I like this store! They have great seasonal decor, houseware, clothes, furniture & some electronics & groceries. My only complaint is that I always end up buying a lot more than I planned to because I find so many great items.

Terrible customer service from multiple employees. I drove 30 minutes to this store for a specific item. None on display. Fist employee I ask she says yes they have some in the back but doesn’t have time to go look, it would be at least 30 minutes before she can look. After awhile I asked someone else as the other lady was to busy. She was as rude stating they have to many pallets. I asked if she could at least give a quick glance. She said she already did. Not be possible as she had not stepped away from me. Both were very short when speaking to me and very unwilling to help.

I really enjoy going to this store. However my 6 yr old likes circus peanuts and the last 5 or 6 times I have visited the store they have either been out or do not have the shelves stocked.

Id only been to a couple other Big Lots(!) (tee hee) stores before- one is very cluttered and another in Cheyenne. I dont mind cluttered if it allows for serendipitous finds as long as its clean. Its in an older building but its clean as was the one in Cheyenne but this one is far and above regarding cleanliness. The store is very organized as well, at least in what Ive looked for.Big Lots is kind of a funny store for some things like cosmetics because sometimes theres a huge selection of decent drugstore brands just heaped together (see above - serendipitous), sometimes quite orderly. Ive purchased some now and then and it always seems authentic- I know sometimes customers are concerned about counterfeits.Theres usually a good stock of certain foods I really like; some Im not sure where to buy otherwise except online. Some things are hit or miss.I skip OTC meds, etc- Ive read Consumer Reports enough to be hesitant. I dont think Ive ever found toiletries- I dont use drugstore for them but Ive bought toiletry adjacent and theyve been fine. Check the prices on everything to be sure youre getting a good deal. Ive looked at housewares but Ive never bought any.Staff and management are helpful and respectful at this location but not all.

Open until 9-9:00 called store to make sure they were open until 9:00pm they said yes but have doors locked & none of them came to unlock them. Not coolJust called again & employee giggled said in 15 min so I tried again and they are locked. They here everything locked up and walked in when customer walked out and neither employees said a word they threw their hands up and are annoyed that myself & another couple got in the store.

I cannot remember the name of this amazing and tall lady there. Red hair and glasses maybe... but a flower in her hair. So lovely and so patient. Very helpful and I urge you to go in that store and she will be such great assistance to your needs.

Assistant manager Lori really needs to work on her customer service skills. I was instore furnishing my new home and was going back and forth on couches and tables. The very nice assisant suggested i sign up for the rewards and financing option since it was a large purchase. I agreed and while signing up it says take %15 off your order now. Although they said it can take 24hrs to receive the discountI wanted to think about the table and couch anyway so i purchased over $150 in items that morning. Came back the next night and was goin to buy the table and some other items total was over $600. I searched my email and signed into my big lots account and no %15 off. I explained to the Assisant manager lori i was in yesterday and i came back today to purchase and use myCoupons.Literally told me it would take a week and i NEED to wait for the email and they cant honor it. She also seemed confused about the 10$ coupon i got on my receipt from yesterday. I signed up for your rewards and financing! Talk about never shopping here again. Not to mention you go to their website and its all over the place if you sign up you get %15 off . I told her i will just buy online. Brutal. Cancelling the big lot card and purchasing elsewhere

Great store but not happy with them during the pandemic. While shopping in this store there were more customers not wearing masks (or not wearing them properly) than those who were. I brought this to the attention of the employee who let me know there was very little they could do. I thoroughly enjoy shopping at Big Lots but likely wont be a repeat customer. My health and safety is a priority even if Big Lots staff wont enforce health and safety guidelines.

Kat was so helpful today in purchasing large furniture and although she was busy, she was so willing to stop what she was doing and help us and multiple other customers! She was so kind and quick! Thank you, Kat!

Location is a little run down but nice big lots. They have alot of clearance and discounted items. Not alot of big lots around so happy this one is here!

Prices are pretty good they got good variety of snacks when you have a night time munchies just go around 7:00 or 8:00 no later to get snacks

This store absolutely rocks! Very friendly, very helpful and very attentive staff! Its recently been re-merchandised, with an emphasis on furniture and design items, but there are still so many amazing deals to be found here. This is my stock up store for paper goods, snacks and La Croix water. I love their rewards program and the frequent coupons. The store is also very clean and well-organized. Big Lots - LOVE IT!!

Very unsatisfied with my recent experience with Big Lots. Cant say I will order anything online again! I ordered 2 furniture pieces, received a email telling me that my order was ready for pick up - then received another email stating one of the items I ordered was cancelled. Called them to find out why as their website said it was available for in store pick up. I had to talk to at least 4 different people to find out why the item was cancelled and come to find out it is because their website doesnt match what they have in store! They informed me the person responsible for updating the website had not done their job! They offered to look up other SKU # s to see if another item I liked was available and SURPRISE SURPRISE they didnt have any! I choice a different one that was in store as they informed us they had it in stock but when they pulled it out from their stock room IT STILL WASNT THE RIGHT ONE!! This experience was extremely stressful and could have been prevented if the employees did the job they are paid to do! I will not be returning to Big Lots, I thought I would get a fantastic deal as I have purchased other items in the past for decent prices but this was ridiculous. Very unprofessional. I cant see Big Lots lasting much longer functioning this way! But as they say you get what you pay for, I will be paying more from now on to get what I want the first time!

Literally best big lots Ive ever been too. Place is brand new from front door to back wall. Great prices and an overall good selection. Its no target, but its an awesome big lots.

Saw store associates wearing masks down around their chin and some not at all. So, as a nurse, you want me to save your life, but youre not willing to protect mine? Disgusting!! Wont be back!

Shopping experience good, but saw a lady shop lifting and the store associate did nothing. The women must have been at it all day. Her little pickup was packed! Turned her license plate and truck description to the police who were busy at Kohls with another dishonest person.

Will NEVER go to this store ever again!!!! Tried to buy a TV stand and they wouldnt take my check. Said there was something wrong with my account but I had more than enough money in account to pay for it. They have lost a good customer.

Pretty good prices, not many name brands. Kind of like a sorta dollar store, bit the products can be more than a dollar. I like the newly remodeled look of the store, and how everything I need is in a couple aisles right next to each other.

I love this store! Plus theyve got a great employee named Janice who is efficient and also loaned her chair to an elderly woman who was waiting on her family to check out! Cant beat that kind of niceness!

Looks great after the reorganization. Picked up a matress and stand, and they brought it out to our car. We were supposed to go to American Furniture Warehouse, but they were closed; and were glad! Big Lots was a much better experience!

They dont seem to carry much any more. Its pretty difficult for me to go through a store and not find something to buy.

Came here for some cheap furniture for my basement and cheap furniture i got. Bought a $100 2 chair/coffee table. Some of the parts were already coming apart even before assembly. I later found something way better and cheaper via a yard sale. I ended up returning my purchase back to Big lots.Won’t be buying furniture here anytime soon.

Great for cheap cords and cables

Typically like big lots. Today, not so much. The price throughout the store was lower than what registered at the check stand. A hamper in the back stated $10, rang up $13. A drink bottle stated $6 but rang up $13 as well. Watch your prices people.

I had been in this store before. They have changed things around and made it look nice. Not sure about the prices. I thought going to Big Lots would give you a discount on stuff. Had to pay full price on a anniversary card compared to buying it at Hallmark.

This is the best store I have ever been to. Very clean and cashiers very polite.

The store was very clean and well orgained. The only issue I had was it was rather warm in there. I might have shopped longer but it was uncomfortable to me. The gentleman at the register was extremely polite and nice - great customer service!
