The guy was not very helpful, didnt seem to know much about headphones, not to the detail I needed, just surface level what he read on the box probably. Didnt try to be more helpful, was short and gave pretty unhelpful and unknowledgeable advice.Two of the guys were just sitting there talking to each other, didnt help me either.
