I found most of what I wanted. I needed an electric cart to ride and the only 2 available were still out of order. Another woman came looking and said there was another out of order at the other entrance. Not good! I also hate bagging my own groceries! If I have to do the work I should get a discount! We all should!!! Only 2 cashiers open with long lines. Getting very discouraged with this store!

So far Ive always have quick and friendly service and I always find the items I look for. Keep up the good work.

Do not like this one at all. I have gone here many times. I try to avoid this one at all cost even though I am just .05 miles down the road. Employees are always rude. Management is worse. Very young Management that are lacking skills. I always seem to have some kind of problem there. Razors locked up and other things, which wouldnt be bad if you could find help. Employees always huddled around talking to each other at the check out like they cant be bothered. Always giving wrong information. Rather drive to 92nd and spend more gas.

Hard to find help if you need it! If you are shopping and they have to stock some products they will push you out of the way and not let you get what you need. I understand they have to stock shelves but let me finish then stock! I work retail thats the way I do it better customer service!

Do not deserve any higher pay than minimum wage, they do the absolute minimum for customers and the absolute most for cooperative Harry.

I like walmart. Shopping great, always find what I need. Friendly people. Clean rest restrooms, which I do appreciate. Only thing I cant get used to is self service when checking out. Takes me far to long to get it paid for and packed up to leave. They say progress. But Im 76 and hard to stand so long. Your cashiers are so much faster, makes it easierOn us old people. That takes you from a 10 to a 9. Thank you. JB

This Walmart has very nice employees. Its clean. And most of the time they are stocked up and Im able find what they need.

This Walmart is a big disappointment. Up until very recently there were NO self service registers that accepted cash.To add to the problem, there may have been only one register opened with a cashier. You were often forced to wait in a very long line if you were paying with cash. Customers waited for their turn on self check out, only to hear Sorry this is cash only Not only is this poor customer service, but not fair to the employees working at this Walmart. During my last visit, I was witness to a cashier being verbally abused by a customer. This after the customer waited in a VERY long long, only to have a problem at the register. Had the customer been allowed to pay with cash at the self service check out, this may never have happened. This Walmart now has two self check outs that except cash, but still lacks registers with cashers. They do manage to find staff to make sure you have not left without paying for something, so a worker will be visible at the door to check your items and receipt. I find the other Walmart on north Sheridan much more user friendly, and with well stocked shelves.Update: This store has improved from my earlier rating. They now have registers opened that except cash, and have staff visible.

Nobody else had a 10.4 tablet case. They were very helpful over the phone. In and out and back to work.

Nice stuff at this WalMart. Fairly small WalMart, however. They had a lot better stuff than some, larger selection if craft supplies here. Saw at least two different arrests for, presumably, shop lifting. Do not steal from here. They are watching for shop lifters.

One of Walmarts employees by the name of Coach Crystal at this 72nd and Sheridan Location is Super Professional and extremely helpful. She went above and beyond expectations witch made my visit much more easy and memorable. I wish I could give a 6 star rating. Walmart needs more employees like Coach Crystal

That front cashier Candy assisted me and helped me get my order correct and patiently showed me,she should be promoted or pay raise

The only reason I come in here is for quick things. Typical Walmart; nobody has a clew what theyre doing, miss stocks in every isle (Do we just guess the actual price? And is it free if we do?), workers can be extremely rude. Wouldnt come here unless have to. I drive out of my way to avoid this item dump of a store.

My wife and I just went there a couple of days ago and got some yogurt and this is one of the ones we got good thing my wife is in the habit of checking before she eats. Yall need to check your stuff

The clerk, female had Long nails and was Slow checking customers. A wife of a man in back of me asking Was the line Long? I was but didnt tell her it was a Long Nail DELAY 🤣 I Didnt!

So as the months have gone by with everything thats gone on, this Walmart has dwindled away in customer service, long lines, because apparently we do their job now ringing up the groceries and bagging them, so this gives the youngsters more time to be rude, now Everytime I go here the shelves are bare, when I asked why they said they didnt have enough employees to stock the shelves, you have got to be kidding me!!! So why cant one of you go and grab me a gallon?? They wouldnt and I had to stop at 7-11 and pay $6 for one! Time to start shopping at king Soopers folks!!!

Great customer service people here are super friendly and nice the stock for the most part as-salaam theyre out of a lot of stuff most of time I gave him four stores because their store makes up for it in customer service and customer interactions

Decent WalMart. Clean, well stocked most of the time and well organized. There is a significant issue with being approached by people looking for money in the evening. I avoid shopping after dark.

I have lived in the the Arvada area for a long time and I used to love shopping at this location. But it is not being taken care of like in the past. The parking lot is littered with trash and the greeters are not welcoming most of the time. And when I need help finding something. I cant find anyone to help me. I am very disappointed with this location anymore.

Pharmacy was great quick knowledgeable service. Regular checkout was just okay. My cashier was very nice and quick. Problem they only had 2 cashiers working. Longer wait than I liked. I will always support a person so they can keep their job wherever possible. Hate when they give you no choice but the self service line.

If i could give this negative stars I would! I have always loved walmart and this is the first location Ive ever despised! They NEVER have anything marked correctly if its even marked at all! They tell me they cant correct price which is BS cuz certain managers have done so before! Suitcase marked at $43 rang up for $64 and they wouldnt match even with the correct code and descriptionon tag. If it wasnt late and I didnt have stuff to do before a vacation I wouldve stayed until I got it for $43. Not worth my time to deal with the incompetent people if this location! Will NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION AGAIN!

Picked up a prescription an Robert took care of me and he is awesome. He always goes out of his way to make sure you understand your medication and he is personal and professional.

Two days in a row I go to drop off a prescription for safety eye glasses and the vision center has been closed before their schedule provides. They state 9-7pm, yet both times showing up before 7 pm the gates have been closed

I found through the years that I was looking for multiple things with a reg groceries toiletries different projects nails material sewing or redecorating different rooms I only had to go to the One stop store which I made it Walmarts and thats where its going to stay thank you for making sure that everything is stock that way I wont have to go to any other stores but yours

First of all, I have been a loyal Walmart customer since the very first store opened its doors in Kansas City. That being said, there has been an extremely noticeable and steep decline in the quality of their overall customer service over the past ten years or so. Further, Walmarts online inventory tracking system is highly inaccurate and extremely unreliable. Numerous items appear as in stock when, in fact, they are not. Dont even waste your time and/or gas if what you want appears as Limited Stock; apparently that designation is just another way of saying Out of Stock. Even worse, Limited Stock items that are available in a particular store are almost always seriously damaged and unusable. Finally, Walmart now uses a freight delivery company known as OnTrac. Their service is even more unreliable than the Walmart inventory system, and they have an utterly horrible and suspicious reputation. If your shipment is to be delivered by OnTrac, be prepared to add at least a week (and often more) to the published expected delivery date. In fact, it is highly recommended that you never order anything that could be considered to require a time sensitive delivery. (My employer no longer uses Walmart, and now purchases all of their online orders through Amazon or other retailers for this very reason. It often costs more, but the added expense and peace of mind is worth it when they receive their merchandise within the originally promised timeframe.)Walmart, with todays advanced tracking technology, your customers expect (and deserve) so much better service than you are providing. You really need to start listening to the complaints and concerns of those who do business with you, and take them seriously. If not, there are more than enough of your competitors out there who will gladly take your business from you.

Decent as a Walmart gets. Clean store filled with friendly people and great deals on cheap stuff. It is big enough for most of your Walmart needs, from food to clothing to furniture. Only thing I did not see is fabric in the crafts or a good veggie section.

I have been ordering groceries through Walmart grocery pick up for probably 5 years. The store on Sheridan & 72nd is terrible. I schedule pick up between 7-8am so I dont have to be around anyone but to covid & well today was the 4th time recently I have stood at the back door knocking because no one will answer the phone. DONT SCHEDULE PICK UPS EARLY IF NO ONE WILL BE ANSWERING. I spend around $12000.00 annually just on groceries at Walmart plus any other purchases which are usually several and as of today I will NO LONGER BE SUPPORTING THIS COMPANY. I will be taking my business to a competitor. You can thank your manager Crystal for that since she brushed off like I didnt matter. Worst customer ever & I will definitely make all of my & friends & employees do NOT got to this location EVER. GOOD RIDDANCE TO YOU

Very friendly and helpful staff, appreciate the hard working team that gathers carts, always carts available (no baskets which is a bummer) always see people struggling to carry 10 items or less. Never the less a great place to shop. Customers all all nice and respectful. Feels like your shopping at a mall! Lol

Shelves were bare, this location seemed to be out of stock of a lot of stuff! Also ALL Walmart locations NEED to update the credit card machines so customers can tap card to pay, since the current C.C machines always have a problem reading the chip when card is inserted!

Well organized clean. Availability of products and groceries very good. Would like to see more actual human cashiers. Self check out ok. Human always better.

The staff that is working is very incredibly efficient. However the fact that there are only two lines open to help customers check out I find to be completely unacceptable. I have two broken arms. And I am forced to wait in line. There should be more than two lines open to help customers. Completely unsatisfied. It is 2 o’clock in the afternoon

Easily found what I needed and at a great price

Too many employees not doing anything at all. Most of them are texting on there phones or huddled in groups chatting with each other. A few of the employees are doing there job right. You can spot them because theyll be helping someone else and they wont be on there phone. The ladies in Money services are all lovely and know what theyre doing. Returns/customer service is usually rude and not helpful. The young staff are okay but the older staff clearly dont want to be helping you. When the money services are closed they tell you to go to returns/customer service for help but all they tell you is they werent trained to help you. I couldnt pull cash out to help my sister because of that so she had to sleep outside that night.. I wish I could give them 0 stars because of that. Ive been in contact with corporate so well see what changes.

They actually had a good selection of furniture and chairs when all they other local Walmarts were out of stock on nearly everything, from nightstands to computer desks. This location had what I was looking for and some!

Really great store. Friendly associates, well stocked, and really clean. Only downer was the only registers open were self check out. I would actually love to have had an actual cashier especially since I had a full cart. It really helps. Also just want to add that I came across a super sweet online picker. I didnt get her name but I noticed that she actually packed stuff carefully. I just might try online next time.

I discovered that this store sells grass fed/ grass finished American lamb and Beef. The stock has improved considerably over the last few years.

Place had lots of employees but no checkers. Then the self check was out of cash. Card only. Spray paint was locked up and no one around to help us. It was 8:30pm . I like your other locations a lot better.

It just needs more people check outs. I like to support jobs and I feel like Walmart is just pushing jobs away with not enough cashiers. But this store is always clean.

Helpful in ladies department but rest of the employees we encountered were distracted and unfriendly. Sorry but in this day and age at little kindness goes a long way.

The store was messy and the selection of items was very scarce. The staff wasnt exactly helpful when asked about which self check out line was cash only.

This Walmart is nice compared to a lot that I have been to. Homeless people occasionally hang out in the front of the store, but usually keep to themselves. I have noticed more products being shorted and not stocked lately. I thought it was due to COVID, but I did research on a few products and found there are no shortages, diapers for example. My main complaint is the fact this store does not have any mobile payment devices to accept NFC. This is 2021 and they are one of the largest retailers, why would this not be implemented? Customer service is usually great, I once had an employee point out clearance backpacks for $3 when I grabbed a $30 backpack.

I was super impressed with the management, when everyone was getting there stimulus checks a couple months ago I had received mine on a Friday I had stopped at 3 other Walmarts and 2 King Soopers and they were out of money but the managers at this Walmart went out of their way to make sure people got there checks cashed. And stayed open a extra hour in the money services to do so.

Whether you love or hate walmart, they have what you need. Each store is different. I travel to this store for one main reason, a seasonal isle. Other stores set up special sections limiting choices. Walmart does both, and I can find what Im looking for instead of chasing stores. The employees like other stores try to help when they can, but most things are easy to find. All in all Ill go back to this walmart again.

I have lived near this walmart for 6 years, and everything has been great, but ever since this location started pushing customers into self checkout my experience has diminished significantly. I liked the cashiers, they knew a lot of us that live in the area, they lived close by too and are my neighbors. They knew to ask about my pets health by her name, even asked about my family. This was the reason I didnt shop at Safeway even though they are walking distance from my place.

Its official, I am never shopping at Wal-Mart again. Every one of my last 15+ experiences at a Wal-Mart location have been terrible but this Westminster location was so bad that I feel obligated to let others know so they can avoid it. See list below.....1) A healthy percentage of the store is locked up behind plastic. In order to access this product, you have to press a button which never results in a human coming to assist you. This is a terrible, not customer-friendly system for theft deterrence. I guarantee the Loss in Sales doesnt compensate for the reduction and shrink. This is for many reasons but here 2 good ones.... A) Many people would rather walk away and buy the product somewhere else, B) You are permanently losing customers who would have otherwise returned and purchased many other product (Im one of them). These not customer-friendly theft deterrent systems are prevalent in many locations and are the main reason I will no longer be shopping at an Wal-Mart location.2) Once you find an associate to get the product from behind the plastic barriers, Wal-Marts new company policy is that I must be rung out separately at the cosmetics counter. I was getting two $3 shaving creams!!!!!!! Now I have to checkout twice!!!!!!3) This location only had 2 checkout lanes open, all with at least a 15 minute wait. The self checkout area didnt have anyone available to check IDs for alcohol. Took an additional 10 minutes to get someone else over for this.4) Have to show my receipt to someone at the door for product I just purchased?? Ok, I dont ever show it and just keep walking but seriously, What the Heck!!Shopping at Wal-Mart has officially become the worst, least customer friendly experiences in the retail world. Their #1 objective at this point should be to enhance the retail shopping experience, not make it worse and lose customers in the process. IF YOU HAVE THE OPTION, SHOP SOMEWHERE ELSE! LET THEM KEEP TAILORING TO THIEVES.

I like Walmart its a very cool place to but food and decent fairly priced clothes. the prices are fair in comparison to other places. I think they freshness of veggies and stuff could be taken up a notch. But otherwise walmart had never failed me.

This place needs to train there,employees. Iwas Trying to get cash off my Walmart credit card. 1st. I went in to customer cash services. Well you need to go over to the check out buy 4 or 5 candy bars when it comes up on screen chose how much cash you want. Ok, I go to you scan. That screen doesnt appear. Once I finally get one of the employees attention. She tells me to go back through customer cash services,I explained i tried that they sent me here. She say Oh well on credit self check outs we cant help you we have no money. Do you have a supervisor? No she is busy. Come back tomorrow. Iam lividShe said I dont have time. I went down to guest services. 2 long line u scan on that. End said I would need to go through a regular line. It worked. The other disrespectful little brat. Should even be out dealing with the customers. Before we are all using Amazon.com.

They had one register about to close when I went to checkout. I figured I would have a self checkout person ring me up, like at other locations and other companies. Not the case. I asked the self checkout attendant if she could ring me up & she told me, We dont do that. So I left my buggy. Ill just go to another more positive location.

It was so very hot in the store! The store was crowded and only 3 checkers were at their registers. It was very uncomfortable in the store. I really hate shopping there!!

Management at this location is lucky to get 1 star. About two weeks ago I made a complaint about a self righteous, rude, judgemental and extremely unhelpful salesassociate by the the name of Angus in the electronics department that took it upon himself to play manager and also refused to call a real manager to handle the situation whereas I then went to the customer service desk to summon an actual manager where I was then met by another group of associates claiming to be managers by the names of Anita and Moses. After finally figuring out who the actual store manager was by searching on my own I left a phone message and am yet to even be contacted via phone or email about the incident. Im pushing fifty years old and I think this may be the second customer service related complaint Ive ever taken the time to write in my lifetime in case youre thinking its just me that is hard to please. I dont think Ill ever return to that store even if its my only option! Simple respect and customer service has all but disappeared and these associates have forgotten who actually signs their paychecks. Hope youre paying attention Jim the actual manager.
