I like shopping at this store. Good customer service and also some products with good prices. Dark and white chocolates, plastic molds and yeast...with good price. I’ll come back. Thank You!

Loved the people, service and place. Stars removed for not wearing masks during the worst period of COVID (more than one person at that).. If you have a medical condition that is so bad you cant wear a mask, you shouldnt be working. Or at least wear a face shield. I really hope the person who is making the food products is wearing a mask, its very concerning.

The 2 ladies behind the counter were not wearing masks. I wore one in & noticed that there was a sign on the door stating that some employees may have medical conditions that prevent them from wearing masks. So I guess both of the gals working there today excused themselves from wearing a mask.I am considered high risk & was super uncomfortable interacting with these employees. I think this is very inconsiderate treatment of customers. I’ll take my business elsewhere.

I am so sorry to do this review and it is based strictly on what is happening with Covid. I was extremely uncomfortable shopping, the employee claims she has underlying health condition which prevents her from wearing a mask. Than I asked if she requires patrons to wear a mask, she said. “I’m not the mask police”. I replied to her I was only asking what they did. obviously not much but provide hand sanitizer. Pens are not separate dirty from clean, they screen you touch for rewards looked dirty with fingerprints. They are helpful, mostly kind and the employees are friendly. The store is small, they need to remember we are all effected by their lack of action. There was a younger couple in there without masks. I feel for the employees, if you’re at risk save the trip. Shop online. Sorry guys, you should do better.

A lot of great suff and great prices

I’ve shopped here many times and unfortunately I think I am done. The location is great, but the staff is consistently rude (especially the darker haired woman who usually runs the register) when asking for help with behind the counter supplies etc. I feel like I am putting them out just for even BEING there. I’d rather drive 15 miles further to another shop with friendly service. They are also constantly out of stock on basic supplies

I have to agree with Kristen Beasley was just there and I was there take notes and compare prices from a different store and I asked the same lady with the with dark she was being helpful to the point when I noticed she telling the other employees I was comparing prices and starts cracking up like if it’s funny or I’m a joke. This would the second time coming here I’m doubtful about buying my upcoming events supplies here due to her rudeness and poor customer services laughing and looking at me with she is laughing. I gather waste gas and spend my valuable money at bakers Bodega or the cake walk where they don’t take you as a joke and good customer service no one will laugh if you are comparing prices. Please make sure this lady works on her customers service or you guys will end up losing more customers. I won’t be spending my hard well earned money here. Otherwise the store is a good decent size with lots of things.

We were on a quest to find a friendly, well stocked, store to assist us with our cookie decorating hobby. We crisscrossed the southland and landed on Classic Cake Decorations. WOW! Just what wed hoped for. If youre looking for a one-stop-shop to handle all your cake / cookie decorating parties look no further.

Not wearing mask. They need a bell on the door, so when a customer comes in they will know it and get off the computer. Not going back.

Been coming since I was a child, always able to find something to make that impress, shocks and enlightens someones day. I love the giant squirrel mold for chocolate, great for office parties! And the chocolate box molds, great for tea parties! So many choices, you cant go wrong

Ive been going to Classic cake way back when they were on Chapman and Knott Avenue by Perrys Pizza I tookcake decorating classes and theyve always been friendly great customer service sorry they moved a little bit further from me from Valley View to Westminster and Goldenwest but theyre worth a little extra mileage.
