I have utilized Appliance Factory Outlet for used appliances for my rental properties for years and they are fantastic. The guys are helpful, the delivery and set up is on point with their new appliances and anything I bought has been updated as necessary, warrantied for 30 days and given me plenty of life.

Update again:They refunded the dishwasher. Andrew has always been helpful. However their management has been ignoring our message about water damage and no word for reimbursement.Update after 2 weeks:There have been multiple issues with our order. #1 We were told at the store the installation of the microwave and dishwasher is $120 total, in fact the installation company charged us $90 each. #2 We were told if the dishwasher is too high, they will trim it to fit under the counter. They couldnt. We had to take it back. #3 We already paid for the dishwasher and there is no return, we have to wait for the store to have a similar one. This we kinda knew, but we didnt realize the wait could be indefinite. So keep that in mind. #4 This is the worst. The installer didnt reconnect the water hose on the old dishwasher properly after the failed attempt to install the new one. Caused water damage flooded basement. Someone came to take pictures but nothing followed. No idea how much we will lose in the end.I may update again based on how fast and easy this is resolved.Original Review:Andrew is super helpful, walking us through everything and answer numerous questions. Theyve got excellent deals too. Highly recommend.

Bought a washer and dryer from here. Good news- the dryer works great and everyone Ive worked with has been polite! Bad news- the first washer hardly worked (had to separately start the spin cycle, but eventually fully stopped working). I did have the warranty, so the second washer was just delivered after about a week and a half after calling in on the warranty. This washer drained once when the installers came and we ran a very quick test with no clothes. Following the first cycle with clothes, it will no longer drain. I am starting to wish I would have just bought a brand new washer. If this gets sorted out soon, this review may change, as the individuals I have worked with have been courteous so far.PS- it is obvious that many of these 5 star reviews were fabricated, especially the reviews written by people with the same name as the employee they are praising on accounts that only have reviews for other appliance factories and used appliances locations.Update- finally got a working washer, but they had to replace it in a matching pair, so they sent out a dryer that doesnt work. I just want to do my laundry.Update- it took awhile, but they decided to bring in a new appliance to replace the dryer. Its been a few months since then and these appliances are still working. In the end, the issues were resolved.

The staff member who helped us was able to get us $50 off an appliance set and was able to set up a later-date delivery for a few weeks out. Customer service seems to be excellent. I haven’t gotten the appliances yet, so will update the review when I have gotten and used them. Over-all an easy experience all around.

Thankful to have found this place. As a single woman who has recently moved to a 3rd floor apartment, I knew it wouldnt be easy for me to get a washer and dryer up the stairs-- or back down and then up again if one broke. Thats what made me choose this store over buying a used appliance from Craigslist. Dave was AMAZING! Not pushy, allowed me to look without being pestered, offering help occasionally, and then was right there answering all of my questions patiently and VERY honestly when I finally wanted a little help deciding. We struck a deal that was reasonable and seemed to benefit all parties involved. Delivery guys were amazing-- they hiked right up all of those stairs with my appliances suspended on straps between them, and when I opened my door as they came up the last flight they somehow managed to greet me cheerfully! Washer and dryer work great so far. I got the year warranty, and although I hope I dont have to take advantage of it, if something goes wrong, I know they will exchange the faulty appliance for a new one and do the heavy lifting for me again. Dave made everything so easy for me in a difficult situation, and Im very appreciative.

Then we walked into Affordable Used Appliances and found a well taken care of, perfect set within our budget!! We called the next day and did the whole transaction over the phone. Delivery was perfectly available within the next couple of days and bam professional installers came to our house and did everything for us. I went to buy a set of washer and dryer from David.I got such a good deal so I decided to purchase a one year warranty for the used appliance. The used washer started to make loud noise after 4 months, so I called David, he replaced another set for me, no questions asked. When the 2nd set was not in perfect condition, David made another great effort to search all around to pick a new sets for me.Things happened. It is at that time that I know David cares about the satisfaction of the customers. I really appreciate that.Will definitely recommend the service to others.
