My wife and I came across an informative and sociable young gentleman working in the shop recently. We think his name is James. We are avid antiquers and wanted to offload some of our silver flatware collection. Not only was he pleasant, but he took the time to educate us on the difference between silver plating and sterling silver flatware. He also explained the difference between collector value and material value since my wife and I are collectors. We will be back with some of our more valuable flatware soon now that we know what to look for! It was a very positive experience.

Offered me less than half the price of spot value for 90% silver coins, rudely said “There’s no way you’re getting any more than that.” Sold them on eBay a few days later, got nearly twice of what he offered. Don’t go to this place if you don’t know what your stuff is worth, you will be scammed. Prices on gold were almost as bad (65% spot) for two small 9k and 10k gold chains. I don’t know what this guy is thinking. The store and lowlife clientele give the vibes of a place where junkies sell their stolen jewelry so they can finance their next hit. Just an FYI. Definitely not recommended.
