Went to Car Wash and put $20 cash in for $15 Car Wash. The screen directed me to take the receipt to cashier and get $5 change, but no receipt printed. Went in right after the wash to let them know and cashier refused me my change. He said “it wasn’t the same system, you have to use exact change”. There was no signage to mention exact change or that you don’t get change. Quiet the opposite, the screen said to come get my change… Just glad I got the expensive wash this time, or I would have been out $12!!! Ridiculous. Whats sad is I wash my car once a week and liked coming here… won’t be again. Boo for you! 😐

I read a person review here in Google about an old man who works at evenings and he is rude, curses and has terrible customer service. I think she describe a old man with a middle east accent with the name Daniel.Horrible customer service. Rude and wants to charge 30cents per extra coffee To go cup.Coffee smell like a cigarette ashes but still they want to charge. Doesnt matter if you spend more than $50 dollar in gas in their gas station.Never again

Subway and DQ (snack stand) available with outdoor seating. Lots of stalls for gas and parking spaces for convenient store. Clean and pleasant atmosphere

On Christmas day I stopped for gas and locked my keys and purse in my car. The 2 gentlemen who were working that morning were very kind to me. They let me use their phone to call AAA. I will be forever grateful to them. Thank you.

Had to drive over here from the Jiffy Mart in downtown Westminster. What a pleasant difference! 1 Magna Way is a CLEAN store with friendly staff and a public restroom. Superb!

Store is always clean including restroom.Staff are friendly knowledgeable and efficient. Gas prices are great. Love the carwash and the free vacuuming outback

Horrible customer service! Could not get pump to work and was told he could not help me because I did not have a mask on, outside! Was completely out of gas, could not go anywhere, and he still refused to help any way at all. Did not have a mask and he would not sell me one because I did not have one. Thank God for a customer. Horrible attitude.

Paid for $15 car wash only to get home and find out the rear of the car was never touched by water or anything. I thought the brushless cloths looked like they werent even touching the right side. Pretty poor and wont be going there again.

Store is set up nice and staff is friendly. Must be privately owned tho because their inventory is way overpriced (compared to every other chain in MD and PA) $3.09 for 1 Propel Flavored water. $4.22 for one band energy drink.... I hope a Rutters/Sheetz/Rofo/Wawa open a location right next door. They would steal all their business with the Jiffy Marts unusually high prices

The worst counter service I experience!!!!! Had a car wash which was $15.00 and was going to expire. Took car to get washed and again the car wash is down. Went to the cashier which basically said tough luck cant help you or extend your time. So $15.00 down the drain. So much for customer service. YOU STINK!!!!

Ok. This is the only complaint Ive written for this gas station. So, the short middle aged woman with black hair who wears way too much eye liner has got to be the worst cashier Ive encountered in a long time. While Im standing there waiting to pay for gas, she carries on a 2 minute + conversation with a friend and then when shes done gabbing, she takes the customer thats after me as if Im not standing directly in front of her. Please retrain her to recognize what a customer is and what their value is. This was 10/03/19 around 5:08pm

Every time I’ve been there, I have trouble using the pump. I had to go into the store 3 times today for my gas and paid for the car wash. The people at the counter do not have good knowledge of how things work! I ended up paying $13.00 2 times before the pump worked. I’m very unhappy with this store! Now I have 2 charges on my cc!!

Recently started advertising a low price for Regular Gas at the top of their sign... with Car Wash purchase. But the Car wash is often broken, even though it has a big OPEN sign in front of it, and no sawhorse blocking the entrance. So when you go to buy regular gas, you get one of the highest prices in town. I complained, no refund, no coupon for car wash, nothing, just a rip-off and misleading advertising. The real price is 20 cents higher!

Poor service since new ownership, card reader are still the swipe and dont read alot of cards so i have to use the atm every time i go in there, honestly juffy marts are junk anyway, tear it down and build a sheetz!

I purchased a $8 car wash at the pump -the car wash had no soap in it so i went inside to get a refund but they only offered $5.25 refund!!!!! So they screw the customers out of $2.75 when their product is not in proper working order Is that the customers fault??? NO!!!!!!!. HORRIBLE WAY TO HANDLE CUSTOMER SERVICE-I have noticed the service at this location decline over the last few months it is like they just do not care.

Since the new ownership this place is a disaster. The after 10 pm subway crew are unclean (to say the least) and incredibly rude. The new night cash register guy is is offensive and crude. Wont be back.
