Nice staff. The change from one dollar to various dollar amounts is not always clearly labeled. And most of the better stuff has been discontinued.

The management and other employees curse infront of customers and dont care... Management talks unprofessionally to there employees infront of customers... They do not properly train here they tell the employees to figure it out instead of taking the time to properly train the employees to have a smooth buisness running... This store should be shut down until all new management and staff can be replaced and properly trained especially on etiquette customer service and on how to professional and curtiousness in order to run a safe and well ran buisness for all customers and employees.. I wouldnt recommend working here and as far as being a customer be careful they get disrespectful with u as well.... I give this store a D the only thing good about this store is the cleanliness.

I must admit that this is the cleanest most organized Dollar tree I have ever been to! I am not from Colorado and I am very impressed with this store. Not only is a store extremely clean well organized the cashier was really nice.

Clean and well stocked. Did not like the fact I couldnt use a buggy to take my 6 or8 bags to my car.

Dollar tree customer service is in the toilet..They had four people working and one person on the register.I actually seen an employee standing in the office area one out on the floor stocking looking at me and the other people in line.With no since of urgency to help the other person on the register.I mean we are standing six people seven people deep in line and nobody coming running to the register whats that about because it cost a dollar and we dont matter.I say all sales matter.

Store has improved alot more inventory very neat and tidy isles employees are friendly....this is still my happy store😉

Pretty clean store. New renovations I think. Sometimes the lines get long and they dont open up closed registers but theyve seemed to be getting at that recently.

Nice staff, but if you cannot offer a restroom for 2 minutes I was forced to cut my Shopping way short and run home.

For some reason there all a little different when it comes to variety but it’s worth the travel to get more bargains

I feel that this store does have a large variety to choose from.. Super useful for cheap crafting supplies and holiday decor. Everything is pretty low quality but if you don’t need it to last, dollar tree is perfect. The staff at this location was extra friendly.

This location is smaller than the Westminster location and has a lot less selection. It is fairly organized but the demographic does not care about social distancing. The lines are usually long with only 1 or 2 cashiers. Once we were there when a man tried to run out with a cartful of unpaid items, not the nicest area.

Convenient location and friendly staff. I really like their craft section there, its worth checking out for fellow crafters.

If youre hungry and you have a dollar. Dollar Tree is your answer

Eddie was great! It was the off duty employee standing at the register, and the managers screaming through the store, and the rude other cashier that were the problem. The lack of professionalism and urgency is pathetic. I hope Eddie gets new help or leaves this store because he shouldnt have to man the store while everyone else neglects their job. Stocking shelves should never come before customer service.

Love dollar tree, you can buy the same party supplies that you buy at the other party stores for a heck of a lot less

I like this dollar store, staff is nice .BUT on line says open until 10:00pm why cant you change this on line . Its not the first year you,be done this. Worked 11 hours had to run here, looked on line dragged myself there and it closes at 7:00 from what the door says. Not good customer service . Im sure its a problem store with all the homeless but change your on line time.

I shop at this location all the time! However today cashier Bernie checked me out! I took 5 items out of my basket that I could live without! Bernie informed me that they had to return that merchandise to the shelves- not just once, but at least 3 times- in a condescending, not very nice, manner! I said I would return it for her, that I knew where it went and I should know better! She said just put it over there! I have been there before and Bernie made a mistake and undercharged me $6.00! I had my son bring her the $6.00 as I am 66 years old and don’t have a car! Today I needed to make sure I had enough money to pay for my medicine, as I just got out of the hospital! Her nasty attitude was completely uncalled for!!! Thanks a lot Bernie-hope you got some satisfaction by being so MEAN!!!

You dont expect a lot going into a dollar store and this location is no exception. Its not filthy and the employees are generally pleasant. I find cheap toys, holiday decorations, and select office supplies here for a good value. I also buy 9 volt batteries by the bucket full for guitar pedals.

I find the most amazing things in this store! The most surprising things I find are loads of items NOT made in China. Thats hard to find these days in a high end chain.

Maybe because its a 2 minute drive from me, but I dig this location. It was crowded today and only one cashier but they get you in and out quickly. Always friendly and helpful. Even short staffed their never short on customer service.

One of the worst dollar trees Ive been to in quite while. The cashier was doing absolutely nothing! While clearly there was plenty to be done. She couldve been straightening up the front end, making sure items were either stocked or shoppable at the very least. Unfortunately she was too busy coughing on everything in sight. Might I remind you, its flu season!! Cover your cough or call in!! The manager on duty was no better. A mess as well, coughing her way through the store. Hopefully they disinfect and clean up their acts and store soon. Absolutely disgusted and disappointed.

Pulled up to what looked to be an open Dollar Tree. Their online hours list them being open until 10pm. Big sign in the window says they close at 7pm. 7pm on a Thursday night? All other dollar trees are usually open until at least 9pm. Lame!

Peggy the manager is the most rude and un costumer oriented person I have met at that store that I have shopped at for 10 yrs.

Rude Store manager and employeesAnother customer had his black 10 pound dog running around the store without a leash ( it roamed to another isle without the owner with it). The dog was eating candy that had been dropped from its packaging off the floor.I asked the other customer what I am legally allowed to ask by the Americans with Disabilities act, which are;(1) is the dog a service animal required because of a disability? and (2) what work or task has the dog been trained to perform?I was rudely verbally attacked because I was asking questions that they are not allowed to ask due to their company policies ( FYI. I am not employed here, I was another customer, shopping.). I tried to explain that I am allowed to ask those questions inside their facility, because I am not an employee of this company and have a legal right to ask the questions I was asking. I WAS TOLD NOT TO COME BACK TO THIS STORE BY THE MANAGER BERNADETTE, because she wasnt happy with my questions to this other customer who apparently comes in almost daily with his dog.This other customers basically stated the dog serviced him when I asked him the first question. And when I asked the second question, he stated it was to keep him from killing himself. Which basically means that this dog is an EMOTIONAL SUPPORT ANIMAL and I said that to him. I also stated that it was illegal for him to misrepresent his dog as a service dog when its an ESA.Now, I dont have an issue with ESAs. My issue is with a ESA not being leashed and allowed to wonder the store, unattended by its owner/handler. Not to mention that the misrepresentation of a service dog, makes it harder for REAL service dogs to be accepted by society.I also have issues with these employees reprimanding me for exercising my first Amendment right and addressing this regular customer with the legal questions any American CITIZEN can ask under the federal guidelines mentioned above.Now if this regular customer had simply stated his dog was an Emotional support animal from the start. I would have simply left the misrepresentation of a service dog alone. I would have addressed the other issue of the dog being off leash.Which, all dogs are legally required to be leashed when in public except for Service dog who have to be off leash to do their task. Which translates to, if they cannot preform the task while being leashed to their handler. ( IE. Summoning help, retrieving medication.)These employees basically stated that this Customer has more rights to his ESA being in the store, than I had rights to my first Amendment Rights.

Rude Staff, barley ever have a smile. They dont want kids wondering with out parents which I agree, but they need to put a SIGN on door and through out store letting Parents and Children know what is expected.
