Sharon Hill is spectacular at her job!!! She has always been outstanding at her job and a huge advocate of ensuring that all of our families needs are met especially during emergencies. Our furnace went down during Thanksgiving and she had technician to put a new one in place that Monday! Sharon is an exceptional person and I am truly grateful for her dedication and her professionalism.
Stan is an excellent technician!! Came out early and took care of all my boiler issues. Also very helpful and answered all my questions. Definitely recommend Griffith!
I called Wednesday morning April 14 2021 i received a call about 7:45am that there would be a service tech at my house after 12 noon and Stan arrived and did a awesome job, the motor was bad on my furnace and Stan had one on his truck to replace my bad one Stan left the area he worked in clean and explained why things werent working properly Ive been with this company for years Thank You for your prompt service
Greg Leikus just did a annual check up on our boiler. He was prompt, calling ahead to let me know exactly when he would arrive, polite, and thorough. Very pleased!

We ran out of oil at 10 o clock at night tonight and it was expected to be 29° tonight. With a 2 month old baby and 2 year old, we had no choice but to try the 24/7 service. I had a question about my heat pump and was informed they’re currently not accepting new customers and could not be helped—even though it was only a question. We’ll be upgrading our AC unit in the near future but will be looking elsewhere to take our business since they’re “too busy.”
We have been doing business with Griffith for years and have never had a problem or complaint. The delivery and service people are experienced, knowledgeable and friendly. I trust them for all my home energy products.
Just had my annual oil-burner service/tune-up per my service contract with Griffith. Was very impressed with Tech Shawn Green. He gave a courtesy call right before coming to announce his arrival time and also picked up on several issues with my ductwork and oil tank. He took care of the ductwork problem during the visit and arranged for an appt. to have the oil tank matter taken care of. Shawn was very polite and professional.
Greg L. was the technician who visited our residence a couple weeks back.. He was a pleasure to speak too, and instructional on DIY home maintenance.

Update: After a bunch of back and forth Donna and the company made it right. In the future I suggest that this company has better internal communication because at the end of the day I think communication errors were what caused the problems in the first place.My boyfriend call this company yesterday and talked to Donna to set up a time when they could come and deliver oil. Got it set up for today for them to come prime our oil tank and deliver 10 gallons of oil and then tomorrow (Saturday) they were going to deliver 150 gallons of oil. They said theyd be here after 12 pm. My boyfriend rearranged his work schedule to be here when they said theyd be here. At 5 pm no one had came and no one had called us. We called Donna back and asked what was the deal. She wasnt very pleasant but she told us shed call us back. 10 min later she did but to tell us that yeah we were on the list but they werent going to get to us today. Meanwhile its the coldest its been this winter and we have no heat. She then told us to use space heaters. What horrible customer service. This is our first venture into getting oil ever and this company has made it a headache. I shouldnt have to track you down when you tell me youre going to be here. Thats ridiculous. I dont think we are going to go with this company. Id like to cancel the order but now no one will call us back. Way to lose a customer guys.

Awful customer service. I called to order oil, The person who answered was rude, seemed to be in a rush and didnt want to be bothered. They couldnt find my address in their system and asked if I have ordered from them before, I said I did. They asked for my phone number and I decided I could get oil from anywhere and then they hung up on me. I would never let this person represent my business, and Ill just call Alliance.
