Today around 12:30 pm i stoped by to buy some Chinese dates 2 bags for $11 great products, then 1 hour later I came back to look for my wallet in which having $200 cash and driver license., I asked if they saw my wallet, the lady asked me a very strange question “ did you stop by here” less than an hour ago she sold me and gave me changes for the transaction!!! So weird and unappreciated. Normally, peoples will answer that they did not see the wallet..

My son and I visited the store as part of a school cultural project. I asked the gentleman tending the store a few questions about the store and explained this purpose of our visit. He seemed a bit preoccupied, but did answer a few. We eventually purchased a small amount Jasmine tea and I can hardly wait to see how it tastes. The store is neat and clean.

My visits to Tan birds nest Yen was very accommodating, they answered all my question and more. They gave me a variety of choices from teas to birds nest and told me what they recommended. I ended up getting the birds, which I get very often, and I have to say that this was the best tasting birds nest Ive ever seen this was also a great bargain.

We came to ask for it this time, and there was a salesman who kept saying they dont have it with a super impolite and low class voice. We were treated as if we were retarded people who asked for something that NEVER EVER exist in this WORLD.Then I looked at him in the face and said if you dont have it, thats fine, maybe we can find somewhere else. Then he started pulling out all kind of stuff and putting on the table. None of those are what we were looking for. He did not even read the labels of the products he pulled out. I was like... HELLO, I TOLD YOU I AM NOT LOOKING FOR GINSENG, CAN YOU EVEN READ THE WORD GINSENG ON THE BOTTLE?This place has the most unprofessional selling skills I have ever experienced in my life. My mother came here to buy stuff many times and I think she was so kind to accept this kind of customer service. They dont want to sell, and they also dont know how to sell professionally.Tan Sanh Herbs! Customers are there to buy stuff, they dont ask you stuff for FREE.
