I wish I could give yall -300 stars honestly. This establishment is a whole mess bruh. Tell me why me and my friend ordered chicken only to find out through our driver that all meals are done bring served in the evening. I called them and no one responded. As per usual with them. Im honestly so disappointed with this sham of an establishment. Theyve messed up so many times, including putting bacon on our chicken sandwiches when we specifically said not to. Im Muslim.Royal farms, this is just sad. Please try your own chicken.

Good service, good food, clean store, clean bathrooms

They are dumpy, especially the ones the sell beer and wine. They have cases of beer setting in the way and aisles.

Understaffed and they never have the food you order available (fries and chicken- the things theyre known for). When they do have it, it does taste good.

Really enjoy the chicken; my family and I come here from Hampstead just for it! They usually have the best price for fuel in the area, and the store is always kept clean.

After visiting this location for years now, I am continuisly impressed by the cleanliness and professionalism of the staff. The worst experiences I have ever had here are from the people walking through the door, not the ones behind the counter.

Gas prices listed on sign are false. Stopped in to get gas and they told me in order to get the price listed on the sign, I had to wait 3 days to be clear for their rewards program card. This place is a total joke. The food in there is total trash too, had me vomiting sick recently.

Good chicken, cheese fries on point. Gas and cigarette prices are usually pretty low. Their drinks and such are priced well too

I have actually had several issues at this branch that all stem from one man and his bad attitude. I am not sure of his name, but I can tell you he is a big guy, tall, with a grey ponytail, he is always wearing a baseball cap, & he works the night shift. Several examples of issues I have had with him:1. I went in around 8:00 PM one night to get dinner. The plan was to get a 10 piece tender, a 20 piece chicken, and fries. Apparently, this order was too tall for him. He actually told me that the customer that had just left took the last of the chicken and he was out of tenders. He told me I would have to go elsewhere because it would take too long to make more chicken and he didnt have any more tenders. In all my years of being a Royal Farms customer, I have NEVER heard such a thing!!2. I went in one night with my sister to buy some snacks and a carton of cigarettes. After getting everything we stood at the register for more than 10 minutes. We were the only ones in the store. He was stocking shelves, facing us, less than 10 feet away directly in line of site. After saying excuse me several times to him and STILL being ignored, my sister and I just walked out without our purchases.3. Tonight, I TRIED again to order food (which I swore to myself I would never do here again after the past few times of trying to get food). I ordered a 10 piece, 6 tenders, & fries. After getting home, I realized that he had only given me 7 pieces of chicken. My fiance also wanted another 10 piece, so I gave one leg to my son, packed everything back up, and drove 15 minutes back to the store. When I got there, I put the food on the counter. I was ignored until the rest of the customers were gone. When he finally got around to me, he had an attitude from the onset (as he usually does). I tried to explain to him that I ordered a 10 piece and he only gave me 7 pieces. I also explained that I would be needing another 10 piece, and asked him if he could possibly replace what I had brought back with fresh food since I still had a 15 minute drive home and it be nice to have food that was still hot. When I paid, he packed up another 10 piece for me, but didnt touch any of what I brought back in. After asking for fresh again, I got it with some reluctance, sighs, and attitude; further, he still hadnt touched the original bag of chicken with the SEVEN pieces. After bringing that to his attention yet again, he asked if I minded if he opened the bag. I told him no, so he proceeds to count the pieces of chicken. He notices the missing leg & questions me. I informed him that since it would be after midnight when I got home, I gave my 9 year old the leg. He then, instead of actually giving me fresh chicken as I requested, throws 3 more pieces in the bag and puts it on the counter. I just shook my head, took my food and went home.This man is very rude with ZERO people skills! It is apparent he does not belong in customer service, and he is miserable at his workplace. I have had conversations with others who work there that even say they cannot even get his coworkers to come in at night to work with him!!I am a creature of habbit, and when I find a company/store I like, I go out of my way to spend my money only there. I USED to be that way with Royal Farms... today, on the other hand, I will now suggest going down the street to WAWA to spend your hard earned money (when they open back up again, that is!).

A guy named Josh at this location is awesome, he got me more chicken for less, he did an excellent job saving me $20 and was friendly too

My husband frequently visits Royal Farms because he loves their chicken. He just stopped by and ordered a chicken sub only to come home to there being NO CHICKEN!!! I called the store and no one answered when I called... Im very disappointed.

I usually come to rofo for the chicken, and when I do come, its in the evening. On one particular occasion, there was a very tall, large man with dark hair, working behind the food counter. He is very friendly, but I literally watched as beads of sweat dripped off his nose, and into a customers chicken box. He was using his body to open the cardboard box that the food comes in, but he had already started putting food into the box before it was completely open. He pressed the box against his chest, whilst folding the bottom of the box. Beads of sweat were dripping off his face and nose and going straight into the box. Im not sure if anyone else noticed, but I was pretty grossed out by this point and walked out. I live 25 minutes away, and this happens to be the closest Royal Farms location, so if I walk in wanting food, and he is working behind the food counter, I immediately leave.
