This place is so hit or miss whether it be items in stock or the employees attitudes and helpfulness/availability. Sometimes you get ones that are wonderful and helpful, but other times the slow and rude ones. Ordering online doesn’t make anything faster, which is ridiculous. They do have some items that I can’t find elsewhere locally, so every once in a while I find myself going, but I dread it.

Amazing customer service!!! I think every employee along our path stopped to ask if we were finding everything ok & if we had been helped while at the counter. Had to wait for the Manger to come back from lunch because he was the only one licensed to sell what we needed, BUT it was fine because all the staff were so friendly it didnt feel like a long wait at all. Sonny took great care of us & was a pleasure to work with. All the staff members were friendly very nice to talk to. Love this store!! You can tell they care about their customers.

I had a great experience here recently. Mistakes were rectified and this store has earned a lifelong customer. Sonny, the general manager, is a great guy and Heather works very hard to communicate with the customers. The staff is extremely friendly and generally, Tractor Supply is just an excellent environment to be in.Oh and another thing I love--call and the phone will not be automated. You wont need to wait 10 minutes to talk to an actual human. This store cuts through that nonsense and allows you to talk to a person to help you solve your issues.

I hate to 3 star such a great business. The shift leader Heather was agitating customers over the phone and in person. Very uncooperative, responding emotionally and not very helpful at all. (Also very drama filled) The leader of the store Les helped me with cooperation in less then 3 minutes. Very kind gentlemen! I hope your store hires more employees like Les. If it wasn’t for LES I’d rather not shop at TSC anymore.

Update: Let corporate know they need to train their employees on how to use the new brooder they had installed for their chicks. So many dead chicks because of the misplacement of the heating plate. Needs to be lower. So so many dead chicks this year. Not all of TSC fault. USPS should not allow shipping live birds if they can’t guarantee date of arrival. Absolutely horrendous!The bird seed we get is a bit expensive. The regular price went up by a dollar and when they have a sale, its a dollar off. Basically, putting it back to the original price. However, they do have the best bird seed available. The reason for the three stars. The checkout line seems to be consistently understaffed. Also, when we were trying to ask one of the floor people for help, we were completely ignored. Most of the sales staff are friendly and very helpful. Must have caught this bad person on an off day.....

I love this store. They have high quality dog food like Blue Buffalo at the lowest rate in town. They also have great deals on chicken feed. They have everything you need for gardening, farming, equipment, clothes, etc. They also have very reasonable animal vaccination clinics. Everyone from the employees to the customers are incredibly friendly.

A large company with a relatively local feel. Ive been in multiple times throughout the years and the place always seems under-staffed. Nice selection of farm, pet, and livestock products with decent pricing. We are a loyalty program member but I dont know the benefits of it. Cashier today was sitting on bag stand with her back to the customers and messing with her phone. Once acknowledged, we had a real impersonal checkout experience but it was better than being 6 deep in line.

Called ahead, was told they fill propane tanks. They said they are open till 9. Drove half an hour to store and I was told that they cant fill them because the other employees already went home. I showed up 2 hours before they close. Very disappointed 😞

Always so helpful and welcoming. They have brands of dog and cat food we use, costing us less. Plus they have unique items for the garden and gifts.

If your a farmer or just own land and need some supplies and tools then this place is for you!. They also carry clothes...some fashionable. Also they sell feed...baby chicks...ducks and a variety of other things. Overall good place to shop depending on what your looking for.

Bought chicks from here, great experience. The staff legitimately knows what they are doing and they handled the chicks really well. The girl even said she read up on the chicks to better assist people!

Good deals on a lot of stuff. Employees know what there talking about and help. Check out is a bit slow but nothing to bad. And did I mention good deals? Overall a good and clean place and take good care of the chicks and ducklings when they come in stock.

I had to give one star, but they don’t deserve it. Cashiers are horribly slow, store is always messy, they are always out of stock of everything. You can’t even order online and pick up in store, I’ve tried four different stores and they all canceled my one item I was attempting to buy. Don’t waste hour time.

Don. Les and entire staff were UNBELIEVABLY AMAZING, PROFESSIONAL and simply a pleasure to meet. The cashier thanked me for my 24 years of military service but I did not catch her name. As a proud American citizen and retired military Veteran, I take pride in helping others and am always grateful when other people are friendly, helpful, respectful and professional and fun to be around. Well I have been going to Tractor Supply Company for years and always have positive experience when visiting their stores; however, the Westminister store was by far my best shopping experience ever....primarily due to Don and Les as well as the entire staff there. Dons outstanding customer service and charismatic attitude greatly assisted me with actually purchasing a winch setup and I personally commend him for his outstanding personal skills. Les help me later in the evening and prior to the closing of the store was able to offer and assist me with opening a Tractor Supply credit card which allowed me to make a several hundred dollar purchase and utilize a 6 month interest free purchase offer. I am extremely satisfied with with my purchase and still amazed with my amazing experience with the staff at this store. I commend the hiring manager for hiring and managing such a wonderful staff of personnel and look forward to shopping at this store again. Highly Recommend!! I will mention again in this review that Tractor Supply Comany should seriously consider or re-consider honoring U.S. Military Service Men and Women, Active Duty and Retired Military personnel, and first responders for their service and I am hopeful to see a support of our troops by TSC soon!! Shop this store and have a GREAT EXPERIENCE!!!

From the store manager to the stock room guys, everyone is very friendly and extremely helpful. They have a much larger inventory than most Tractor Supply Cos. If you have any questions, dont be afraid to ask. The only problem I had was navigating through the disorganized mess of mens boots, but the employees were happy to help me look for a pair in my size 😁

Your actions were very apparent, I dont appreciate someone making me feel like a suspect because of the color of my skin! The cashier Tyler is the only reason that I gave a 1 star review!!! Its TSC. They have stuff that you cant find at honey do stores. Not that those are bad. Different clients. Work clothes and boots. Stuff for your livestock and pets. Helpful staff and plenty of parking.

I have been coming here periodically for years when the other local stores dont have the tools or hardware I need. This store will always have them.However, I have never been a fan of the staff here. They are knowledgeable and will help but they have always been dismissive and uninviting like I shouldnt be there but are not downright rude. I am always happy to find what I need to get whatever job done but I almost regret having to purchase from here under these conditions.

Whet in for one thing, although they didnt have it they gave us a rain check for 2 days later; hopefully we get a phone call.While there found 2 items i needed priced well.Employees were helpful and opened up a new line when the checkout lines began to grow.

Service was not great here. The manager was upset about us returning some supplies that we no longer needed in exchange for the ones we needed. Then when we pointed out the fence posts were mislabled and the sizes were therefore wrong she looked at us silently until we said we would just take them as is. We will see if it will work. Im not impressed with this location.

You cannot order from their catalog at the store and have it shipped to their store. Yet you used to be able to. Also more than enough employees working, yet the wait time is really long. This location has lost my business for good.

When I go in there they usually have what I need it is a good hardware store if youre looking for a screw or bolt or nut they always have it and they have a lot of pet supplies there too its a great store I recommend this to anyone that has pets and needs to fix something small around the house because you can find what you need there

Helpful friendly service. Getting to it can be tricky if you are not familiar with the area. Only one entrance if your are driving Northwest off of 140. Which is somewhat south of the actual store. No turn signal at entrance. Entrance off of 140 is at the AIG building

This is a hardware store that is more farm-focused. Youll see outdoor clothing, gardening supplies, pet food and healthy dose of DIY stuff for around the house. I just really like the vibe of this place.

Friendly and helpful staff. Lots of items in stock most of the time. Overall a great location. Seems like its bigger than some of the other stores in the Baltimore area.

I wasnt there on Christmas Day as GPS stated but have been in the store other times. Employees cortious. Prices reasonable. Quite an assortment of products. Ample parking out front and at the side of the building.

The vet services on Sunday afternoon are great value to pet health, half what you would pay a veterinarian. Store prices are good also this store makes pet ownership affordable.

If I could rate this store any lower I would. The store manager is easily one of the worst out there as I travel to the Hanover and Gettysburg stores depending on what I need. He seems to have no control over the people that are on registers and they rarely have what I need when I need it. The place could benefit from a new store manager.

1st time using online pickup. Didnt know there was a specific counter for it, so the cashier was pretty rude telling me to go back to it. There were a couple people ahead of me, and then Morgan was able to help. Not one smile, no how are you? Straight to the point. Whats your last name, here sign this (somewhat slamming the papers down on the counter), brought me my cart with a have a nice day with an expression that seemed to mean the opposite. Customer service has never been their strong point.... but this was disappointing.

Lost of empty shelves. I always browse these store as I used to be a manager for them. It appears they are having trouble keeping things in stock. Customer service is usually pretty good, however, I was not greeted on this visit.

Cant try on pants dude top the location of security tags. Water proof boots have security tags penetrating side of boot. No longer water proof

Last few times I had to go here for propane you either wait for ever for service or like today since its light rain there is know one there to do propane

I love visiting this store. The people there could not be more helpful and friendly.There is food for all the critters I feed, cats, dogs, raccoons, fox, deer, squirrels, and birds.Please dont think you need to be a farmer or have a tractor to shop there!

Consistently the worst TSC in the area. I only shop here for convenience, if I need something and have time, I prefer to hit Gettysburg or Hanover TSC Stores any day. Westminster is poor on keeping things stocked, and most of the associates are very poor at providing customer service.

Just renovated with greater selection. One thing though. I wish that corporate would stop making them take down the winter coveralls and jacket display before the first snow fall. So when the plow guys go in there to get something warmer to wear out in the cold they cant because they cleared them out already.

Awful. Strolled store for about 35-40 minutes. Couldnt find anyone to assist. Gor to checkout. Waited 1/2 hr in line. 1 cashier. Lady in front of me had a long issue with an exchange. Another cashier arrived to instruct the guy in my line, but she didnt open another drawer or ask if she could help. I left. I suffered a recent heart attack, and I couldnt stand in line another minute without collapsing. Very disappointing.

Went today to get dog food with wife ..we saw a game in the clearance section .It had no price and on the MSRP it said $10.00 on the actual game by the bar code.The cashier was rude and disrespectful as hell to my wife,when she said it was in clearance.
