. Definitely worth going back

We used to love shopping at this location but when we went in today no one acknowledged our existence and they acted like we were bothering them by just being in the store. Sadly we wont be returning to this location.
I agree with most of the reviews, this store is awesome, but they have a sign up in the window saying due to staffing issues temporary hours are they close at 5pm. I checked the hours on line BEFORE the visit due to covid and all that drama and the website still says 7pm. If your going to change the hours update the hours online so people can plan accordingly. I went out of my way and sat in extra traffic to get here and your closed. Not cool.
Absolute best Lane Bryant in the Denver-Metro hands down. Polite and not overbearing staff. Space to shop, clean, and well organized. I drive across town to shop here over the other closer stores. Thank you staff here for your efforts!
Be careful of their return policy. I was ask for SKU numbers and in-house/warehouse numbers 😳 I had my receipt and tags. She folded the same shirt about 10x.The process took a long time not sure if she was waiting for me to give up. Strange! Shopping online return to store is uncomfortable.
I was having a terrible time with customer service for Layne Bryant and was hung up on multiple times. The last lady I talked to was extremely rude and refused to help me. All she did was yell at me and told me she wouldnt help me. She said she was going to transfer me to a supervisor so they could help me and she came back after 5 minutes (I timed) she said she couldnt help. So I asked for a supervisor because 1 my issue wasnt resolved and 2 she was the rudest person Ive ever dealt with, and I work in customer service. She told me no and asked how she was rude. I explained and she told me she wouldnt transfer me then literally hung up on me. I was already in the store because she refused to talk to me and would only talk to the employees. I was already in the store so I went back up to the counter in tears because I was so upset and asked them to give me a number to call that is a supervisor or someone high up. Because it was the only number the employee Jess called them and said she would talk to them for me and I had already been hung up on 3 times and was treated poorly by the last person I talked to. She sat there explained what was going on and did everything she could to help me. She even gave me tissues. I was upset and I told them it wasnt them and they were extremely kind and understood I wasnt upset with any of them. Jess is literally the kindest person and took the time to help me and she listened to what I had to say. She is the best employee and so very kind. I love this place but after that call I never wanted to come back. But because of Jess I will definitely come back. She is so amazing. If you see this, thank you for taking the time to help me when I needed it most. You are amazing. -Melody

I used to shop in this particular location all the time, but it started to go downhill after Tamara, the store manager, left. The customer service is abysmal. I was the only customer in there with two associates, one of whom turned out to be a manager, and they barely wanted to check for a size. The manager came out of the stockroom and informed me they didn’t have my size. No mention of ordering it online at the register or calling another store. I manage a department store so I expect good service. My standards may be higher than most, but this was truly bad. I mentioned that there sizing was off in the piles of clothing. Most of the piles. This makes it harder for customers to shop and also harder for them to recover. She looked nonplussed when I said it. They really need to get a good manager in this store ASAP.

Better than it had been in the past. The clothes seem more stylish than they have in the last couple of years and I love the Livi Active line! With sales and coupons there are good deals.
Customer service was ok, the fitting rooms are really dirty the walls near the bottom have old stains. They didnt have the Jeans I wanted to try on but offered to have them shipped if I bought them. Kinda disappointed, Id much rather make the drive to Castle Rock Outlets for better service and cleaner store.
The employee was very patient with me while I tried to find a bra that worked for me, but my goodness, she got my sizing way off. She told me my band size was 30-32, when Im actually a 36, which led to some awful and painful bras being tried on. When I had questions about the proper fit and the way the bras were supposed to be fitting, she couldnt really answer my questions, so I kept Googling things in my dressing room. I found some styles I liked, which is nice, but I didnt fall in love with the store or the products.Edit: I ended up returning the bras due to cheap material. After a day of use, the material on the gore began to fray, and the straps stretched out too easily and became unwearable unless you wanted to wash it after a single use. No thanks. The return was easy, though, and they were very friendly.
These ladies here make me feel so comfortable everytime I come in and always help me find an outfit that fits me right. Thank you girls for all your help!

They need to really teach their people how to fit women for bras. I went in there for the fact that I desperately needed to replace my current bras. Not only could they not get my bra size right. They didnt even know the proper way of how the straps were supposed to be along with where the back of the bra is supposed to sit. At best, the only thing that they did get right was that they had bra extenders.
NOT open till 9 during the week. They close at 8 Mon-Thursday. I drove 45 minutes after work to get there in time to buy some much needed leggings and got there at 8:05. Doors were locked and sign outside said they close at 8. They seriously need to monitor their online presence better. I wasted time and gas and didnt get what I needed. Wish I had gone to Forever 21 at Flatirons now instead.
Makeyla has always been helpful with sizes and styles. Im in between sizes and she has helped ke on 2 separate occasions. Im thankful she helps out and doesnt try to high pressure sell. Will Continue coming back!

I visited this location yesterday looking for some much needed undergarments and left very disappointed. The employees werent much help either. They welcomed me as I entered the store but that was the last time I saw an employee for about 20mins. When they finally reappeared from in back of the store I asked for a dressing room to try on a few shirts. she looked at me and said just one second let me check this customer out first. The customer wasnt even at the counter and was still browsing as she was meandering to the front. I didnt say anything b/c I wasnt in much of a hurry but after waiting for almost 10 mins. I didnt want to even try anything on anymore. I finally decided I would just buy the size bras I needed and leave but when I couldnt find the correct bra size I asked if they had anymore in back, she told me no and then tried to convince me to buy a size smaller.I left the store feeling very frustrated and decided to shop at Torrid instead. The customer service at Torrid was AMAZING and I will now start shopping there for my clothing instead. As for bras...I prefer to by those at Lane Bryant so I dont mind driving 40mins or more if it means i can find the bras I need and get the customer service that one deserves, so from this moment on I will be shopping for my bras at a different Layne Bryant location. Ill probably check back at this location now and then to see if they have hired any new employees who know how customer service should be conducted and if so I would start shopping here again b/c its close to where I live.
