I’m surprised that the reviews here are so poor! My husband and I have been coming here for 4 years and have purchased tons of items. We always receive great customer service and every time we come in the manager remembers us and asks us about our family. We’ve been coming in since engagement jewelry, to wedding, to bringing a baby into the world and all of the gifts we’ve purchased in between and have always walked out happy.

Worst customer service ever!!! They dont care about their customers at all. One employee completely dismissed my mom and I and middle helping us (after arguing with us) stopped and counted the cash drawer. They say they opened at 11 so we arrived at 11:02 and left us in pooring rain out side fore 3 minutes. All I have to say is Ill never purchase something from them again.

I would not do business with this store. The manager Deborah is not only rude but she is also condescending. I recently went in to have my ring inspected which is part of my warranty. Because I have a condition, I am not I have a condition, I am not she was not only rude to me but attempted to make me wait outside in the freezing cold. Then, when she did serve me she would not even touch my ring, handing me a platter and pushing it down the counter as if I had leprosy. I felt ashamed and embarrassed and has never been treated this way in my life. I wonder if I had had a true disease slight cleft lip, or blindness, or any other ailment that is visible if she would have treated me the same way?Please understand, if you feel the need to wear a mask, I have no problem. That is your prerogative, but I should not be treated differently because I am unable to wear one regardless of how you feel about the pandemic!! And shame on corporate management for promoting this kind of behavior!!

Stay away. The service is terrible! Had my necklace fixed so I pulled out the receipt and I noticed they charged me twice so I told them and the old lady said I cant do nothing about its too late. Ok ?? The other not nice old lady charged me twice and so nothing can be done. That makes no sense. Terrible service and I will never return. I will tell everyone I know to go somewhere else. They will rip you off and treat like its your fault. Stay away!

My experience was great! Debbie helped me and she did a great job of greeting me. She also cleaned my area I placed my necklace and made sure to take good care of me! I did go in on a Wednesday and it helped. Theyre are only 8 people including staff allowed inside so plan accordingly!

I love this store... But I cant stand the associates. Especially the 2 older Caucasian women who work at the Orchard location. They always greet my husband and myself with such animosity? Maybe its because we are an interracial couple and have tattoos and piercings? Whatever the reason I always feel so unwelcomed when those two associates are there.

I’ve had some difficulty with my wedding set. After several repairs to replace missing stones I was contacted by the store manager. Sherry and Debby went out of their way to let me know they care and to make things right, and they did! It was very appreciated and I will continue to do business with them.

We went in 3 days ago looking for help with my wifes necklace chain. We bought this necklace at Zales several years ago. Richard, who worked with us that night, was extremely helpful. In addition to helping us with the broken chain, he also cleaned the heart and cross on the chain without us asking. We will definitely go to this Zales in the future.

Ordered a ring for my boyfriend and was told by the sales lady order WOULD be placed on the 22nd of December and would take a few more days than the regular 7-10 business due to the holidays which is completely understandable.. Well I called around the 10th of January and a different lady said it was almost there.. Called back again today and now was told order was placed on the 3rd? Unsure why I couldnt get a correct and honest answer to begin with and no communication.. I will no longer go to Zales..

DONT EVER GO TO ZALES!!!! WORST EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD TO DEAL WITH. MY RING WAS ORIGINALLY PURCHASED AT ANOTHER JEWELER THAT HAS UNFORTUNATELY GONE OUT OF BUSINESS, SO I DROPPED IT OFF TO SIMPLY GET RHODIUM PLATED. WHEN i WENT IN TO PICK IT UP THE FIRST TIME MY WHITE GOLD RING WAS TURNED TO YELLOW GOLD. HOW THE HECK DOES SOMETHING LIKE THAT HAPPEN? YOU JUST COMPLETELY CHANGE THE WHOLE LOOK OF THE RING?! IT GETS SENT OUT AGAIN, AND WHEN IT GETS BACK IT IS STILL YELLOW INSIDE, BUT I TOOK IT DUE TO HAVING AN EVENT THAT i WANTED TO WEAR IT AT. WITHIN 2 HOURS A PRONG HAD BROKE OFF, AND I WAS NOW MISSING A DIAMOND. i HAVE HAD MY RING RHODIUM PLATED EVERY FEW MONTHS AT THE JEWELER I PURCHASED IT AT FOR OVER 10 YEARS, AND i NEVER HAD AN ISSUE WITH IT, AND NOW WITHIN 2 HOURS A PIECE HAS JUST BROKE OFF. I CALL ZALES, AND THEY SAY THEY WILL SEND IT TO GET REPAIRED AND REPLACE THE DIAMOND. i DROP OFF MY RING AGAIN, AND FINALLY 8 WEEKS LATER i GET A CALL THAT IT IS READY. I GO TO PICK IT UP, AND THERE IS STILL YELLOW INSIDE, THERE ARE SCRATCHES INSIDE THAT WERE NEVER THERE, AND THE PRONG IS CROOKED, NOT EVEN, AND BUMPY. MY WEDDING RING IS NOW RUINED!!!!! THE MORE THEY REPAIR IT THE MORE IT GETS RUINED. I ASKED FOR AN APPRAISAL, AND PROOF THAT THE DIAMOND THAT WAS PLACED IN THE RING HAD THE SAME VALUE AS THE ONE THAT WAS LOST BUT THEY WERE NOT WILLING TO SHOW ME ANYTHING. THE ONLY THING THE SALESPERSON AT THE STORE WOULD SAY IS THAT THE OUTSIDE LOOKED GOOD TO HER, WHICH IT OBVIOUSLY DIDNT AND SHE CLEARLY SAW THAT ON THE PICTURES SHE TOOK OF IT. i TOLD HER THE INSIDE MATTERED AS WELL AS IT WAS NEVER IN THE BAD CONDITION IT WAS NOW. SHE DIDNT CARE AT ALL, AND NONE OF THE SALES PEOPLE THERE HAVE THROUGHOUT THIS WHOLE MESS. ALL THE PEOPLE CARE ABOUT AT THIS STORE IS THEIR SALES. THEY ARE NICE TO YOU WHEN YOU LOOK AT MAKING A PURCHASE, BUT WHEN THEY HAVE MADE BIG MISTAKES THEY DONT CARE AS THEY WILL NOT MAKE ANY MONEY OFF OF FIXING THEIR OWN MISTAKES. I WILL NOT BE GOING BACK HERE, BUT WILL GET A LAWYER IF THAT IS WHAT IT TAKES TO GET MY RING REPAIRED BACK TO THE ORIGINAL CONDITION.

I purchased a necklace for my wife and it came with a 18” chain. My wife prefers a 16” chain. When I went to exchange it I was told i either need to buy the chain or the warranty. I will not do business with Zales ever again.

Worst customer service EVER!!! I ordered an item on-line on Dec 5th, for Christmas. It takes 7-10 business days to process the order - how is that good business practice these days??? Even though the order hasnt processed, I cant change the Shipping location... Great if you dont need customer service - if you do, go elsewhere!!!

Worst customer service experience Ive experienced in a long time. I purchased a ring online and it was damaged and the stone quality was terrible. Murky diamond and center diamond fell out. The sales associate didnt greet me, instead walked up picking her teeth with her finger. I explained customer service directed me to a local zales store to have them take care of my concerns. Sales associate snarky response was what do they want us to do about it? At that point, she lost my business. Theres more to the story, thats just the tip of the experience. Ill pay a premium somewhere else to receive service from somebody whos decent at their job and can treat me with respect.

I adore this Zales. We have been with them from my first necklace from my now fiancee when we started dating 10 years ago. They have handled everything amazingly. They fixed my necklace because a diamond fell out free of charge since I just got it as a gift. They let me add the insurence after since Steven didnt know I was hard on my jewelry back then ;P. The people will remeber you and welcome you. Steven visited one of their showcases and was able to build and customize my ring. They even brought in a marquise blue diamond so we could see if I approved of the blue (used to prefer white. USED TO lol). They added pink diamonds between the wooshes. I love it and love that they were able to help Steven create the most beautiful dream engagement ring that has a lot of heart put into it. They also fixed my moms ring that has my birthstone and my sisters alternating, which had been broken for years. It was a relatively cheap and a simple process. They even shined the metal for free ♡.

The staff at this Zales are repeatedly rude, soppy, uninformed, and incredibly slow. They do not deserve one single star.Zales has been our go-to jeweler for my engagement ring and our wedding bands, but every trip to this Orchard Town Center shop is horrible. Rude customer service, uninformed staff, and sloppy work.When we went for my first warranty inspection on my engagement ring, the saleswoman dropped my ring on the floor and didnt say a thing. I was furious that she was so careless and when I asked if my ring was ok, she didnt acknowledge me.On our second visit, after waiting to be helped for over 15 minutes, the sales people fed us false information about sizing options and warranty guarantees on rings they thought were Titanium but were in fact white gold.Today, I went to have my anniversary ring sized and the sales associate asked if I was sure that I wanted to re-size the ring because my hands were probably just swollen since they were quite weathered and seemed damp. INCREDIBLY rude!! Who talks to their clients that way? Were they trying to lose my business? Glad the ring was under warranty for the re-size because there is no way I would have spent any money with that sales woman after being criticized in that way.In 10 days, I can pick up my resized ring and be done with this Zales location for good. I cant wait for the Colorado Mills Zales to re-open. Until then, I will be driving far out of my way a different Zales in order to avoid this Orchard Town Center shop and their incredibly rude, sloppy, and uninformed sales staff.

Zales Jared and kay are all owned by the same company. All their employees are paid on commission and extremely pushy. Diamond shopping is expensive so do your homework. O and all these companies contract out sizing and setting/resetting. This means sending your ring hundreds if not thousands of miles to get it right. Go to a local store who does their own mounting and sizing. Can I suggest Shane Co!!?!!

I went in to get my ring fixed because one of my smaller diamonds fell out and I also wanted it resized. They were nice at first but told me it was only going to take a week so a week and a half later I called them and they had no idea who I or my fiancé was. So literally I got it back a month later because they forgot to resize it when they sent it away so had to do it again! Then about 3 weeks after I got it back, after they told me everything was fixed, a different smaller diamond fell out! And now Im not gonna have my ring for thanksgiving. Not happy. Going to a different zales.

Bought my wife’s wedding ring and it lost a diamond soon after. Then a while later the setting broke off. Took it in to have it fixed, and the customer service was terrible. They told me it would be done in 2 weeks, it took almost 2 months and I always had to call, never got a call from them even once.

My husband bought a Vera Wang ring from a Zales store in Vegas. Excellent customer service at that store, total nightmare at this store. Took my ring in to have it sized. 1st problem, the 18 year old working there doesnt listen, at all! 2nd problem, she argued with me about a prong that needed smoothed out. 3rd problem it took 2 weeks to get my ring back. 4th problem when I called them asking where my ring was, the phone there kept disconnecting us. When I finally got hold of someone, I asked her if they were having phone problems and she said, no. I said so the 15 phone calls in a row is normal there? She had no reply. 5th problem when I asked where my ring was, she said she called the jewelers and was promised it would be in in 2 days. Problem 6, I go to pick up my ring which was promised and low and behold the older woman working there said it would be another 4 days. When I told her I was told that day, she asked who said it and the second I start playing the voicemail she cuts it off all in a panic and said it doesnt matter it still wont be here for at least 4 days. 7th MAJOR problem, I call on the 4th day to see if its in and guess what, its lost and they THINK it might be in Dallas. So, once I finally got it back, the 8th problem, it was sized wrong!!! Go figure! So today, I took it to Jareds and they said they will cover the warranty, size it AND have it back to me today! Zales, goodbye forever! If I could make it a minus 5 starts I would!

I bought a ring for my wedding and purchase the lifetime warranty for it within 3 weeks of wearing it the rose gold plating started rubbing off to gold plating I turned it in they fixed it I got it back and not even a week later it started rubbing off again I called to ask if I could return it they made up excuses about how they cant return it
