Terrible customer service; worst experiences handling insurance coverage. Twice they have tried to bill me in full because they had issues processing/updating my insurance information - leading to 30-60 min additional waits and being bumped to the back of the line. Ive had to call my insurance company to deal with this CVS pharmacy because the pharmacy did not know how to input my information properly.On top of this, some of the employees have poor attitude and are very unhelpful with guidance and assistance. I highly suggest you take your prescriptions elsewhere for a more positive and professional experience.
I stopped utilizing the pharmacy at this location years ago because it was quite literally like pulling teeth to fill a prescription. It was in fact extremely rare that a routine, monthly refill got filled without a significant delay.I stopped by this morning to pick up a Father’s Day card (they do have a good selection of cards) and some other small items and I have to tell you, I was shocked... The shelves were poorly stocked and in complete disarray, the store was filthy and the staff was very rude and unprofessional (including the manager).Needless to say, I will never spend any more of my hard earned money at CVS again.
I did a covid test at this pharmacy and it was promised that they would send me my test results after 2-3 Business days. And even after 5 business days, I still havent received my test results as promised, I might as well have recovered from covid by the time they send back my test. They dont care weather or not you will get to see your friends and family again, I DO NOT RECOMMEND DOING A COVID TRST AT THIS PHARMACY ESPECIALLY IF YOU ARE TRYING TO TRAVEL TO A STATE/COUNTY!
True story: A Vietnamese staff lady at CVS Pharmacy on Brookhurst St Westminster CA 92683 was extremely rude, very pushing and no respect for customers. How has CVS been running the business with such type of rude staff ? I would never recommend this place.
Worse than I could imagine. I made appointment for COVID19 vaccine and they let me wait one hour.
Dirty and rude location. Front of store is full of trash and grime. Pharmacist is rude and arrogant.POOR management.
Very bad customer service as answering customers on the phone. Very impolite staff .The Pharmacy manager and the Pharmacist need to know about this to train their assistants. Anyway I already switched back to my previous Walgreens today. Never come to this CVS Pharmacy again
The woman that answered the phone had me stay on hold for 20 mins and when I asked her a question she said I could find the answer on the website and just hung up on me. Very unprofessional and rude no one should act like this at their work place they are representing.
I came there yesterday and I checked out and forgot to ask the cashier (I believe his name was Code) for a bag. I couldn’t pay with my card and I didn’t have change and he gave me the bag for free and I really appreciate that.
CVS staff is very bad 👎🏻. They not only do not guide customers and also have impolite talking attitudes. OMG!!! Unbelievable. Be careful when you get there. I will never go there anymore. Hope the manager will train better staff! Best regards!
Everyone has no idea what they are doing here. Take your scripts else where.
Service is ok, having empty shelves for certain items ie..rubbing alcohol, Lysol spray, for long periods is unacceptable. Ive been coming here for three weeks and still find these shelves empty. Went to Walgreens once, they had the items.
The CVS pharmacy in westminster offers bad services and do not respect their clients, they are cold.They dont greet their customers and they are not friendly and they give you hard time, they are very slow and they communicate poorly..I am switching to Wallmart pharmacy

I think the main manager at that CVs should be ROBERT BRISCO, he has a big hart and really cares about the customers, he does the extra mile to help. The pharmacist were calling me a liar saying that I didn’t drop off a prescription and he went and checked the camera to make sure I took my prescription and showed to the rudest pharmacist. After he proof to then, they found it and that was the only to get my medication.
My family and I are in town visiting family and needed to pick up a couple items. The manager working here was extremely nice and helpful. Its very nice to have such great customer service!
They kicked us out for apprently talking too loud. I do not recommend shopping here what so ever.

They arent patient at all. They barely listened and didnt want to take time to understand what my concern was and more than that, the lady was rushing me the whole time with a nasty attitude. Idk how they certified this kind of job that only requires a standard customer service. I really hope CVS could take it seriously on their staff for their behaviors.

Staffs are not friendly at all. It seems like you are begging for favors when you come here. Stay away.
