Wonderful people to work with. They did a great job embroidering our logo on polo shirts for our sales staff. The staff love the quality and feel of the polos. Highly recommend!

I wouldn’t say my experience with ink & threads was up to what I read or was told. I originally called for info on pricing and how to get a quote and they were short with me on the phone. Continued to take 3 samples in and they quoted me a digitizing fee of $60 and about $10 per hat. So I went through with it. They printed out my logo and had the AI file of it and even showed me to make sure it was correct, and it was. Didn’t hear anything for about a week which is how long I was told it would be. Then received a call ready for pick up. When I got ahold of the samples my logo was completely skewed and squished unlike the original. At first they were trying to tell me that’s how the logo came until they found the original email file. They continued to charge me for the digitizing fee at $30 off even though my logo was not digitized correctly. They also asked me if someone messaged me a photo of the first hat to make sure it was correct. No one did. Now I have to buy new hats on top of finding a new embroidery company. They told me I could get the next correct digitizing fee free of charge. I won’t be back.
