Really could not ask for better customer service. Awesome club fitting ant top level technical knowledge. Joey was extremely helpful tracking down my order and went above and beyond to make things right. This will be my go to store moving forward.
Harshly accused of stealing a head cover that was covering a club I came in to get fixed. Treated like a thief and embarrassed in front of other customers. Also, no one in the store wanted to provide excellent service. Terrible example of what a store could be.
I stopped in to the PGA Superstore just to check out an Odyssey OG 7 putter. After a few minutes I was headed home but decided to ask a quick question at the front desk about lie impact tape. Before I knew it, Joe at the front desk had me grabbing my clubs from my car, swinging in a bay, analyzing the lie tape, and bending my clubs two degrees flat for me. The customer service Joe showed was above and beyond.Even though other golf shops are closer to my house, I think I’ve found my new retail spot.
Great experience upgrading my irons from an 18 year old set of hand-me-downs from my Dad. Colby was patient and extremely helpful with dialing the correct fit and configuration. Great selection. This was a two day process. The first day was to dial in the correct set and the second was to confirm the fit without being fatigued. If you are considering upgrading older irons, this is the place and Colby is the man. I added distance and accuracy and was completely satisfied.

I guess this review isnt necessarily against the store itself, but the company and service behind custom orders. I order ping wedges at the beginning of June and they have a ship date of July 23. After this date passes I call them and they say now the wedges will ship 9-1. When I originally ordered I was told the lead time would be 6 weeks. I call them to cancel the order. They send no confirmation. I email them and they tell me the order is cancelled and I will be refunded. After I was not refunded I call again and they say I need to go to the store and get my money back. So basically, if I had never called and followed up on this they would have kept my money without giving me any product. Do not order custom products unless youre willing to wait a very long time for delivery.
Wow I am so impressed with the great customer service at the PGA superstore. Every visit has been a positive experience and most recently Colin said We will take care of you AND they have. I cant wait to go back !!!
Only semi nice person was the grip fitter. Otherwise one guy asked how he can help you, someone else walks up and passes you off to another salesman, who in the middle of asking and comparing other clubs just walks away. What sour taste y’all leave to people. Definitely won’t recommend y’all to anyone.
Went in to purchase a whole new set of clubs. It started off a bit rocky with being helped, but when Colby started to help me he made suggestions on my clubs. He was real helpful, I fully recommend him. I will return there.
Best experience possible. Scheduled Tour Van Fitting with Jason. He not only adjusted my driver to perfectly fit my swing but spent time sharing his expert knowledge to improve my skills. I recommend Jason for anyone who would like to improve their game and maximize their equipment to improve their game.
Call themselves the “Super store”. 8 bays to hit balls in on a monitor. Went on Saturday. No one available but 7 empty bays. Not allowed to try or test a club. Still open 7 bays. Went back on Monday. Same thing 90 minute wait. No one available. This needs to be fixed. That said, excellent selection of clubs and the guy who worked with me was fantastic. I highly recommend them over Golf Galaxy and other golf stores. Fix the demo issues and have more experts available or let people hit.
I went in dead set on buying a new driver after weeks of online research. Luckily I was greeted by Colby. He was busy but still had time to help me out. He let me try multiple driver with different shafts and lofts. I spent probably an hour in there trying different options and ultimately he helped me get fit for a driver that best suits my game. His customer service was a breath of fresh air. I can’t compliment him enough for being so wonderful and accommodating. If/when I go back to get new clubs I’ll def be looking for him. So thank you for being so great and helpful and treating me just like every other customer. Great customer service. Too bad he can’t fix my swing.
Great experience with Jason fitting me for a new set of irons. I went in not having a specific set in mind, but with a goal to find the ones that worked best for my swing. Jason was very knowledgeable about not only the various clubs available, but also about my swing in general and what was causing me to hit the ball a certain way. We worked thru a number of club heads, shaft swiftness and length, and finally the grips that felt the most comfortable me. Overall it was a great experience with zero pressure that I would recommend to anyone looking for new clubs.
CUSTOM FIT CLUBS WILL NOT COME QUICKLY. I ordered a custom fit set of Ping irons through my local PGA superstore in April. I was told at that time, shipping would happen in 4-6 weeks, because thats what Ping tells their distributors. In 6 weeks, I had my local shop check my order status, and was told Ping says your clubs will now ship on June 12th. June 12 came, and after another call was told Ping now says June 22nd. I just got off of the phone with the general manager of my local store who called Ping again and is now being told July 1st. If you cant fill orders on time, Ping, STOP TAKING NEW ORDERS! This is basic business ethics. Im so frustrated, and I will tell all of the guys at the club about how Ping doesnt care about their customers. The guys at this so are only to blame in that the first few communications were not checked with Ping regarding the ship date. I think they are aware now, and hopefully tell customers to get a product that is reliable.
Another great experience at the PGA Superstore today. The staff really helped me out and regripped 10 clubs while I waited so I could have them in time for a match in the morning. Thanks, men.
Great new shop for all your golf merchandise! Welcoming staff right through the door,asked if I needed help a few times as I made the rounds but never pushy. Hit a few demo clubs in one of the bays,fitter came by twice and asked how it was going but never made me feel rushed or uncomfortable. I probably could have stayed an hour just trying stuff out. Great selection of clubs,bags apparel and a wall of hats. Indoor range and huge putting green with 10-15 holes. Great prices,if youre looking for a place to buy something as simple as a new towel or looking for a custom fitted set of clubs,this is it!

Earned a lifetime customer today....My Taylormade Sim driver head cracked in multiple places (less than 1.5 years old) and they told me they could get me a replacement in over a month from today.... That time table doesnt work for me. I did not buy my driver from this store but I took it in to see if they could do something.... Within 10 minutes, Mike sent me home with a new driver head and said Ill settle up with Taylormade. THANK YOU, GUYS!! I will be spending money in your store in the near future.
This used to be the place to find new clubs. I picked up two different drivers and set off alarms. What the heck is that! Just want to browse and see what’s new. An employee finally comes over and takes the drivers from me. He muttered something about demos and pointed to the side as he walked away. I walked over there to find no help and still felt uncomfortable from the alarms going off just from picking up a club. The internet def isn’t ideal but the experience is way better than whatever the heck just happened on this trip in. Guess this is what they mean when they say in person shopping is going away in the future.

I went in with my son for his birthday gift. We werent sure what we where going to do. He originally wanted to extend and regrip his current golf club set. But after talking with two of the employees and how they mentioned that he should at least look into a new set for himself, since his were 15 years old. They didnt push him or pressure him in any way. They did a free fitting for what length of club he should be using as well as inform him of the type of shaft he should use, (wether he bought a new set or not). They were not interested in upselling just making sure he was comfortable with what he has or if he wanted a new set making sure they were right fit for him, The fitting person asked him to hit with some different clubs in the same price range as well as a couple of his own clubs to make sure sure he felt comfortable with the choice He decided he would go with the Taylor made, the store included all costs for extending the new clubs, fitting him with a plus one inch extension and enlarging the grips to accommodate his hand fit. They are also going to try and reuse all of the grips from the new set on his new extensions (if they destroy any of the grips we will have to purchase new ones to replace them at our cost). They told us all of this info up front so we were prepared for any contingencies. The price was good for our lower end budget especially with the amount of service they provide. I believe service is something that is at the core of what a business should have and they certainty provide a great service.
Went in to spend money.While trying on golf shoes ( it seemed to be self service,which I prefer) I heard a distinct and unpleasant yarp from behind me.Upon turning to see where this foul emminace originated i was met with a scornful face of a singularly shrewish frau, apparently upset that she had to work today.Too cowardly to confront me she spun on the heel of he cheap shoes and twaddled off to her next personal disaster.While I checked out this woman( using the term lightly) walked briskly from the store. I asked the cashier who she was.She said:shes our supervisor I related my experience and was informed this has happened a couple of times. Shes bad for business folks.
Unfortunately this place has a bigger selection of golf equipment then most but their staff and customer service is complete garbage! They are not friendly nor welcoming. They treat you no matter what you are trying to buy like cattle, just trying to get you out of the store. Golf is a personal sport and you would like to be treated as a person not cattle. Definitely would not recommend this place at all.
I went to the PGA superstore not knowing what to expect, what I received was possibly some of the best customer service I have had in some time.The young man that was attending to all of the hitting bays was something incredible. He took the time to help everyone he could, was being pulled in ever which direction. He even took the time to try and help my game.The personal and professional assistance I received will not be forgotten. I drove from Longmont to Golf Galaxy as I usually do when I have a golf need where I was pushed away. Never again will I spend my money at anywhere else for golf equipment other than the PGA Superstore.My only regret is I dont remember the young mans name.If you are looking for any and everything golf related go to this store, the wonderful staff will make sure you are properly attended to.My last point is, I didnt walk out with a new $500 driver. I know soon enough I will pull the trigger, you can be sure it will be at this location.Thank you,Travis

I have an order that PGASS says was delivered but was not delivered. Ive been trying to contact PGA SuperStore customer service for four days. Cannot get through to speak with anyone. Ive been placed on hold for long periods of time then get directed to leave a vm for a return call. Left several VMs. Have not received a return call. Horrible customer service!
I was in from out of town for some family golf and broke my ping driver. Manager Mike Paige called Ping, got a return authorization and gave me a new head off the rack so I can continue my outing. This type of customer service should not be out of the ordinary, but sadly it is. Mike did all of this for me, and I didn’t even buy it from PGA. But, I most certainly will buy my next one from them.Thanks Mike
Craig Vollmar was my instructor. In the first lesson after 15 to 20 mins he made a few corrections that added almost 40 yards to my 7 iron. It corrected my slice to a slight hook. I have never seen yardage I have seen if I follow his advise.After the second lesson I’ve learned so much more on how the swing should be. Previously I have had golf lesson before, but I’ve learn more in 1.5 hours with him than I have after decades of golf and people telling me what to change.He gave amazing advice and changes to help me out. It’s up to me to adapt to those changes. The best thing was you have a track history of each shot. As he mentioned each change it showed on the screen.I was giggling internally like a small child because the results were night and day.

Saved me money.I was at the Greenwood Village store, and they refuted me to Westminster.I said this before about Greenwood Village, it is also true for Westminster.Everyone was very helpful and they gone above and beyond. The sale people hooked me up with what I need and put something in my hand cheaper then what I was willing to spend.

I had high hopes for having this store closer to home rather than driving all the way down to the DTC area. I think Ill continue to make the drive down south or even elsewhere. I recently purchased PGA Superstore gift cards from eBay & the employee refused to accept it as a form of payment. He told me that there has been fraudulent activity with gift cards & snarkily told me to not buy gift cards from eBay & acted like it wasnt his problem. I asked for a suggestion on what to do with my PGA Superstore gift card & he said the best thing would be to get a refund from the eBay seller, but he didnt seem to care & asked me for another form of payment. He didnt seem to care about helping me out any further. SOOOOOOOO incredibly disappointing with the treatment I received. Great space & many choices of brands but this particular employee ruins the guest experience.
Nice store replaced club grips
Walked in prepared to spend 500-800 on a beginner iron set and driver. Got put on the waiting list to get helped and test out some different clubs (2 ahead of me). Stood around for about an hour without getting helped so I left. The store didn’t seem crowded, saw several employees walking around, several employees behind the counters, and several open spots in the hitting booths. Really disappointing.
Jason was an outstanding club fitter and extremely knowledgeable about the game of golf! I would highly recommend visiting this store and seeing him.
The PGA superstore in Westminister is the perfect place to buy clubs or apparel. The fitting personnel are up to date on technology and the products they sell. If you are going to spend money to buy any range of clubs visit them. You will not be disappointed and if by chance you are they have policies in place to insure you end up with a good experience. Thanks again to the manager Mike and the fitting specialist Steven for the help.

I’ve been putting off the switch from 3-iron to hybrid for years. Steven was patient and informative in helping me select the appropriate club with the appropriate fitting. I haven’t hit a single live shot yet, but any negatives on the course relating to this club won’t be the fault of Steven. Look forward to returning.
Joe was awesome! He recommended some clubs to me, but I decided to leave and think about it. I thought about it for five minutes, did a u-turn, and went right back and bought them.
Accommodating Personnel clean store and well organized
Not a single employee would help us for the 30 minutes we were in the store. Nobody was attending the cash register as well, so we couldn’t even ask for help. The store has great product selection and deals, but nobody to even help you with anything. Would not recommend. If you want the PGA store, drive to south Denver for good service.
Mike and Cierra were absolutely amazing. Mike helped me with finding a cobra cover for my putter that I lost and was able to give me the same one I got with my set so it all matches, yay! Cierra was so patient with us while checking out! We had 4 different gift cards to use and she didn’t rush us or anything. They both were friendly, quick and so nice! Well done!

Impressive store,but sales people must be on commission. I went in to try to buy clubs, was just looking for a new set that didnt cost an arm and a leg and was immediately shown the $999 and above sets and told the older technology wasnt as good. Really??? Went to another store not far away and found a set for $499 that is a name brand and they are great

Came into Westminster store this afternoon -wanting to buy a set of clubs for my husband’s birthday. Not a single hello and not a single “can I help you?”. I guess they feel that they don’t need to make a sale.
Walked in, maybe 5 customers around, 4 of whom browsing by themselves, one getting assistance with a putter by an employee....5 other employees just milling around....I grab a putter and look around at employees in the eye for assistance, no one offered to help. Finally tracked down one employee, I said this putter was on Sale on your Company Website, but not listed here, she said they dont match prices......What?!? How can you not match a price from your OWN COMPANY? I said Screw it, Ill buy online from @BombTechGolf and walked out....Never Returning to this store!
This was the worst experience with a golf store I have had yet. I came in to be fitted for new clubs, & was spoken down to and belittled by James & staff for over two hours. Then he told me he “can’t sell me or fit me for golf clubs, that I was not ready to play.” I will spend my money at Golf galaxy from now on.
The phone number doesnt work and there is no way to contact the store directly. An alternate number or email address would be helpful. Ive got money Im trying to spend but they dont seem to want it.
I bought a year access to the practice booth to improve my game. My experience has been unsatisfactory. The man at the front desk is very unfriendly. I am not able to book online, i requested help with no response. Several times the computer in my booth does not work. I dont think this store is resceptive to senior women.
Went to golf galaxy a couple months ago and had a terrible experience. Decided to try the new pga store and got great customer service and great club fitting for a new driver walked out with brand new Taylor made. Golf galaxy is in trouble

This place happens to carry the golf ball I play (no other store does in the area). Most of the staff, especially at the front desk, seems generally unhappy. When going there today the 20 something kid working at the front desk muttered phone number. No, hello, did you find everything okay, etc. Anyways, no big deal. After the transaction I said, have a great day, & you guessed it, no response. Unless they exclusively carry a product that youre looking for, the staff here is underwhelming.
