Poor customer service. Pharmacy is more chatty than doing their Job. Gal cashier at pharmacy Wanda more interested in talking than doing her job. The computer system has a big flaw if you take many medications you must call to make sure they are all done. Skelton crew for whole store so if you need assistance good luck. Moved my business elsewhere.
This store is pretty big and its kept in pristine condition. Fully stocked shelves which is nice. And they already have their Christmas items out and its barely 3rd week of November.I didnt use the pharmacy this time but my friend did last time and she said the prices were fair. I was also surprised to see how much alcohol they had but its the holidays so I guess they have to stock up.
I love this Rite Aid. It is very close to home. The regular pharmacy staff are very knowledgeable and friendly, and they know who I am - Deborah, Lorena, Trini, Amie, Tien. FYI, they are training new pharmacists and techs, so you may deal with people who are still learning. The store staff are great as well. Perla, Art, and a couple of others that are regulars, and have helped me. They used to be open until 11 pm, which was very convenient for me, but they recently changed their hours to 6 am to 10 pm.
The helpful staff usually greets you and asks if you need assistance. Great location in Wesminster Center shopping plaza. Lots of parking spaces.
I was looking for the staff for about 15 minutes, until someone finally assisted me. The place was empty so i dont understand why i was not helped immediately. I purchased a few items, and when i reached the cashier, no one was to be found once again. I waited for another 7 minutes or so, until finally someone came. A 5 minute trip to rite aid took 30 minutes.
Nice selection just smelled a little off in the store. Kinda like a wet dog but if you can get over that, the store staff are great.
Love the pharmacy people always know my name
Good savings.
This time no Aleve, last time no tide detergent, the time before that, no advertised candy, the time before that no eggs. Stock your shelves rite aid!
