I came in to buy a pregnancy test, and the first clerk was very helpful. I didn’t realize 5 minutes that the box was opened and someone had stole it. I come back to return the item in exchange for new one…there was another clerk, with attitude, said, “How did you not notice that?” ?? Sorry that I was too focused on trying to get tested and didn’t inspect the item thoroughly, even thought that’s their job. Very inappropriate of how he reacted and handled the situation, unprofessional.

Great and convenient location. They are the only one around that has a drug disposal/drug drop off bin inside for expired or no longer needed medications!

After my surgery, I went to my local Walgreens to pick up my prescription.They feigned incompetence when they pretended they couldnt find my insurance info, even though Im covered through the VA AND Delta Dental.Nope, they made this disabled veteran pay anyway.When I went back for a second prescription and got the same runaround, I knew I was dealing with Chinese robots. These arent pharmacy technicians; theyre cashiers with money in their hearts.Go elsewhere and be treated like a human being.

Walgreens website. If youre trying to find how you can schedule a COVID vaccine appt., youll be lured to register on their general website as if youll be signing up to be their customer. This is a waste of time because youre just trying to find out if you can schedule an appt. for a vaccine but by filling out their registration, theyll be getting a customers information no matter if you schedule an appt. or not. This is misleading. DONT DO IT. Go to CVS or RITE AID. You shouldnt have to register just to inquire whether you can make an appt. or not.

Walgreens is 24 hrs but not the one by us?

Dont get ANY Covid testing here. Specifically any testing for travel. This Walgreens WILL NOT get results back to you inside any 72 hour travel window.The testing is performed poorly and is processed in an unprofessional way. Their communication and ability to locate or verify samples is non-existent. The staff are polite but useless to contact any providers.

This is by far the worst Pharmacy Ive ever delt with. When I pulled up to the window. I was less than greeted properly by Carissa the window clerk at this location. She was completely turned away from me joking around with her fellow colleagues. Creating a weird vibe. I purchased my inhaler prescription from there recently. It was defective and wouldnt dispense the Medicine. All I wanted to do was replace it for one that works. I couldnt breathe very well throughout the day and it was becoming more difficult as time went by. Carissa told me she couldnt exchange my inhaler for a new one. She said that if I wanted a refund Id have to contact the Manufacturer for that. I never asked for a refund. It seemed that was just her defualt response for this type of situation. At this point my anxiety made it even harder to breathe. There was no empathy on her part for my situation. She was very cold and clearly didnt care about my situation. She then told me I had to set up a Doctors visit to get a whole new prescription for a new inhaler. That means I had to pay another 70 dollars for something they Sold me which was defective and werent willing to replace much less even deal with. Id give this Place 0 Stars if that was an option. I understand working in a pharmacy is a very important job. I think Carissa should take more pride in her work. It seemed Carrissa is disconnected with whats currently going on in the World. A little self respect might help her learn to respect others, at the very least during the time shes clocked in to work and has to deal with the public.

Love Walgreens so convenienthas everything you need. always a pleasant atmosphere every time I shop

TERRIBLE pharmacy. Got no notification that my prescription was ready, so I had to call and they said it’s been ready. Get there and it’s not in the system so I have to wait AGAIN

If I could give a rating of less than one star I would for this Pharmacy. The manager is condescending. His even a bully at times. Ive been in the system for years and each and every time I come here he wants to act like hes never filled my prescription. The only reason I come here is because its the only one near my house. I strongly suggest you stay away if you can find somewhere else to go

Go somewhere else, I came here for my prescription never received a phone call that it was ready. Finally when I returned they asked me to wait again.

Used to pick up my prescriptions here until recently when my insurance provider no longer used them. I was very disappointed as my experience with them was great. Friendly, knowledgeable staff that were patient and helpful when I had an important issue come up. Prices are good as compared to other drug stores who shall remain nameless.

They would rather let you drop dead in the line to pick up your medication, than to actually come to the counter and help you!They NEVER call if there if there is a problem filling your prescription, they let you show up and then let an 18 yr old ESL millennial tell you you have to come back because the pharmacist is on the phone!

Nobody care with dirty restrooms and aisles. Too much greed with pharmas doing a poor job with the meds. Profit over people is what this store represents. Parking is tight as well in the plaza.

So i was discharged from the hospital at about 9:30 on Saturday night with a list of prescriptions to fill so sent to Walgreens with the big lighted letters out front that says 24 HOUR PHARMACY So we walk in and are immediately asked by the kid working there if we there to fill a prescription, I affirmed that we were and he said the pharmacy is closed.So what is the point of having a 24 hour pharmacy, with a pharmacy that closes?I will never shop at a Walgreens, not that I actually have.

MY REVIEW IS BASED OFF THE CUSTOMER SERVICE I RECEIVED! First and foremost let me give the BIGGEST SHOUT OUT TO ONE of the nicest cashiers T A M I... I didnt get her last name, but I am sure this review will reach her! Anyhow, upon walking in, we were greeted, which can totally make some ones day. An act of kindness goes a long way if you ask me! Second: when going to the register, I saw how patience she was with a shopper who seemed to be a couponer. The lady with the coupons knew what she was doing as she was moving fairly quickly and no beeps were coming from the register. I know when standing in line, it can be difficult when someone has a ton load of coupons, but hey there are just trying to save money like us! Anyhow, she was so poised and was very pleasant about it. Afterwards it was actually my turn, and load and behold the lady left some detergents behind, because she didnt have enough coupons. Well I ended up taking them as I too had a few coupons to burn! I walked outta Walgreens with 4 laundry detergents for a little over 4 bucks. I totally felt like a winner lol!!!! Anyhow long story short, it pays to be kind! Even though she could of been rude to the lady in front of me with all the coupons, she was very calm, cool and collective! TAMI if youre reading this, know that WE (other customers) appreciate all you do! Its acts of kindness in the world that need to be shown, even when in doubt! Anyhow, about the store, it was nice, clean and everything seem to be on sale. I love scoring cheap Dove Men sticks or just anything that I know my wife would appreciate me picking up LMFAO!!!

Went in for a pint of Ben & Jerrys. The freezer is set way too high and the ice cream is soft. Then it took 10 minutes for checkout. There is only one person on the register and someone else somewhere else in the store looking for a price check. It was 7 minutes before the checker called for backup. 7-11 would have been faster and easier. No wonder CVS is cleaning Walgreens clock. Really disappointing and it seems to be getting worse every time I go into the Westminster store.

The pharmacy reps are incompetent and make you wait for 45 minutes to tell you your medication is out of stock and then act as if the inconvenience of your time is not a big deal. Go to to any other pharmacy as theyll likely not have your medication and happily waste your time.

This pharmacy is terrible they will leave you waiting and they always have some problem or issue, Ive been coming to this pharmacy for years and I hate it ! I keep coming back only because it is next door to my house, I actually had time to write this review while waiting in a line of two people,, everyone is always pissed, I guess if you like seeing people angry and at the breaking point then you have a reason to come to this pharmacy
