Never a bad experience from day one almost 6 years ago. All the staff is knowledgeable and friendly but most of all professional. Id choose Jared over the other jewelry stores hands down. Keep up the excellent service you have found a customer for life.

My wife recently had a very unique ring stolen which I purchased in 2005. I contacted Jared and to my surprise they were able to find my purchase history and the exact ring in their system. Unfortunately, the ring was no longer available; however, the staff was very helpful and knowledgeable in helping us to find another unique and beautiful ring as a replacement. We had 3 staff members working to help us find a replacement. I would reccomend this location for any of your jewelry needs.
My wife and I purchased my wedding ring here and we bring it back to be cleaned and inspected regularly. The jewelers here are such professionals and make my ring look better than new every time I pick it up! The sales staff here are always friendly and helpful and eager to help so stop by and have a look!
Didnt get much of an experience as I kept bring told someone will be right with you as three or four seperate people or groups came in after me and were helped almost immediately as I stood there waiting. After 15 minutes of no help while others who came after were being served I decided to leave and the lady goes sir Im almost done ill be right with you. I said well everyone who came in after is already being helped and she goes I know I saw that too I think she was trying to sympathize but at the same time she could have mentioned to her employees or coworkers as they were helping new customers that there was one waiting. Maybe I dont look like I had as much $ as the people coming in after me. I was about to spend a good amount and took my business to Shane co were they actually checked me in and gave me a wait time. Much better service.

Ive never had a bad experience shopping at Jareds. From pandora charms, to diamond earrings to engagement/wedding rings, Ive never regretted either a purchase or time spent with the sales reps in a store.

I really shopped around - locally and online and got a great deal at Jareds on a beautiful loose diamond - nice quality and size. I went back and forth trying to decide what setting I wanted. The sales folks were very kind and patient with me! I am glad with my choice of stackable rings. I have a cushion cut stone and it should have been set with double prongs - it was set with single. They are ordering the correct head and will be making the change as soon as it comes in. Other than that, I am pleased.Update - the new setting is complete. It is secure and looks great!!

How utterly disappointing. I purchased an opal, sapphire diamond slide. After six years of having the piece, one of the opals fell out. I do have extended service plans on all my jewelry from Jareds, which is an extensive collection. However, the ESP doesnt cover gems. At that time, Jareds acknowledged a problem with the slide and after may discussions, Jared replaced the opal for me. Well, six more years have gone by and the opal fell out. I have no idea when and I do not wear the slide all the time. Like I have already explained, I have many pieces to wear and I change them out weekly. I appealed to Jared because they wanted me to purchase a new opal. After speaking with the GM, she offered to go halves on it. Well...we all know that you are still making your bank in cost plus mark up. Why would I purchase a new opal that ultimately will fall out due to faulty workmanship of the slide? I contacted Signet and I spent an hour and a half on hold and speaking with your representatives. My final contact was with Maria. She explained that she does represent the CEO. So I reached the ceiling, supposedly. Signet as Maria as the rep, denied helping me additionally cover and reset the opal that is missing. She stated their policies and procedures are put in place to offer the fairest resolution. That resolution only benefits them! They tout, Signet believes customers associate our brands with high quality jewelry and an outstanding customer experience. It is an embarrassment to me that I own and have supported this company with loyalty and business. I have encouraged others to use Jareds. Now all I have of my slide is a blank spot where an opal, I trusted would stay fixed, as an a low quality, poor workmanship item. DO NOT SHOP HERE! You will not receive that service and quality they supposedly stand by.
First time to Jareds, we bought our engagement rings and watches, they are beautiful! the staff was great, we were traveling through Denver, heading home, we didnt have to wait long for our rings to be sized and were back on the road in decent time.

Christina was extremely helpful. We purchased some Pandora gifts as well as a few pieces for our self. I missed the cut off for my survey. Hopefully this gets back to her. She was so helpful and took her time with us. We didnt have an appointment as I didnt know we had to but the wait was not long at all. Would buy from here again and request Christina to help us.

I bought a ring at this location $7,000 worth bought the unlimited cleaning package had the ring now for two years went back in to have it cleaned I had to schedule an appointment at the same time they told me there was no appointments available for cleanings they werent doing them even though Ive already paid for the unlimited cleanings but the lady right behind me they let her in to browse Im very disappointed with the service with the mail help that answer the door and the demeanor at which I was treated. I am very disappointed Im getting married in 9 months and I will definitely shop at a different jewelry store for my wedding bandsway to go on losing a lifetime customer 😞
I came in with my fiancé to try on the wedding band I ordered for him, and he immediately liked everything about it...until the clerk started listing the reasons why it might not be desirable. We then left with negative feelings about the wedding band, which is not how you want to feel with a purchase like this. We werent shopping...it was already ordered. Sad that he needed to do that to us :/
I frequent their Sheridan in Westminster and Park Meadows location, always gotten equal quality service. Prices where much cheaper and did not feel like a car dealership when comparing them against Shane Co.

The quality of jewelry especially when rings are being built up, resized or retipped is terrible. Like giving a 3 year old playdoh! I have rings I wont wear anymore because of this. And the customer service is even worse!! Shop at Thollot instead.
The two older women at the front of the store greeting customers were extremely rude and uppity. Before we could even get in the store they made us feel unwelcome, uncomfortable and unworthy of their presence. We turned around and went to the Jared by Colorado Mills. I highly recommend the Colorado Mills location!
My husband has bought several pieces at the Westminster Jared location over the years. The selection is good. We just recently had work done on our wedding rings. They did an excellent job with restoring our rings to as close as you can get to new! Excellent craftsmanship. The service is extra special and you are treated with the utmost respect and professionalism. I have been a customer of the Westminster Jared location for over 7 yrs and have been satisfied each time. More specifically, Amanda and Susie have been exceptionally professional and helpful whether it is with repairing, cleaning, or selecting new items. As long as those two ladies are there, I will never hesitate to go there for my jewelry needs.

I called today and spoke with Louie, who was very helpful. Explained my situation that I am getting married on Saturday and need my ring cleaned and polished. She would help me expedite the process. I was at work so had to run around and finish last minute details.When I got there, Louie had gone to lunch, but another very nice lady helped me (I didnt get her name). She looked at my very precious emerald engagement ring and said, oh thats not bad! I can do this myself! Just a couple of minutes! Louie quoted me a couple of days over the phone. This nice lady did it for me in no time. I browsed the rings and items while she did my cleaning, polishing, and waxing. It took no time at all before my beautiful ring was back on my finger. I just happened to have lucked out that my ring is from a Jared owned company and with my wedding so close, I was in a panic. I cant go a couple of minutes without my ring.. much less a couple of days. Thanks Jareds and thank you to the very nice lady who helped me. My ring looks just as beautiful as the day I got it.Update: review lowered to two stars.I took my ring in recently, like less than a month ago, for warranty work: prong tightening and rhodium plating. Well, what a mess. My ring was ignored on a tablet and when moved, it flew off and hit a case, I had to look for it. Got my ring back a few days later and have noticed the stone is loose again and the prongs have been dinged up and are noticeably sharp, when they werent before. I have contacted the company my husband purchased the ring through and will be getting any further work done with them instead. I literally take my ring off for everything, there is no reason the stone should be loose and the prongs damaged. Disappointed.

This was my first experience with Jared. I was given a gift that came from Jared in June of 2017 that I kept having trouble with. The chain kept breaking. After the 3rd time it broke with Jared each time fixing it, (it had a warranty) I felt that soldering the chain where it kept breaking, was not going to fix the problem,and yet afraid Jared would not do more then continue to solder the chain. I once again went in to Jared and asked to speak with a manager. Joanne Armstrong was on duty and came to my aid. With her help and expertise we found a solution that was fair. This gift was a very special gift from a very special friend. It was very important to me to find a way to wear this necklace without the fear of losing it. Although it was not a highly expensive necklace, it meant more to me then any cost to fix it and Joanne understood that. I can now wear my most favorite necklace with confidence I wont lose it. I would like to sincerely thank Linda and Kris for their outstanding service last night. I am preparing to leave on vacation and I found one of my watches I wanted to take needed a new battery. I went to another jeweler and they were unable to assist me. When I arrived at Jared I was greeted by Linda and she introduced me to Kris who was able to replace the battery in my watch. I asked what I owed for the repair and they told me there was no charge. I really appreciate the level of service Linda and Kris provided and I highly recommend them. Thank you!

I just had my six month ring inspection here, and it was recommended that, next time, I get the iridium dip (or however they do it,) but I decided to just get it done this time. Well, it came back, in just two days, looking amaaaaaaaazing! Thank you so much for the professional and timely service.
My first experience here about 3 months ago was not good at all. But I was determined to get my wedding band here. I went in about a week after my bad experience and worked with a different lady. SHE WAS AMAZING!! I found the most perfect band I could ever ask for. She showed me a lot more bands than the first lady did.... She was open to my suggestions and didnt force anything on me. I am beyond excited and glad I came back to give them another chance. They are so helpful and want you to leave happy and not forced into buying something you didnt love. They are there for more than just a sale.
My husband bought my engagement ring in 2011 and the service was amazing. They brought in multiple different champagne diamonds to ensure I got the exact color I wanted. Since the initial purchase, I have had a custom shadow band made to compliment my grandmas wedding band. I have also had to use the warranty because I hit the diamond just right and chipped it. They replaced with a slightly larger diamond and it looks as good as the original champagne color. Today we went in for our inspection and found out my new diamond hasnt been being inspected correctly. Sam caught the issue and spent the next 34 minutes trying to fix it. He was amazing and refused to let us leave until he made sure we didnt have problems in the future. He went above and beyond to make sure our customer experience was good. We are so grateful he took the time to really make sure all the paperwork matched. Another reason we went to Jared!
We have spent THOUSANDS at Jared. My wedding ring has had its main diamond loose multiple times, and has fallen out 2 times and looks like it will be third as its loose again after just one week of having it back. There has been no real solution to this problem accept we will try again. Also it seems no one answers the phone in the store, and when I walk in everyone is usually just standing around. I generally do not write reviews but here we are.
Jessica helped me pick out some Pandora charms as Christmas gifts for my family and friends. She was very knowledgeable about Pandora charms, earrings, necklaces, bracelets, and rings and helped me make what Im sure will be popular choices. Their Pandora section was well laid out but did get a bit crowded with customers and associates. I would recommend Jareds to others. They also had a great promotion that included a Christmas ornament.
VERY disappointing. My husband purchased a necklace for me, even before the first inspection was due part of the pendant broke. We brought it in for repair along with our rings that were due for inspection and cleaning. We were told the pendant needed soldering and they would call when it was ready. After waiting a few weeks he called and was told they cant fix it so they would order a replacement. Weeks go by with no word from them, he calls again. Once again he is told Sorry we will order another one (it still hasnt been ordered). Here we are weeks later, no call. He calls again, more Im sorry still no necklace, and its not been ordered. Credit us back and we will take our business elsewhere. UPDATE: we now get a call that the necklace is in. My husband drives over there and is told...its fixed see the chain is fine. Why cant anyone LISTEN the pendant was broken not the chain. All I can say is this store has gone downhill. BEWARE.

Both my engagement ring and my husband and my wedding bands are from Jared’s. They were purchased over 13 years ago and I always come in every six months to get them checked and keep the warranty up. I have brought on all the paperwork for all these visits but this last week Chris took the time to get everything updated in the computer system for me. He was so very helpful and patient and great at explaining all the details! Chris went above and beyond with helping me with the paperwork as well as with cleaning and inspecting my rings. I’ve always been happy with Jared’s but in all my years there, Chris has been the one to take the extra time to help and make sure everything is perfect!
We have bought nearly every piece of jewelry we have for my wife, daughters, and now granddaughter at the Jareds in Westminster. We have worked with most of the ladies that work there, and every one has been professional, courteous, and very knowledgeable. We have developed a very good relationship with Karen and Jo Ann. Its definitely like talking to family when we are there. Because of Jo Anns background and education, she is especially knowledgeable and has always lead my wife to the perfect piece of jewelry, while (almost!) always keeping my wallet in mind. They get a little carried away at times, and I have to reel them back in, but she has always listened and worked with us to make the best purchase. I would recommend the Westminster Jared folks to my family, friends, and anyone looking for quality jewelry.

Thought a jewelry store would have a better sense of class and more interest in the consumer experience. I purchased a pearl necklace and earrings for my daughter on January 29th. My daughter did not care for the pink hue and she needed a watch instead. She is a flight attendant so our first opportunity to make the return or exchange together was on March 8th. They informed me I was past the 30 day return policy. I replied that we were very close to the date and had additional shopping to do. The store manager, Louie Marie, informed me they would not return the necklace. We explained my daughter’s schedule and she nodded with condescending “um-hmm” Truly, she could not have been less interested. She then told me she would check with customer service to see if the necklace COULD be exchanged. The inappropriate attitude and the uncertainty about store credit left me in disbelief. I said I would never shop there again. Her reply was a canned, thank you. I then called and she told me she is the general manager. I asked if this is how she wanted to handle this. She said she would love to do the exchange. I wish I had seen that enthusiasm while in the store. She tried to tell me I misunderstood and that she offered an exchange while I was in the store. We heard her clearly that she would check to see if customer service would ALLOW a store credit. No wonder the store is empty. Terrible experience!
Had a great experience up until my last payment. Jared set me up with Automatic payments on the 18th of each month. However come my last payment they changed this due to date to the 13th and if the account wasnt paid in full interest charges came into affect. After two months of thinking my account was paid in full I got a statement for $311 dollars in interest which now needs to be paid on top of the thousands I already paid. No call, no email about change of dates, cant imagine how many people this happens to. Truly unfortunate experience, that put a damper on the excitement of my wife wedding ring.

The staff is phenomenal! I went in to find out more about the jewerly my mother left me when she passed away. Elena was super sweet and knowledgeable about the precious stones and metals and the monetary value the items may hold. She and the rest of the staff helped me design the perfect ring using my grandmothers diamond. It was a wonderful experience and I cannot wait to pick up my ring this afternoon.

I have been a Jared customer for quite some time now and every experience has been better then the last, except for when I went in there today to purchase a bracelet for mothers day for my mom and sister. I had a $100 off coupon if I spend $100 or more. So that is what brought me into Jared today, when going in I did not expect to be greeted by a snobby, rude woman who stated what my discount covers and what it absolutely does not cover (Pandora). Thats all well and good, I asked her to show me the bracelets and to keep the price of each under $100 so that when I spend $200 I get $100 off...not too much to ask for a simple purchase. Instead of providing customer service, I was provided judgmental, snobby, rude service from both of the individuals that assisted me. I did not get her name (probably because she never said what it was, hence the terrible service) I did however, get the males name which was Evan. He was EXTREMELY rude when it came to my choices of what jewelry I was interested in purchasing. He showed me a very small selection of necklaces (even after I said I didnt want a necklace) and said, Well, these are more fitting for the price youre paying) He also said that I should get the metal care warranty because WHEN THE NECKLACES BREAK, ITS NOT COVERED UNLESS I BUY IT....Seriously? When they break? Youre selling me an item that you are positive that will break? Ridiculous... Jareds bracelet selection is less than desirable and the bracelets that they were both showing me were either way out of the price I wanted to pay, or completely opposite designs. When a customer requests spending $100 on a bracelet, you dont start showing $200 - $500 dollar pieces and then make remarks like well this is nice, but its too expensive for what youre paying. Like...really? I dont write reviews normally, but I felt very compelled to write one about the service I received at Jared the Galleria of Jewelry today because they absolutely lost a customer for life due to the horrible service from not one, but two sales associates....Plus, Shane Co. offers a way better selection of jewelry and absolutely fantastic customer service. (Plus you dont have to pay extra for a warranty)

Expect the excellent customer service to end once you have purchased the jewelry. Every time we go in for a cleaning they have the name spelled wrong (promise to fix, never do), our receipt “cant be found” because it’s in their old system, even though we purchased it last year.“Are you SURE you purchased it here??” Again, yes.Diamond fell out a week before the wedding, even though I haven’t even worn the band. The line for service is ridiculous despite there being so many free sales associates, but I guess the sale is all that matters eh?

I would not recommend going here!!!Where to begin? We got my ring there in June, and one of the side stones fell out in August. I went in and decided to get a new main diamond as well because the one I had was yellowish. So I asked them to switch the main diamond and replace the side one. They replaced the main diamond but not the side one, it just looked really polished to make it look like it was in there. We went back and had them actually replace the stone. We got it back and the stone they replaced was crooked, so much so that it ruined the look of the ring. I asked them to fix it and they broke the ring doing so. Finally after I was in tears and like 5 hours of waiting in there later, they gave me a new ring which I was happy with however, it isnt the one I got married in. Their system is super old and it takes them forever to look anything up.I went to Shane Company and their service was MUCH better but I went to Jared first and fell too much in love with my ring. Im just scared to go back if another stone falls out. Theyre not going to have my ring setting forever and I dont want them to break it! :(
The selection was very nice. Sales rep was not very educated regarding there pieces. She stated one of my rings was created in Africa but it says on the interior Made in Thailand, which completely discredited her heartfelt story about where the funds go for purchases and how it helps women in Africa? Lol

This location has been there for me for my 3 purchases for my wife! Namely Joanne and Aleana were phenomenal when it came to customer service, helping me find the perfect gift and get the peoper financing for it. This is now and always will be my only option for my jewelry options
I would not recommend going to a Jared store to anyone. Not only were the customer service representatives rude and pushy, but the productive itself has had problems. We purchased a bracelet and was told that we were able to make stud earrings with the extra links. The studs were placed in the earrings incorrectly, and the clasp wasnt added back to the bracelet. These problems were fixed at another Jared location. Two months later a gem fell off the bracelet. There appears the be a metal defect, and the entire bracelet must be replaced. This was supposed to be a lovely gift but has turned into a hassle. Buyers beware.

Sam at the Jared’s in Westminster, CO is GREAT to work with. He is very professional, efficient, friendly and gets things done. He helped me swap out a broken, discountinued bracelet for a brand new diamond bracelet. It was a hassle at first but he was extremely patient throughout the entire process. You always want buying an engagement ring to be a memorable experience and the folks at Jareds are well versed in helping make that happen. My girlfriend was so overwhelmed by the experience, she started to cry. The lady from Jareds hugged her, spoke softly to her and already had tissues to hand to her. It was a time to remember for sure.
Terrible!! They couldnt look up my purchase since Ive been married 27 years. Repaired it for free 9 yrs ago, now expect me to pay $120.If they could look it up, said it would have been $25. REALLY! Why so much more if they cant?? Most jewelers charge $25-$40 definitely less than $50. It only takes a few minutes!
I absolutely love my ring from Jared! So pretty and great quality. The only downfall of my experience here is there is a major disconnect somewhere in communication. I’ve been there at least 4 times to get an addition to my ring that my fiancé paid for in the beginning. Each time we’ve gone to drop my ring off, there is major confusion as to what we are getting done and the tracking of the stone we are getting put in. Every time we’ve gone in, by the time we leave they tell us everything is figured out and the stone has been ordered. Every time we come back, there’s still nothing that has been ordered. Overall it’s been a little frustrating. However, the staff is very nice which helps. Just a lack of communication in the store I think.

As always I’m greeted and helped as soon as I enter the galleria. I went in for my 6 month Wedding Ring Cleaning and Checkup. The person that helped me was very good and knowledgeable. She found my 2 loose stones right away. She was also very kind and compassionate. I just wanted to look at a simple rose gold necklace. When I seen 2 kitties, 1 silver and 1 rose gold, I pointed at it, smiled, and started crying. It had been a little over a week ago, we had to put our 14 year old cat down, SMOKEY, he had been sick. But I really wanted something in honor of just Smokey himself only. This same special kind sales person did an absolutely wonderful job! When I really realized what I was getting, I wanted it in gold or white gold. She helped me find and get what I exactly wanted, needed. She was even able to get my cats name engraved on it. The engraving was tiny, but she made it happen. Sorry to ramble, but this all ment so much to me, in such a time of pain. I knew I was going to be sad, I just didn’t know it would hurt this much. Anyway, I wish I could remember her name, but I was so upset. THIS ONE PERSON MADE A DIFFERENCE!!!
Great store, very clean as well. We did have to wait quite a few minutes, but it was definetly worth it! Tawar was very helpful and incredible nice. Will definitely shop here again!
Do NOT go to this Jared!! They tried to rip my daughter off when she dropped her bracelet off to get sized. When she went to pick it up they gave her a much smaller and cheaper one! When my daughter spoke with the manager Louie about this she was just told that she can just return it since it was within the thirty days. Louie did not apologize for the fraudulent situation! Instead, Louie more or less accused my daughter of lieing!! My daughter had made a cash payment right before all of this occurred, same day. When she asked for her cash back she was told she would have to wait at least 2 weeks to get a check in the mail! Jared does NOT operate with integrity and adequate customer service! Take your money and business elsewhere!!
I had a terrible experience a couple of weeks ago after a repair. Today my chain broke and i lost my necklace. I called the 800 # and they said they would replace it if I went back there. I did and my experience was amazing. The assistant mannager Joanne was exceptional!!Bob at the 800 # was amazingly heplful. They took great care if me!! Changed my mind about this store. Awesome!! Thanks Bob and Joanne!!

Purchased my ring and was lied to about the resize fee. Ended up paying over 100 dollars for resize compared to the 25 I was told in order to push sales. After this I will be taking my business elsewhere

Place is full of b*tch** rude as hell. Got ring fitted for the lady didnt call us to tell us the ring was ready. Got there told the air head what I was there for then she was like it could be in 3 different places in the store. With attitude. Then got the ring. All the snobs that worked there gave us a dirty look while we were leaving. Never again Jared would I ever buy anything from you not until you hire professionals.

Spent well over $3000 at Jareds over the years and each and every time Ive visited this particular location (several times), they are incredibly rude and demeaning. Other times I am blatantly ignored while making it clear that I am looking for assistance. If this wasnt the most convenient location to get my jewelry cleaned, I would never step foot in there again and they certainly are not getting any more of my money.
Tanya was so nice to work with. She helped me with my purchase of my Alex and Ani bracelets.. She answered all of my questions and to this day when I go back to get my different items cleaned she is my go to.
