The heart of Vietnamese town. Most of the stores are jewelry or clothes. Not much to watch or explore. Just a place to go and buy your stuff when you need it.On the right of the photo is a Viet restaurant, I haven’t tried so I don’t know if it’s good. I see some people eating there. Probably decent.

Awesome place to shop with a good variety of Asian (Vietnamese) products and food vendors. Friendly people. Parking is sometimes difficult. If you need alterations on pants, there is an alterations shop on the second floor toward the front of the building. His prices are the best... usually $5 for jeans or pants alterations.

The place isnt what it used to be a few years ago. Not much thing to do here, very few eating places, the food isnt good neither, the shops are not very diversity. (must be due to covid).

Remarkable, authentic plaza filled with mostly Vietnamese stores. There is a huge variety of things to shop. Parking was not terrible during a mid afternoon or a weekday. Shop owners are very welcoming and are eager to help go with any purchase. Also need to visit the imported shops too. There’s lots of cool and interesting stuff they offer.

Don’t buy anything here. The owner shown in pic is really rude, unprofessional & prices higher than other places. As soon as you walk away - expect him to cuss at you. If I could give a 0 star - I would. I usually don’t write review but I have to bc he’s was very rude & threatened to call security if I take pictures. The only store that I ever had issues with at Phuong Loc Tho!

Definitely a nice place to experience and see. Been going there for years. Any tourist Id tell visit. Night Market would be fun as well

Was at the Night Food Market, started around 6:15 pm, the food offers were mediocre and little in portion, with good live music. Good for family and young children.

This place is the worst indoor mall I ever been in... They are so RACIST they as in every store employee was so rude and disrespectful, if your white you may want to go to the South coast plaza. Small food court & majority stores are diamond jewelry fashion & skin care products. Not much to see. But because it is iconic place, lots of tourists & vietnamese people from other states as well locals love to hang out here.

A great place to hang out and eat with the family. The environment is good. But dont ever buy any gold jewelry there. The prices are higher than market value. I went to Jeans Jewelry and they wanted 110 per gram of gold bar. Service is bad and the female owner is horrible. Check the prices online and around before buying there.

Went to the Phuoc Loc Tho Night Market. Interesting experience with good food however it was very crowded and it was very expensive. The jackfruit in the chè was fresh which was good because it was $8 hahah

Asian Garden Mall (Phuoc Loc Tho) is problably the 1st 2 story Vietnamese mall in America. Not only is the mall iconic with its 3 male statues in front, the building itself is symbolic of Little Saigon and almost a mecca to those coming from afar.Theres a food court and many jewelry stores on the 1st level. Some specialty stores carry high end designer eyewear, makeup, ethnic Viet themed outfits, etc. Typical shops sell designer handbags, makeup, clothing, (platform) shoes, etc. What was atypical and unique was the Buddhist altar area right front area by the top of the escalator as you ascend.Clean restroom. Parking can be tight on the weekends. Food court is a place to people watch while you dine. Theres a Lees Sandwich, as well as other vendors who sell fresh blend juice, exotic nhau food like balut (aka duck eggs or hot vit lon), staples such as beef stew (bo kho), (crab dumpling soup) bun rieu, etc. Nice place to browse, eat, shop, and soak in Vietnamese culture.

Better go on a weekday. Saturday and Sunday, forget about trying to find parking.Overall, its a decent place to go. Mostly for older people or teenagers to hang out at.They have tons of jewelry stores and gift shops for every occasion. Food is actually not too bad, get the boba drinks. So good.

This is a great place to go, and the food is great! I remember that there are some green waffles here, if you go here, please check that out! This 2 story mall sells lots of jewelery and Vietnamese items. Childrens toys and clothes are also sold here. If youre around the area, please come by!

This is my favorite place in the entire Orange Country-Westminster areas. If you have been to Vietnam, it looks rather familiar to local Vietnamese markets. The night market has authentic Vietnamese street foods that you make find on YouTube vlogs. I highly recommend Phuoc Loc Tho for those who would love to experience authentic Asian atmosphere in the U.S.

Cant believe in what I see. This place is a very authentic Vietnamese shopping mall. The way clothing stores display their products, the way they interact with customers... Reminds me a lot of my Vietnam scenes. Btw, it also offers a lot of food and jewelry stores. Plenty of partkings for weekdays but dont bother to find one on weekends haha

Fun place if youre on vacation and looking for street foods, coffee, etc but food is mediocre at best. More than half of the stores are now jewelry stores, with only a select few boutique stores that sell overpriced low quality clothing. The rest of the stores consist of toy/kid stores with rude, older shopkeepers giving you dirty looks and watching you in case you steal or break something. Good luck trying to take a cell phone picture in any of these stores to show your family members to make sure youre buying the right thing, theyll chase you out with a broom. Most stores will only take cash, and no refund.

It was a great place. I went their in last week at night, and I didnt know they had a special night market session in place.In the night market, the food was cheap and delicious! You could also buy little gifts for your loved ones.

They have a great bakery on the 1st floor here. Options of different restaurants. We like to come here for the Icee from one store and vietnames ice coffee from Lees Sandwich. They have an asian version of San Rio store here where they sell cute Hello Kitty and other friends stuff animals, pencils, etc. Those are the only reasons I come here for. They have a huge variety of jewelry stores that takes up most of the mall space so there are lots to choose from for those jewelry shoppers.
