Really poor quality battery. Poor customer service. All around cheap products. I would much rather spend more for better quality.
I’ve owned three of these lights They all have broken shortly after or before one year warranty runs out. My last one was two weeks out of warranty and ultra light refused to help me out. I told them I’m junking it and going with another company and they said ok… see ya. Sorry but I’m not dropping any more money into a product I have to replace every year. These things are junk. Find another light from another company.
Ordered wireless light on before 8/3/2021 Sent in photos. They requested more photos. Resolved a week later. Then told item is on backorder 2 more weeks. I received an email showing they shipped around 8/3/2021. So they shipped my product while trying to figure which mount? This company has become sloppy over the years. Would not buy from again.
DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY!!!! They dont even deserve 1 star! Besides the HORRIBLE customer service their products are junk! We purchased a pair of optics in Feb 2019 and have had nothing but problems. Within the first year the wire had to be replaced it was not covered under warranty and we had to pay for the replacement. Now the battery will not stay charged for more then 2 hours and they want $295. to replace that. After reading some of the other reviews this seems to a common problem. The company obviously doesnt care about its reputation or keeping their clients coming back. We have advised all of our dental associates NOT to purchase from this copmpany!!!!!!!
Ive been using their wired loupe light system w/touch sensor battery since 2014 and it is an amazing product. The light itself is super lightweight and bright; the battery has great settings and is extremely easy-to-use/intuitively-designed; the entire package is very reliable, durable, as well as, high quality. The battery easily lasts all day on a single charge (8hrs of clinical dental hygiene).Flashforward to today - for strictly convenience reasons - I am in the market to buy another UO touch sensor battery and a new pair of loupes, but I wasnt set on any particular loupe brand yet and was still shopping around. Shout-out to Ryan and Steve at RDH UOR 2021 for their excellent customer service, knowledge and professionalism. I tested the UO loupes at their booth and instantly noticed the differences in fit and weight vs. the competition. I also got to try the Omega cordless headlight/battery and was very impressed. I am now looking forward to using my new Ultralight Optics loupes and Omega cordlessl headlight combo!!
This is such a good company. Ive tried their loupe lights, and their face shields. Every interaction with this company is always so wonderful. They always seem to hire excellent reps. I had some trouble with getting a light mount for my faceshield and theyve bent over backwards to help me out. They ship super fast and their products are such high quality.You can tell they are honest with their business just by their website. There is no other company that is transparent about their prices and its so refreshing and modern of them to sell their products online without a rep to talk to. Im going to make a transition to have all my gear to Ultralight Optics. I cant wait to try the omega loupe light next.EDIT: Shout out to Steve! I normally don’t write reviews, but this is an awesome company. Ive ordered some face shields from Ultralight for my lab, and Ive experienced nothing but awesome product quality AND customer experience from start to finish. Ultralight was proactive in their communications, whether it be from order confirmations to shipment updates. Would 10/10 recommend to anyone looking for awesome quality PPE, from a stellar local business.
I just bought some loupe lights as a surprise gift for my boyfriend this past week. I didnt know much about loupe lights, but the rep (forgot her name) was very helpful and the information she provided was awesome. Very thorough overview of the product offerings. I ended up choosing the Omega Cordless Hybrid - probably overkill for dental school, but amazing customer service, would absolutely recommend stopping by (virtually b/c of Covid of course)!
DO NOT BUY FROM ULTRALIGHT!! My wife and I both had light and battery setups from Ultralight for years and were happy initially. We purchased a new battery as a back up, however it did not work with the old set up. Customer service was contacted, and were told that the light is not compatible with the other set up and a new light needs to be purchased. What started as a back up battery, now turned into a new setup for more than 600$. In a pinch we needed to use the back up battery pack/light, but it didnt work when we needed it. Customer service was contacted again, and we were told to mail in the defective product, I thought I would get a replacement part. When contacted, they said the battery did not work and I would need to buy a new battery. I talked with Christine and explained that this product was never used on a patient and frankly never used at all. She was very unaccommodating and stated Im sorry the best I can do is offer you a new battery with a 50$ discount. She explained we can not return the products, get and sort of credit, or accommodated us in any other way except pay them more money. The customer service was terrible, and left us with a brand new light, and a brand new battery that does not work. I will be looking else where. Please do not get swindled by this company, they are out for money and uninterested in helping the dental community.
Their lights are great but their batteries are prone to problems. I bought their system in 2015, and I still use the original battery pack daily. Since the original purchase I have bought 3 batteries (each costing hundreds of dollars) and all have had problems ranging from shorts to defective cells, to simply not turning on over time. The replacements I have bought through the company have not lived up to the original 2015 version. I have noticed the construction is different including the port for the light to plug in. I have just bought a 4th battery pack. I will probably go with a different system if the new battery pack doesnt outlast the original one I bought in 2015.
This is the only 1 star review I have ever written, but I must be clear and warn others... I do NOT recommend any Ultra Light Optics product. Ive had nothing but problems with this light since I got it in 2016 in dental school. I have had to pay full price to replace the battery several occasions with the one year warranty having just expired (once the week of my boards exam). I just called to get a replacement battery because, of course, it stopped working unless its plugged into the wall. At least this is an upgrade from it stopping entirely, which has happened many times previously. I also have had to replace the bulb, which supposedly has a lifetime warranty. Additionally, the cord has had to be replaced twice already in 4 years. Im done with this company, I highly recommend looking elsewhere for your dental needs. I cant afford to continually be without my light for days on end and believe its a disservice to my patients every time I am forced to be without it. I am immediately investing in Lumadent, as I have several colleagues that have been impressed with the quality and customer service; two things Ultradent is entirely lacking.
I purchased LED Loupe-Light with a magnetic connector that connects to a battery pack that hooks to your back, stopped working after a few uses took it back they replaced the LED light stopped working again they said we will change to a conventional plug in connector . Which worked fineNow they came up with a light weight battery that goes around your neck which I ordered, when I received it turns out it has the magnetic connector, when I called the company they said I need to buy a new LED for an extra $695 I explained to them I should have been made aware prior to purchase not to mention I already had a magnetic connector before and it didn’t work so why do I need to pay again, at any rate I said I don’t want it and I asked to speak to a supervisor she’s said she’s busy but will call me back that was last week and still didn’t get a call butAlso they expect me to pay to shipping cost to send back the battery pack, even though they lacked explaining their product wellThe moral of this review is this company’s mantra is not built on customer service but more about profit pushing products that they are not willing to stand byA company reputation is measured by 2 basic Things how they treat their employees and their customers and the quality of the service or product they sell, ultra optics failed in both !
Just got into dental school and got a set of loupes for the upcoming year. Even during this pandemic, the person I spoke with on the phone (forgot your name, Im so sorry!) was super helpful and even threw in a few masks for me to try. 5/5 experience!

Last time I order from these guys. Waited 2 months to receive my order of 2 visors 80 shields for $150USD includes shipping. Upon receiving it, I find out that if I want to include an extension to give room for extended loupes or long bulky light (which I have) I need to pay more $$$ and order again and wait even more time. And then to top it all off UPS is asking for additional payment for shipping. Why didnt you tell me I could have ordered this stuff at checkout? Unbelievable.
My mom saw Ultralight at a dental convention a little while ago, but never had the chance to try their loupe. Worked with an amazing customer service associate and my order of loupes, face-shields, and some N95 masks arrived all on time (the loupes even came early!). Would absolutely recommend to anyone who wants awesome service and quality products.
The worst customer service ever. I have sent my battery pack about 3 times and every time I am told its fine. Once I get it back - it stops working 1 hours later. This company is a joke.
Highly recommend the Feather Light LED. As the product name implies, its extremely light, making it easy to use and flexible in various situations. The long lasting battery (8 hours!) and sturdy wiring are a huge plus as well.Ultralight Optics also earns a gold star for their exceptional service. The salespeople knew exactly what they were talking about. They explained all available products to me and the warranties/services they came with in thorough detail, making it easier for me to reach a purchasing decision.5/5 Highly recommend!
They are now making face shields that fit loupes, which is great!! Only problem I have is that I was on their website last week and this week they kept the replacement shields the same price, but decreased the amount they give you. I guess they are taking advantage of the need for PPE. One other item, to ship from Westminister to South Orange County is $15. That seems pretty steep. Its literally 10-15 miles away.
I have used them since they started. I loved the light and have four in my office. Three for my hygienists. But like so many other people are saying, their quality has gone down significantly. The batteries last less than a year if you are lucky and the price for the battery is ridiculous. $245.00! Its like buying a printer and then getting ripped off for the ink. When the light goes out next time, Ill be looking at a different company.
We purchased there Loupe Visor Starter Kit ( disposable visor with light mount ). They are junk. When we called nobody answers the phone. Left message and emailed them about not being happy with them. Got back to us a few days later and said we couldnt return ppe items. Buyer be aware of this company. Besides the fact they took 6-7 weeks
I have used the ultralight optics ( featherlight ) since 2011 and love this product. Super durable and the quality is excellent. The customer service is exactly what it should be. customer oriented and friendly and impeccable. JD was my last rep who was extremely helpful recently and helped me with my concerns with my battery pack. Great product and service that has stood the test of time!
Horrible service. I waited 2 months to get faceshields. Originally it was supposed to be 3-4 weeks which I was fine with due to what is going on I understood, however when the original ship by date came I received no notifications. I tried calling several times but mailbox was full and could not leave a message so I emailed the week they were supposed to ship out and didnt recieve a message until almost a week later. I had asked for a refund since they had not shipped out yet and I had purchased other faceshields elsewhere and instead a label was created so that I was able to get a refund. My shield was shipped a week after which was close to 2 months after purchase. When I finally got my face shields and they didnt fit over my loupes, I emailed customer service and they say they will not accept a return and suggest holding on to them to use in future! Why would I use them in future if they do not fit!?! Not happy with the purchase.
I didnt know what I missed until I got the Ultralight optics, the light is very light with easy attachment, it brightened my working field so great that even my dental assistant would have a hard time to see if I dont use it.It improves the quality of my job and helps with my posture, my eyes do not get as tired at the end of the day. Christine is always happy to help and quickly resolves any questions or problem if it happens, I own the Ultralight optics for over 2 years and only problem I had is I lost the charger and she replaced it right away for me. I got it on time before my next root canal treatment so I was able to charge it and get to work the next day. I am very happy with my light and highly recommend the Ultralight optics to anyone.
In 2009, I was searching for a light at a dental convention when I can to this booth. Sales people were excellent and price was right. I certainly made the right decision. Any issues I have had were quickly resolved (usually in a week). They must work in an office because they seem to understand you cant wait two weeks to get any new parts. For example, I had an issue with the clasp on the battery and it broke. When I called about this, they were aware of the issue and sent me a new backing with the newly designed clasp--no questions asked and no need to return old one. I believe they send this out immediately. Initial designs found some short with the wire and this was also quickly fixed; when I called to ask about this issue, they sent me a new light immediately and I just had to return the old light in a reasonable amount of time to not get charged for the new light. Ive had no more issues than people who own other brands and their responsiveness to the consumer to update product and design is remarkable and absolutely no hassles with customer service. I was thinking of going with another light but I am not going to risk poor customer service.I have a personal preference with the touch on-off feature-actually, I love this feature and feel it is worth the extra cost. If you put in the right location, you will not accidentally turn this on and off. I love the fact I can turn on and off any time without needing to remove gloves and this eliminates cross-contamination issues.
At first it was the best light I have ever had. Unfortunately after six months the cord started to go on it and the light would flash. Under warranty, I was given a new cord. After another six months, my cord started to go again. This was covered by warranty because it was a month past the warranty date and said this is a one time acceptance. Now my cord is starting to flash again and it has only been a couple months since my replacement cord. I called and they said it is either my cord or battery. The battery states it should last till Feb. 2018. When talking with a customer agent they said either pay 245 for a new battery or send in the light for service which also cost money. So what is this unlimited warranty on because the cord costs money that Is considered the light and the battery is only way the light works- the correct term to call this product would be a light unit. I feel very disappointed in this company that I have referred multiple coworkers to. There is no warrant all they want is your money.
Have purchased multiple lights form Ultralight Optics and have always been pleased. We do not live in a perfect world and occasionally items are faulty or need repair. This has happened with my lights a couple times over the years and the customer service provided by Ultralight is beyond reproach. They are always very up front and honest and when there has been a defect in a warrantied product there are never any questions. Ive spoken with their reps at dental meetings and they are always fun and friendly. They certainly hire knowledgeable quality employees. Great company to work with!!!! Ive referred numerous friends to them and theyve been equally pleased. Keep up the great work and super service!

I am a dentist provider and Ive purchased loupe lights from this company before. However, during this COVID-19 crisis they started advertising for Dental PPE like faceshields, masks and gowns... and I jumped on board. My order has been delayed by a very long time for the gowns and shields BUT THEY CHARGED MY CARD 3 weeks ago!! Why charge if youre not ready to ship? Also, the kn95 masks they sold have been tested by FDA and are on the unapproved list at 87% filtration. I paid $300 for masks that are not useful against COVID and were falsely advertised. Disappointed.
After seeing them enough times at dental shows, I finally caved and bought one after checking out their featherlight. It is the lightest and highest quality light Ive ever used! I was decently surprised to see that the battery pack lasts the entire day. When I placed my order, JD helped me and made the process as quick and painless as possible. So many great things to say.First of all, excellent customer service. I had no problem getting a wrong item replaced. I was able to ask for a replacement within minutes and I got it within the week. Second, the product is fantastic! Surprisingly lightweight and durable with a long lasting battery. I can go a whole workday without charging it!

I had owned this light for over 5 years. I am still using the original battery. I did buy a second battery so I could rotate them when charging. This has worked out well for me. I recently had a fire that destroyed my first light. I have just purchased a new one, I highly recommend this light. It has been very dependable not to mention it flat works. I use mine on a pair of Gargoyles. Buy this light you wont be disappointed.
Ive had a feather light for over 6 years and it has always worked flawlessly. Recently I lost the charger for it and decided it was time to upgrade anyway. Every time I called they were quick to answer, informative, and professional. JD was very helpful in helping me make a decision for my new light. Overall great products and excellent service.
The quality of the lights seem to be decreasing over the years. I have had problems with flickering lights, poor connections, and battery packs that simply stop working. I have been waiting almost one month for a replacement of a malfunctioning battery pack less than one year old. I would invest in a higher quality system.
Customer service rep was really helpful, no frills. Light is really lightweight, and I dont have to charge it between my seminars.Very sturdy wiring. I dropped the light a few times but if nobody saw, nobody would know!
I have been using this light and battery pack for over 7 years. At first, they were great products, they were high quality and lasted a few years. Once I replaced the first ones I bought, I could tell they were not the same quality. I have purchased at least 4 battery packs in a couple of years. I know their prices are very competitive, but this doesnt mean they should use cheap manufacturing. I would recommend buying a higher quality system, even if you have to pay a little more, it pays off at the end!
Got the ultralight around 4 years ago and ended up not using it for almost 3 years as my other lighting options were working fine. Then I finally ended up using it about a year ago and it was working well, for 3 months, until I dropped the battery. Now I could no longer adjust the brightness as the knobs had come loose and it was set to the lowest brightness. Still, it was working. Went to Yankee Dental and bought a new battery. They said they could see if they could repair my old battery as well and took that. When I got the old and new batteries back, I was told that my old battery could not be fixed. Furthermore, it now did not work. The new battery worked for 2 weeks and suddenly no more light. Before the light stopped working, it started getting really hot. When the light stopped working, I thought it was the battery and I called for a replacement. Still, the light would not work. I called again and had to pay to replace the wiring. Still, no light. At this point I felt like a sucker and was so frustrated that I didnt bother calling them back. It has been several months since then that I am writing this review. My colleagues have lights from other companies and certainly the customer service has been better. This company took my money on a light, a battery, a replacement battery, and replacement wiring and they are all useless waste of money as none of it works. If I could do it over again, I would shop elsewhere.
Bought the light towards the beginning of my college career and as Im about to graduate in a couple weeks, it has never once failed me! The battery lasts all day and its very lightweight. Customer service is also very good- I believe it was Steve who helped me with any questions and concerns. I definitely recommend!
My friends and I all got together and bought a bunch of Ultralights a few years ago and weve been happy with our purchase. I just bought their new cordless light and we got new attachments for hygienists. Im probably going to get a few new batteries soon too. Great stuff. Thanks, Ultralight.
I have been using my Ultralight Optics headlight, battery and charger since 2010. My battery failed yesterday and their friendly customer service person, Ilse, took care of my needs quickly and fairly. Quality dentistry is impossible without good lighting that is comfortable to wear. I wear my Ultralight Optics system all day, every day, for every patient. I highly recommend Ultralight Optics.

Ultralight Optics has the best service and best value for a light that I have used. I brought my light in to get it serviced. Not only did they recondition my light unit to working condition, but one of the representatives, Shane, was night enough to delivered the light to me at my work place. Highly recommended and I would be a returning customer.
I am very satisfied with this product! I love the touch-sensitive button that makes it super easy to turn on/ off and I dont have to worry about sketchy wires of placement because the wiring is very sturdy! Overall the product is very useful and the staff member who helped me was very patient and made sure I knew what I was getting when buying.
I purchased an Ultralight 2 and a half years ago, and have been pleased with the performance of the light. The product is well built and I have a few friends at school got other types of lights. Theirs broke and they eventually switched to an Ultralight with me. Customer service was very helpful when I needed their assistance, and was prompt in their service and communication.

System quit working within 1yr. Informed customer service of the issue and that I was unsure if the issue was due to the light, cable or battery pack. Received only a new light and cable and was informed to try and see if everything works. The company claims everything is under warranty for the first year but they seem intentionally deceptive with regards to the battery pack. If I paid $650 for a light then it should work for at least 1 yr and if it does not then stand behind your warranty and replace everything.
Having a light this light is absolutely amazing. I don’t know how I ever did hygiene before I used this little miracle.Great light. Great customer service. What else is there to say?
Bought this light about 13 months ago. When I bought it, they made it sound like this light will work for a long time with no problem. I have had to change the battery, the wire, the charging unit which they were all very expensive. I am surprised I have not needed to change the light yet. Their customer service is not much of help except to tell you, do you want to buy that part or no. I am disappointed at this company and that is why I am writing this review. i think they purposely used cheap parts that will break in a year and one has to to buy replacement parts. A $600 light should not need $300 replacement parts in 18 months.Mike
I purchased the Ultralight for school about 2 years ago, and have only good things to say about it. The battery lasts for the entire duration of my workday, and is remarkably light. Customer service is on point and was very helpful when I had some inquiries about purchasing additional lights for my classmates.
I have never written a bad review on google in the past, but felt compelled to for this company. When you run across this company at dental meetings, they are great sales people. When you look at their product it is like buying a used car with their price negotiating. Once the product is purchased and you have a problem, good luck. About 14 months after I purchased the unit, the battery stopped working. The unit was 2 months out of warranty so I had to purchase a new battery. Another 16 months later the battery and the light went out and had to purchase a new unit. No warranty coverage again. They told me the design of the lights have changed, so I shouldnt have this problem again. So, they knew they had a problem with the light. During that time, I had purchased an extra battery pack because they gave me a special price. So, now I have 3 battery packs and two lights that dont work. I called up and was told I would have to purchase a new light for $699. the big attraction to this light originally was the price, which is not an advantage anymore. the light is great when it is working. I know have over $1000 invested in a light that doesnt work. Stay away!
The customer service I received was beyond great. They are very friendly, professional, and pay attention to detail. If you have a trouble with any feature, they are always willing to help. The product itself is amazing! It has long lasting battey and super light weight.
Ive had my Ultralight for 3 years. I highly recommend it and Ive been recommending it to my friends. Its our offices favorite light by far because my office has a couple different brands and my employer wishes he had my light.
I am extremely satisfied with my experience purchasing from Ultralight Optics! Cassidee was very attentive and helpful in explaining the functions and features of the Loupe light. After using it a few times, I was impressed of how comfortable and lightweight the light was on my face. The battery lasts all day and is extremely convenient since I dont need to recharge it in between patients. I bought this light for school, and after having it for two years, it has not failed me. The loupe light is simple, intuitive, and easy to use. At the price point, there was no other light that I felt could beat it for what it provided. Battery lasts a long time too, so I never have to worry about it running out of power during my sections.

I put a three because I dont have the loupes or light yet and didnt want my review to sink or swim their rating but I am rating based on my customer service experience. I am looking for loupes. I have called the company twice to try to get information and each time I talk to someone its like talking to a teenager who is like ugh gosh mom I dont want to do my homework. They dont seem to care or want to help you. Dont you want people to buy your product? Really weird and confusing. So it concerns me if I would purchase them what kind of customer service I would get.
I was the office manager for a dental office that used primarily Ultralight equipment, and Im very pleased with how their customer service treats us when we have inquiries. Were treated like actual people, and not just a number on a spreadsheet. 5/5 pleasant experience, would recommend to others!
My friend and I both had the orascoptic lens that we were using for school. After going to a convention and purchasing these lights, I was able to see that these glasses were lighter and significantly more adjustable than the orascoptics. Battery for the Ultralight lasted all day, so I didnt have to worry about charging them between seminars and sections. 5/5, would definitely recommend to all my peers.
If I could give 0 stars I would. This company is a major SCAM. I had my light for about 2 years and EVERYTHING stopped working. Suddenly I had to replace the battery, Cord, bulb, EVERYTHING which costs hundreds of dollars. Customer service is a JOKE. Nothing lasts. I have several friends that use other companies for their lights (ex. Orascoptic) and they have had their batteries for 5+ years and never had a problem. Take my advice and STAY AWAY from this crappy, low quality, company. There are MUCH better quality lights out there for much less. Ultralight Optics is nothing but a headache!! Such a disappointment.
My biggest concern was the lifespan of the battery, but that has been put to ease. Customer support representatives were very helpful and gave great insight to the product. Thank you!!
I ordered new loupes on June 6th, 2019, and was told theyd be to my office in 4-6 weeks. Its August 19th and I still dont have them. I called in July after 7 weeks and they blamed it on me saying they needed a confirmation of a measurement, that I gave them back in June... Its 2 stars instead of 1 because the light Ive had for years works well, but the loupes section of the company leaves a lot of room for improvement.
I do not like to write review but I am forced to write this one because I do not want any other dentist to be a victim of ultralightoptics. I ordered for my loupe and light 22 march 2018 and I received it in july 2018 to discover that the loupe was giving me double vision . I sent it back to be fixed twice and finally it came to a manageable vision on 29 august 2018 and started using the loupe and light. less than a year the cable cord with led light stopped working and I called the customer service. guess what. I must pay $95 +$10 to send a new cord. I informed the customer service that I just got the whole package in August 2018 to use and it Is less than a year. guess what she said. That the loupe and the led cable cord which is not working are 2 different items and I must pay $110 to get a new cord and light.I just paid but my advise to anybody who wants to buy ultralight is please do not go. all the above reviews I am sure is correct and I will never use them again
I had purchased a pair and the first time I used them the light stopped working after 1 hour of use. I tried multiple things to try and get it to work. I called and got a new light sent and I used that new one three times and the light again stopped working. When I used it for those three times, it would not keep its charge. The light also got burning hot. I’m so disappointed that I even purchased these.
Great light. Customer service was on point when I wanted to order another one for my office. No problems here - been over two years with my featherlight.
Ive been using my Feather Light LEDs for more than 10 years since I was first introduced to it and evaluated it. I cant speak more highly of the quality and outstanding performance of my lights. The Feather Light is definitely the best light available!
My staff and myself have these lights and each of us love them. Battery is light and compact. The light itself is small and easy to adjust.

This is the best LED headlight Ive ever owned. Its small, its lightweight, and I love the touch sensor that allows me to turn the light on and off hands-free. Period.
The person i spoke with wss very knowledgeable and answered all my questions and concerns with very detailed instructions but wss simple enough for me to understand. It has a long lasting battery. Overall the product wad very well made. The ease was great and it was very responsive.
I was here earlier this week and Britney was really nice! Their cordless light is amazing. I just clip it on, and I’m ready to go.

My light stopped working after a little less than 2 years. when I called they said their battery pack typically lasts only about 2 years. I would expect a better quality product when I pay that much just for the light.
This is the best dental light I have used. I cant imagine working without it. Great company and top notch customer service.

Writing for my aunt who lives in California (lol). Ultralights product was great, and the customer service was even better! My aunt is super picky with customer service, but they were super friendly and knowledgeable. Definitely recommend.
This is the only light Ive ever used and Ive never had any issues with it (even after dropping the battery pack multiple times). Its light weight and very reliable.
This light has worked for me since 2010. Light weight and others continually borrow it when their lights have gone down. Seems to have less problems than others purchased.

I came into the office with several issues and limited time to spend. Britney promptly helped me, identified the problem with the light and the chord and went to repair it. Cassidee took a look at the frames I have and proposed to use a new sleeve to reinforce a weak area on the frames, rather than suggesting I buy a new frame. In addition, she took my battery, which had some damage to the outer structure and replaced the broken parts. Shane explained the difference with the batteries since I wanted to purchase a new one anyway.The service I received was outstanding in terms of promptness, professionalism, attention to detail and, best of all, I was not upsold or pressured into upgrading or purchasing anything. On the contrary, I received a courtesy with the replacement of the cable for the light. I could not have been happier. I was in and out in under a half hour and can only recommend this company, more specifically the branch in Costa Mesa that provided such great service.
This is a fraud company. Everything will fall apart in 6 months.Don’t fool yourself . I tried this company for a couple of years .
My first loupe light and so far so good! Loving the light weight and long life on the batt pack. I barely charge only once a week!!
Beware if this fraud company! I purchased their LED headlight at one of the dental seminars and was very excited to try this featherlight product as advertised by the sales rep. The package arrived 3 weeks later, missing the attachment components to connect the light to my dental loupes. Eventually I got the attachments and on the first day using the light, it suddenly went very dim no matter what I try to do. I was disappointed and decicided to return it as I don’t want to deal with their customer service which was very unprofessional in my opinion. After I brought the product to their office in Costa Mesa. They promised to email me the confirmation of refund at the end of the same day. Of course, I got nothing. I called the next day, a girl named Janet explained to me because I bought it through a distributor, they can’t process the refund now but a distributor or herself (Janet) will call me back at the end of the day. And again, no call. So much frustration since the day I deal with this company. Bad customer service, defective product and I hope it won’t be a fraud when they try to cheat me out of my refund. So far they’ve been giving me a very hard time every single step. I will dispute with my credit card for this fraud transaction. Horrible experience!!
GO WITH THESE GUYS. I WENT WITH A CHEAP LIGHT BEFORE AND ULTRALIGHT IS SO MUCH BETTER.
I have had so many problems with my battery you have to purchase a new one every two years the cord wears out had to purchase a new one i would not recommend this company for the light it wears out way to fast. I am going to spend a little more and go with Orascoptic i have had my loops for 14 years with no problems.
Ultralight is an essential part of the equipment that I need for treating patients. The battery lasts forever and even some of my patients have complimented the light!
Bought a set of loupes and light from them and they are really great! Their customer service was excellent and Shane was very helpful in the whole process.
Solid product I really love how the battery lasts all day so I dont to charge in between classes.
