Clean store, great selection, and lots of people to help with questions. Ive never been made to feel like I have to buy something and as an anxious shopper - this is huge for me. Recently asked for help finding a lip liner and after evaluating what it would be used for the employee guided me to a section with quality products but low price points which was very much appreciated. Once she explained the best options, she walked back to her section without trying to push any additional products. The prices vary so keep in mind that bigger name product lines will come with a bigger price point.

Great big and clean location. Service was outstanding and quick. I love being able to find my products all in one place and having the option to order them online as well. All the big brands are always available but Ulta also does a good job of representing smaller and new brands of products.

This is the best place to get your eyebrows waxed. They take the time to make sure that you are getting exactly what you want! Amber is amazing.

Update:Charlotte S is honestly the best stylist I have come across in a long time. I am so so so thankful for her talent. She fixed a haircut that had me in tears. I know it’s, “just hair,” to some people but it is so much more. It ties in to our self esteem and appearance. As I sat in her chair I instantly started crying. Some of it was my hair and some of it was just a hard day/ week. Guess what, she didn’t judge me and she totally understood. We also didn’t focus on the not so great part of the previous haircut but instead we focused on positivity. We talked about our lives, families, a show returning a certain character etc. She was just an amazing person who made me feel 100x better than when I walked in there. She loves people, loves her career and truly made my life so much better. Again, truly thankful!

Just another cosmetic store, stuffy employees and high prices on honestly things you can find else where. What brought me in today was the Ulta brand of lip gross. I dont shop at Ulta to often but when I do it is literally the same experience everytime. They ever seem to let me know if I have points to be used nor do they ask if Id like to use my points. Isnt that part of the job? I dont really like dealing with stuffy employees in black that think they are above when they are just working retail...and Im just saying.

Cassie is the best hairstylist I have ever met! I was really nervous coming in after having a baby and having a lot of my hair fall out. I told her what I was thinking about doing and she went into detail about how that would look as far as caring for it and training my hair. She even explained where a lot of my regrowth was and it helped me make sense of some problems Ive been having with it. She made me feel so comfortable and understood. I will definitely be back to see her!

Worst experience ever! Walked around the store and wasn’t asked once for help. Once I was done and went to pay there was no one at registers for 2 min until this girl came up and she was extremely rude! Made me feel like she didn’t want me there. On the receipt her name was “Yasameen”! Ulta you need to train or teach your employees to be nice to customers and they need to work in customer service! She had an attitude with me for no reason.

I wanted to show some Love to Jayden at the Orchard location in Westminster Colorado. With out question Jayden helped color match my foundation for me, I was honestly having a struggle. Super friendly and informative and was more than willing to help me out and answer all my questions!! Jayden is for sure my Go To!! Cassie is truly the best hairstylist Ive ever met! Shes knowledgeable, professional, friendly and honestly genuine with her clients. I recommend her to anyone who wants quality hair care and a great salon experience.

They offered little to no help, they charged my girlfriend for a very easy and pointless treatment that they knew she was to shy to say no to. Then proceeded to over charge her for a 25 dollar service and then reschedule for the same thing we were initially there for. Go somewhere else. They have no idea what they are doing all shop trained.

Good selection of products but very poor service, which is a trend at all the Ultas that I have visited. If possible, I will order my products online instead of going into the store.

There customer service is pretty bad. Someone bought me expensive perfume at xmas and it smelled awful on me, they would only give me store credit even when I told them my friend had bought a different one (at their store) for me and I wanted to pay him back. Also I did a store pickup and the item had already been paid for. I got an email after 5 days saying I had to pick it up that day or they would cancel it. I called and asked them to hold it until the next day and they said they couldnt do that. Even though Beauty Brands is father away they will be my cosmetic go to store from now on.

06/25/21 went to this location, walked in 2 employees chatting to eachother with shopping baskets standing infront of entrance saw me enter, NOTHING was said to me, all I got was a glance and ignored. Other white women came in and they were instantly helped. I finally walked up and asked sarcastically Do you guys work here?!.... finally interrupted their important convo going on. DO NOT SHOP HERE IF YOU ARE A MINORITY, YOU ARE NOT THEIR PRIORITY. I will be calling corporate on this location.

Went in to get new makeup since I had run out and the “makeup specialist” didn’t know anything, gave me absolutely NO HELP, and was all around rude. Will not be coming back here and don’t suggest anyone waste their time at this ulta. Very annoyed.To add: if your “specialist” is claiming to you that oxidation happens because of YOUR skin walk away because they don’t know what they are talking about. Oxidation occurs when the product meets the air and the oxygen steals an electron from the molecules in the foundation causing it to change color and there for oxidize your skin has way less to do with it vs. the chemical makeup of the product.

I will not be shopping here again. The pressure put on the cashier to get phone numbers makes them unkind. I shouldnt have to say no more then once when declining to provide a phone number. This time the cashier told me I wouldnt be able to return my item without a phone number. Okay fine I wont return it. Also wont return myself.

I switched over to ulta from sephora and always love coming to this location. Today in particular I had a really helpful representative, named Jaden, help me pick out a new pressed powder. He made it easy and helped me try to figure out my correct skin tone since its so hard now to do so. He nailed it. Definitely recommend!

Every single time I come to this location the staff is rude and impatient. It’s so sad because I am making such high cost purchases and I leave feeling bitter because the staff is just not kind! I went in for my monthly needs conditioner, face masks, new body scrubs (YAY!), my husband got some stuff as well and not once did anyone ask if we needed help finding anything until the end of our trip a guy came to ask us if we needed help and then instantly said “We close in 12 minutes”. I’m like okay just rush me out of here..... Then we go to checkout and the woman takes us right away I inform her that I have a birthday coupon I’d like to use so she rolls her eyes and goes to get the birthday gift ( Which I was supposed to have a OPTION but alright). I’ll be scheduling a time to close my credit card and take my business to reputable place like Lush or Sephora, since they JUST OPENED a location across the street.

Love this Ulta. Always get my brows done by Ambar. Shes wonderful. Salon services are just as wonderful. I wish I could get haircuts here more often!

I made a salon appointment for my mom. She was hesitant to get her hair cut after her last cut elsewhere was a bad experience. So grateful for Jennifer and her service. My mom loved her cut at this Ulta. We went on her birthday and she got so many compliments. It really helped make her day.

This was not a good experience today. I went in for brow pomade and micellar water, should have been a simple trip. The first girl that asked if I needed help I asked her where the brow pomade was, she started walking me across the store and then mid walk asked another customer how they were doing and started talking to them, while I was already following her. So rude. After getting the pomade I went to get my brand of micellar to find that they were out of every type that my brand makes. So I go to an associate and ask if they can help me find a suitable replacement that is cruelty free and clean (no parabens or harsh chemicals). The girl proceeds to walk me over to the Garnier micellar display and tells me “all of this line is cruelty free”. Garnier is NOT cruelty free. One look at the label tells you that and that it’s not “clean” either. She gave me that one (very incorrect) suggestion and then turned and walked away. She clearly did not want to assist me. Knowing that Garnier is not cruelty free, I again started to walk around looking for a replacement. Another girl approached me and she actually took the time to find me a couple of possible options. Get to the register, my coupon didn’t want to scan and the girl at the register told me it was expired when the date below the barcode clearly said valid till 1.30.21. She had to call the manager over to apply my coupon, which is when I found out that the 2nd associate that had dumped me at the Garnier display WAS the manager. Then I asked if they just weren’t going to carry my brand of micellar anymore and they told me that they do, and that I could order online. Called another Ulta to see if they might have it because I’m really in need, and that’s when the other store informed me that Ulta is doing a “skin reset” and they don’t know what kinds of Pacifica micellar they will carry in store anymore, if any. And it’s not available to order online. EXTREMELY FRUSTRATING EXPERIENCE. Don’t go here if you want actual customer service of any kind.

This store is always well stocked, my go to for cosmetics. I find the perfume a bit more pricey than other fine stores

Took my Mom to get our hair cut and styled. Our service was ok. I was asked to pay before our service was done, got the feeling it was because we didnt fit into their usual clientle. Wont be going back there!

Not only was there nobody available to help me but the associate at the register was VERY pushy for a credit card even after I said no FOUR times! As if that wasn’t bad enough, the men’s restroom had no changing table or trash can. In a store that sells the James Charles pallete, you’d think that men’s equality means enough that a father can change his own baby. And not have to carry his diaper around with him. Get it together.

I dont wear a lot of makeup these days. The makeup I had at home was two years plus old. Im vying for a new job, so I have to get some new makeup, but I didnt know what to get. The consultants at Ulta were great. They helped me out with the right products and showed me how to use them. Great service. I am definitely going to go back.

I always come to this location for Maureen she always has a positive attitude & is willing to help with any questions or concerns I may have. When she’sOn duty I know customer service is going to be top notch with her team only reason I drive all the way to the orchard.

Shout out to Jenny and Tiara! They were amazing at helping me and my sister trial different foundations and concealers. We are new to makeup and Jenny patiently took the time to teach us about how to find the perfect match for our skin tones. Highly recommend!!

Staff was nice and assisted my daughter get all the items she needed.

All the ladies that working were so friendly and attentive. They helped do a color match for my daughter and I on several different products. We walked out very satisfied with our purchases. The only complaint is they would not accept our $3 off Ulta coupon at the register, saying it couldnt be used on anything we bought, which stumped me.

I have honestly tried to give this location a chance many times. It is like walking into a Sephora...and not in a good way. Most of the employees fake smile you and then steer clear of actual assistance and stand there looking catatonic. I asked 1 employee about product I didn’t see, she shrugged me off with “we probably don’t have it” rather than actually check. I wandered to another section and asked the checkout employee if they carried another product and she did the same thing. I got side eyed by the only male employee there as well while asking these questions. They couldn’t even be bothered to walk over or actually check. Idk if it’s because I am a guy asking specific questions they don’t expect me to ask or they all just could care less. Either way I don’t want to come back to this location ever. Waste of time and energy. I wish it weren’t just 1 person who acted like this. It has been consistent every visit I make to this location. Interpersonal communication should be everything in the sales industry but the body language and general demeanor of the employees is not welcoming.

Great customer service, showed me and my daughter directly where we needed to go.

Not the first time Ive had a bad experience at this location. Ive purchased an eyelash glue that was so old it was solid on the inside. My most recent purchase was a Benefit Roller Lash bundle and when I opened it this morning, the full size mascara was missing. I should know better by now to check everything before I get home, or leave the parking lot. On top of that, I got my brows done during my last visit as well and theyre uneven. Again, should have said something but I didnt notice until I got home and washed my face. Debating whether or not I even want to go back in with my receipt and fix the mascara issue because it might be a bigger headache than taking another loss.

I purchased a silver hair dye from Ulta today that an employee recommend... and it turned my hair into a very unflattering blue. I called the store and chatted with a lovely employee about returning the product. She was very helpful, and told me to come in to see what she could do. When I arrived, the same woman who I talked to on the phone with helped me out. She called the manager over to talk about returning the product. AND THE MANAGER WAS A COMPLETELY RUDE TO ME!!! She should NOT be in customer service. This hair product was very expensive, and the manager refused to give me a refund, but was very rude about it. I told the manager kindly, and almost in tears, that I do not have the money to get my hair fixed and that I needed that return money to get a dye to cover up the blue. And yet she still refused to listen, show compassion, and to be understanding. I will not be returning to this ULTA due to its poor management skills.

I have visited the salon here 3 times and always been really pleased with the friendly employees and the awesome products. But today I had my hair dyed by Taylor and I will never have anyone else dye my hair other than her again. She listened to me and made suggestions based on what I liked not just what she thought would look good. She came up with a two tone color which I had never thought about doing. Then after we washed the color out I thought the red was a little bright and Taylor knew exactly what to do and did a great job toning it down. I absolutely love my color and highly recommend going to Taylor she is amazing and the person I want dying my hair for now on

I lookedAround, couldnt find it, asked for help, they walked me over to where it should be, plus took me to other items in same category, I was helped in such a professional but gentle way. Kudos ULTA. Loved shopping in this store.

I am not a cosmetics person and 2 of these fine ladies helped me for about a 1/2 an hour with just finding one small thing. They went out of their way to make sure I had what I need before I left. I also ordered something online and came here too early and they found it for me anyway and got it ready for me while I waited. Love you guys!

Very bad customer service! I called and asked if they had a particular item and they said yes, but when I arrived they did not even carry it in the store. So they called another Ulta and told me they had it waiting for me, when I drove all the way to the other store they had told them the wrong color and the one I was looking for was not even in stock. The Management is rude, and today was the last time I will ever go in there. I went in when I was looking for blush and I asked the girl if she had a particular color Which they again did not have and she was very rude and not helpful. Definitely will be spending my money at Sephora from now on.

Almost everyone was super helpful, no one would help me color match a foundation. A girl went to the back to see if they had the color I was looking for and she never returned. Paid full price for a gift set that was missing pieces. (In from Chicago, bought the gift sets for my nieces and didnt have time to return them) brush marks in my nieces Naked 2 palette, my It Cosmetics CC+ cream was 1/2 empty. I have been to WAY better locations, and WAY worse locations.

I’ve gotten my brows done by 3 of the 4 women who work at the Brow Bar and they are all fantastic at what they do. They’re also all super personable and listen to what you’re asking for. I highly recommend going here for your brow service!

Great products. Staff could have been more of a help though. It seemed like everyone was too busy to help a girl find the right foundation (and as someone very new to beauty products that was a little sad) but they have a wide selection of products and an amazing rewards membership system.

I went to Ulta not wanting to purchase anything until I met Zade, who not only showed me how to put on makeup, contour my face, and gave me helpful tips on application, but was also the kindest sales representative. Ulta needs more sales representatives like Zade.

They always give great haircuts and are super friendly. My normal hairdresser wasnt able to cut my hair for my last appointment but they let me know ahead of time and got me set up with another hairdresser who did a great job!

Ambar in the Benefit Brow Bar is skilled at listening and creating beautiful brows (and make-up).

Coming to this Ulta always makes me feel very uncomfortable. While the sales people seem very knowledgeable, I feel like I’m being pushed to buy products I don’t want or need. It’s not the typical friendly customer service I’ve experienced at other Ulta locations; instead I’m being pressured into purchasing products in a way that makes me feel guilty for leaving an area without having something in hand to buy.

I was visiting Ulta when a bottle dropped and cut open my foot. The girls and manager there were literally the kindest people I ever met. They were so concerned and so sweet to me. God bless the girls that work at this store.

Ive been coming to have my hair colored monthly by Jamie for 2 years, and have always had super service with great color at the Orchard Store.The stylists are cool, fun girls and the salon is always kept clean and organized. They take care of me!!Love it here and will keep coming back.-T

Just stopped in today, I needed help getting matched to a new foundation. The young women working for the Mac section of the store was super friendly & amazing! She helped me a lot from getting my foundation, to helping me pick out a cheaper brow pencil sense she noticed I was getting one that was a bit pricey. I ended up getting a cheaper brow pencil and the foundation that looked the best on me. I believe her name is Shania. (Please excuse me if I spelt your name wrong) but she was very professional and just a sweet heart! Highly recommend this location. They are all always so nice.

I’m not one to leave bad reviews, I went in store to pick up an online order. The worst experience ever at any make up store I’ve been to. Chloe helped me check out because I wanted to make other purchases beyond the online one. My daughter and I where caring an item each two to be exact we place both items on counter, the items was on sale due to it coming out cheaper Chloe started to ask if my daughter walked up with another item and kept repeating in over and over as if we where trying to steal items. I had to ask her if she wanted to pat us down. She kept repeating that she saw my daughter with an additional item all because I asked if the items were on sale which were. Truly the worst customer service experience I have ever received anywhere. Won’t be going back.

I made an appointment for a brow wax and as soon as I walked in, four employees who were grouped together turned and asked how they could help. Ambar at the brow bar is so sweet and helpful! I asked what kind of facials I could get, and she went out of her way to get me a brochure and guided me the different services they offered. Also my brows look amazing! Will be visiting again. The ladies here are wonderful. I definitely will be returning!

The employees are pretty helpful and they are good at dealing with all kinds of customers. My only comment would have to be that checkout is /incredibly/ slow. I was in line for nearly twenty minutes and there were only two people at the registers. Staffing and management seems to be a big issue.

I will not be returning back to this Ulta Beauty ever again. I really enjoyed going to the Ultra Beauty in Northglenn before and would always go there to get my Clinique makeup. Since they moving (FIRST TIME IN THERE AND MY LAST TIME ILL GO IN EVER) I went in today to find different type of cover up. African lady was saying Hi to every other person, except myself. I walked up to her to see if I can get some help. Her exact words were Im busy I cant help you. I proceeded to look around on my own, until Stephanie walked up. She was wonderful, patient and she was willing to help me find what I needed. She brought over a makeup artist to help me, do my makeup. Which she was great also, I think her name was Caroline. So my two stars are for Stephanie the Manager and Caroline the makeup artist. Thank you for making me feel appreciate it you two!

So Ive had some pretty bad experiences here. Some of the ladies at the salon have been pretty rude towards me, but I will give them 5 stars because of my previous experience. I went in for a keratin treatment from Amanda. Not only was she informative but was also very kind. I walked in with horribly frizzy and embarrassing hair and walked out with gorgeous hair. Now instead of having to spray my hair down with water and leave-in products I can just wake up, brush my hair, and go. If you go in, I highly suggest scheduling with Amanda.

Not only is this store ALWAYS out of products, but the staff is incredibly rude. Ive tried purchasing eyeliner four times and the only product in the store is the tester. Ive been told to order online, go to another store, or wait for the truck to come (which conveniently never comes with the product). When I calmly explain Im disappointed because they never have what Im looking for, the employees give a ton of attitude and convene in the corner to talk about and point at the customers (like the movie Mean Girls). I wear minimal makeup and can hear their blatant remarks about my style. If I wore more makeup, would the customer service be better? I will never stop foot in this Ultra again.

I have had both good and bad experiences here. When I came in, there was a woman who only works Sunday and Monday who helped me with skincare (through Clairins) that literally changed my life and my skin. I will never change products. However Ive found that some of the girls here may not be best at color matching. Im very pale and cool toned, and was looking for a product I could use for contour. I listed multiple products I had used before, but the first 5 things they tried were completely warm toned and orange on me.I realize that my complexion is often difficult for things like contouring but I expected better help. Overall the store is organized, well staffed, and usually well stocked.

The customer service is horrible, I was waiting in line for 15 minutes to get my items checked out and i was the first in line, the girl that was getting her items checked out took 15 MINUTES complaining with the cashier, and there was no one on the other cashier because she left as soon as another girl got serviced...do better.

Went to this location on Friday 5/6 with my 3 kids and mom. Was the worst experience ever. Kids are definitely not welcome at this store. I was being followed the whole time I was there. Had 3 obnoxious women ask me if I was doing okay. One of them even came out of the salon to follow me. Never will be going back. Sephora is so much better, have never had these issues there. Left after being persuaded like I was going to steal something. They need appropriate training as they all seem very unhappy and make customers feel very unwelcome.
