I love shopping here. So many choices. They always have something I like. Can be pricey but they also have their marked down merchandise at excellent bargain prices. Allow yourself extra time so you dont miss any of their awesome sale prices.

Great store. With the exception of one young lady that claims to be a manager, everyone in the store is extremely friendly. That young lady is very rude and unwilling to try to do her job. For that reason only, I will not step foot in a store to be treated that way. That was the second time she acted that way. I figured the first time she was having a bad day. Boy, was I wrong. Sad that one person can ruin a good thing. I am considering filing a formal complaint, something I have never done.

Love the variety of items, but it is very difficult to find anything you are looking for. They need to have a really good store directory with a printout you can pick up at the front door to talk with you as you navigate the store. Im sure they want you to wander around for an hour trying to find one thing, but most of us dont have that kind of time.

I am a frequent at hobby lobby across Colorado. This is the worst service I have ever received at a hobby lobby. My husband and I are always super friendly and will have conversation with employees because we know that customer service can be hard. I had to get fabric, was standing at the counter and made eye contact with both employees, and was blatantly ignored.... finally I rang the bell, and it was incredibly clear that I was an inconvenience to them. I still tried to make conversation and I got complete silence.Cut off by several employees putting things on shelves which is fine, but never acknowledged. Also when we checked out, it was clear that the cashier wanted nothing to do with being at work and made both my husband and I incredibly uncomfortable with the silence and rude behavior.I have never experienced this and rave about the hobby lobby near our house as they are super friendly and know our business and hobbies. We love them!I won’t go here again. Messy, disorganized and incredibly impersonal. Yikes...

Came to get myself a frame for my proclamation and was helped right away with an added hanger. Very Satisfied with the out come.

Manager was very rude to me while I set one of my items down to organize my cart she grabbed it from me thinking that I was going to leave it on the shelf but I said I was buying it and then she rudely walked away. I bought a lot of merchandise there but I wasn’t treated like a valued customer and it seemed like she judged me unfairly. The other employees are nice but the manger seems very unprofessional and unwelcoming.

I used to love working with my hands on macrame projects. The store is huge and I didnt know where I could find the cord. I asked an employee and was shown where the cord was, I was quite impressed by the employee had a grasp on locations were in the store... As well, the store is super clean and very well organized.... I will definitely shop here in the future for all of my crafting needs.

Great variety of things to start or complete a craft/ project . Shelfs well stocked, workers always close by to help with any again we may have. One thing i had problems understanding wad with the discount /offers specially the half off/ 50% off ..the tag said one thing then they ranit and said something else and they didnt change the sticker to the righr price after they told us.

The people in this store are very friendly. They helped me frame my picture and were able to do so very quickly.They ever wrapped it in plqstic because it was raining. What nice people!!!

Dont waste your time or money here. Worst customer service, they have the absolute worst staff and manager (older grumpy lady with short curly hair thats always just standing up front glaring at people) who has always been rude. Dont even try to ask anyone for help, all youll get is attitude. We now go out of our way to the young field location, they are great over there!

Store was difficult to navigate - despite the large overall size of the store, the setup is very claustrophobic. Not very many staff, of those, there were several wearing their masks below their noses. Selection is pretty good and prices are competitive.

I was able to walk out with money because they gave me huge discounts at the door usually when shopping at a store like this I have to put things back because I dont have enough

I wasnt much impressed with a assortment and prices for such a big store.I really dont understand some assortment. For example, daily planners with starting month July 2020. In January 2021 I need a planner that starts with January 2021.:)For me, this store is quite nice if you need something and you have no time to wait or to make research for better solutions. Service is pretty nice and polite, store was clean.

I went on a Friday night before dinner, and saw this neat sign. The sales associate was very helpful and did a good job making conversation-but wasnt pushy, which was nice!

Needed some glass for a picture frame that broke. The glass was cut to size but wasnt packed the best way and although Im used to working with glass; I felt I could get it home safely. As it turned out a shard broke off the corner. I took it back and it was replaced, no questions asked and packed much better. I was very impressed with the service I received. I will definitely return for future needs.

Ran in to pick up a baby book I had on hold. It took the front end people a little while to find it but they did.

Have shopped this store a lot lately for my daughters wedding. Ran in to pick up some last minute items and couldnt find anyone to help us. Was very surprised as I have never encountered this before.

This location is huge...almost too much to look at. Was giving 5 stars but the cashier was not friendly and her tone about not being able to apply a store coupon was rude. Customer service IS important.

THE ABSOLUTE WORST STORE IVE EVER SHOPPED AT IN MY 57 YEARS OF LIVING ON THIS EARTH. THE MANAGER HARRASSED ME AS I WAS TRYUNG TO CHECK OUT AND I ENDED UP HAVING A SEVERE PANICK ATTACK AND JUST LEFT WITHOUT MY THINGS!!! I WILL BE CALLING CORPORATE N THE MORNING

The store is huge with no signs as to where things are. Paid full price for an item that was supposed to be 40 percent off and did not realize it until I got home. I should be able to count on correct discounts already in the register and not have to return to the store to correct their error. So disappointing.

Every time I go in to this location, the staff goes out of their way to help me find what I need. They always have what I need at affordable prices. Yes, there are some things that are priced higher than on Amazon, but they always have sales and coupons you can use. You can always count on them to have what you need.

What can I say its hobby lobby. You can find things that you didnt even think you were looking for.. My whole family loves this store.

Its hobby lobby I only went because it was an emergency. Im not giving it a one start because the store wasnt clean or the employees werent nice out anything like that. But only because the people who own this store are actively attempting to take rights away from women.

Hobby lobby always has better selection, better prices, and better service than Michaels. I know because I just shopped frames and Mattes over the last week. Moreover thinking we were going to go put in an order for Mattes, we’re pleasantly surprised to leave with 6 mattes cut immediately right before closing time. Big thanks to Sonya for going above and beyond without even asking for it!

You can find so many options for different activities. Sometimes I like going down the isles to find new hobbies.

Went in for paint by art set. Found a great variety of items. They were all on sale too.Fantastic

It is s huge store. I go there to buy presents for kids. If I want them to build a plane model, for example. I wouldnt recommend to buy airplane models, that require glue on parts and painting. The sets have hundreds of tiny parts. It takes weeks to put them together. It is frustrating if the plan for building a plane and the amount of the details do not match) Look at the sign on the box: if it shows glue and paintbrush crossed out - buy it.
