I placed an order with the bakery today for a catering platter of the Sweet Petites that are normally out for grab & go. The baker I spoke with and who took my order was very nice and helpful. Im sure I could have called to order but nowhere on the Whole Foods website is there anywhere that it lists the available options for these bite sized sweets. It is slightly frustrating that I had to physically enter the store to see what kinds they have to see what I can order. The website only has prepackaged items and larger cakes available to order ahead of time. I would love for this to be a more straightforward process. Again, the employee who helped me was wonderful and I am grateful that I was helped by her today. Ill post pictures of theSweet Petites ($2 each) that were available today during my visit in order to possibly help out someone else looking to do the same as myself.
I am posting this 5 star specifically for the Butcher$/meat counter. Not only do they consistently have excellent quality cuts, but the employees and management are what make it the best. All the guys (and females of course) have always gone above and beyond by offering custom cuts, wrapping 1 order in multiple pkgs, etc. Those little touches go a long way when you drop the kind of $$$ it takes to have a nice steak dinner with friends. Wayyy to go yall!
We got the chocolate raspberry cake for our vegan birthday girl and it was THE BEST CAKE EVER! My husband and daughter in law cannot have any dairy and they rarely ever get cake. And we popped in last minute and got this and they wrote happy birthday on it for us and we were so surprised at how good it was and not too sweet. Very rich and deep tasting chocolate and the frosting was so yummy. So happy I can serve my family some cake more often. Thank you whole foods and the bakery folks! What a wonderful experience.
I always love Whole Foods wherever I go. Consistent quality, friendliness and cleanliness.
The place smelled so amazing, so watch out if you come here hungry. They must be usually cooking up some great smelling food there. Everything was well in stock and organized neatly and the employees were just great, super nice and friendly. They helped me find what I needed and checked up on me to see if everything was okay. The prices were good too, I got quite a bit for only 75 dollars. My only small gripe was that they didnt stock my favorite patchouli goats milk soap at all, my mom was a bit bummed to to find out they dont the sea salt goats milk soap either, they only stock the frankincense and myrrh scent in that particular soap which is a bit mature of a scent even for my 50 year old mom, its okay though... :)
Great new Store with lots of expanded options than the old one. Finding fresh, clean and healthy ingredients for my family is important for me and Im glad to have this store nearby to rely on. I often have questions regarding artisan cheese for my parties and theyre always happy to help and give recommendations. Local grass-fed meat is also another fave item in our household. Keep up the good work and thanks for job well done.
I have been a Loyal customer of the main st store for years and years but but Since the last manager left the one with the blonde hair, things aren’t the same. The new manager with dark curly hair is extremely entitled. The cashiers are lovely but the people at customer service have a very arrogant demeanour. Also their juice bar has no unsweetened plant base milk/creamer. I have news for you new manager We the customers pay to be treated with respect and kindness we don’t owe you anything. I’m going to spread the word about this place
I really enjoy this location. The entire store is well stocked and reasonably-priced for a specialty market. Of course, you will find better prices at King Soopers or Safeway. That said, this market always seems to have an excellent selection of fresh produce and meat. The butcher counter stands out. The folks that work there there are consistently helpful. If you are looking to make a special meal, this is where you should start.
Fresh produce☺. Wonderful baked goods. Overall best food market in area. A bit pricey but worth it🌷
Best cakes and breads. Sometimes I buy the vegan and no one knows. Great drink selection and high quailty grab and go.
Fast and friendly. Went to 8 different stores looking for... they had it with a smile.
The associate in the health and beauty products was AMAZING. She new exactly what I was describing and was very helpful.
Feels a bit like an Amazon warehouse now with all the employees running around looking at their devices, leaving carts in the way, blocking the items you want to get to. Still great products though and many of them aren’t as overpriced as I thought. Worth a stop if you need something special or don’t mind going to multiple stores to get the best value. Prime member deals on specific days are great.
Very knowledgeable staff especially Steve in the produce department
I rate the service, cleanliness, and appearance a 5. Everyone that works here is always extremely friendly and helpful. It is also one of the few grocery stores that I feel comfortable shopping in during this pandemic. The only reason I rate is 4 stars is because this is such a disappointing store compared to practically every other Whole Foods in Colorado. It is small, has a limited variety of items, and (when not in a pandemic) a pretty disappointing hot bar. I have worked for the company previously and have been in probably 40+ stores. The company had such a great opportunity to build this store to be greater than it is.
This is a brand new stand-a-lone store within this shopping complex. Its too bad it isnt bigger.. they have very dense displays. Its a lot to look at!!It was packed yesterday, so no way to keep 6 feet distance while shopping, much of the time. They do have online orders for in store pick up which did have a small line.Prices are more competitive since Amazon acquired the chain, so thats a huge win of you want high quality foods.
Great staff. Terrible prices. Whole Foods
Love whole foods, yummy stuff there
Organized pretty well, quite chaotic though (since Amazon) and busy every time. Produce is usually pretty good, bulk nuts taste better here (same applies to nut butter). Selection in general is good, only downfall is how busy and chaotic it can be, I find it stressful to shop here.
Great healthy food and reasonable prices.
Coffee was great, they had a great hot serve bar for breakfast items including burritos and breakfast items.
Order through Amazon -- the driver called me to tell me he had already delivered a 40 mile round trip order for a $5 tip, and would not deliver my order since it was a 60 mile round trip. He said he was going in the hole for this job. He turned around and took my order back to the store. The store manager said they would re-deliver the order that night. Nothing showed up. That speaks volumes about the customer experience here. With management like that, I wonder how they treat their groceries, too.
Nothing is the same. Hot bar is AWFUL. Deli is boring.
As soon as myself, husband, and son walked in it was nothing but rude people. Customers as well as the employees. I was literally looking at the sushi to pick some out and I had an employee standing there staring at me the entire time we were shopping. I felt so uncomfortable. That was the first and only time we will ever be going there. The experience was the worst.
Has good food very health
Friendly service. My go to for healthy food choice selection.
Friendly staff. Good selection. Pricey though. Its a bit confusing to navigate but again the staff is very helpful so Im always able to find what i need.
Fresh salads and friendly service. Compare to LA WF stores this one is above and beyond. Good job of The supervisor
Is expensive but the place is kept clean and the food is all non gmo but this is a karen breeding ground
I like this whole foods because its bigger than some of the other ones Ive been to. There are tons of options and the staff is always friendly and helpful. This location on 128 is my favorite so far.
They dont require customers to wear masks. According to the store manager Lisa, that is per company policy. Shes right. Heres what it says on their website:Effective July 20, Whole Foods Market requires all customers to wear face coverings while shopping in our stores to protect the health and safety of our Team Members and communities. Whole Foods Market provides face masks at the entrance of all stores for customers who do not have their own face covering.Effective December 16, Customers with a medical or other exemption will be required to wear a face shield or participate in a brief medical screening before entering the store.Shop at your own risk, but hey, no need to wear a mask here anymore. I can promise you I never will again.1 star for the hypocritical, idiotic policy.
There was one beautiful lady I asked help from, I was shaking at my knees, friendly, courteous, knowledgeable about what they sell, Thank you Whole Foods you ROCK
Apparently you cannot return items at this whole foods anymore, especially from another whole foods store.
Whole Foods are all delicious, they are quite pricey tho
Loved all the healthy kid snack options and the bakery treats are to die for.
I really think the cleanliness, appearance, and service was amazing. It was really packed when I got there and so the experience wasn’t completely enjoyable. I love the unique products that they have here!
Kudos to the guy who helped me find sumac when no other establishment apparently carried it
Love this placeEvery body needs to go here
My family and I were disappointed with the Chantilly cake. We were disappointed with the lack of fruit after being told there were 2 layers of fruit inside the cake. Yes there were 2 thin layers in the center and it wasnt filled throughout the cake. The fruit on top of the cake could have been a lot fresher considering it probably came from the produce section of the store, not to mention the high turnover of this particular cake as we were told it was a top seller at this store. The white cake inside was good and so was the icing but the quality and lack of fruit was not worth $30.
Horrible leadership. They treat their leadership like the Catholic Church and shuffle them around.
Very very rude manager her name is sam..will never shop here and will tell my family to never shop at whole foods
This place is pretty awful to shop at currently. While online orders are being filled it is an absolute madhouse of employees staring at their phones completely ignoring their surroundings and getting in every person trying to do in-store shoppings way. I would recommend only coming here for items you cant get at other stores and do regular shopping somewhere less chaotic.
Love what Whole Foods has to offer. Always a great selection. Love that employees follow policies in regards to Covid. However, today cashier Quinn was not friendly at all. Did not greet me, did not help me bag my items (as I went through an express line), tossed my receipt at me without a word. Not sure 9f the circumstances but I have n9t come across a person like that in a while. Very disappointing.
Myself and my family were able to get some fruits and snacks and some pre-made food for dinner.
I enjoy shopping at Whole Foods and they have what I need. However, there was one employee working at one of the registers and decided not to help me and he had another cashier help me instead. I was slightly annoyed and not sure why he didnt want to help me. He was just standing there then proceeded to help other customers as they came up to him.Hopefully this employee didnt prejudge me and hopefully he doesnt prejudge others.
Very pricey and very crowded...more for a trendy crowd..first impressions is I wont be going out of my way to shop there.
Can’t even handle a single transfer. Asked to transfer to Bakery twice. All ended up being hung up..
Raspberries and blackberries were sweet and delicious. More on the pricier side. Love the chantilly cake.
Whole Foods has really lost their quality. I find it extra frustrating that as a company gets bigger and makes more money they somehow cant keep a quality standard. Last night I almost chipped a tooth while eating ground lamb from Whole Foods. I look the pieces in to show them and they said they dont prepare it in house, ( they used to...) and they will look into it. They also did NOT offer me a store credit for the meat I couldnt eat. Literally the least they could have done. All around I say, farewell Whole Foods.
Nice store and friendly staff.
Friendly, knowledgeable staff. Very clean! Fantastic selection. Ive never asked what aisle something is on and had someone tell me they didnt know or shrug me off. Everyone in this store accommodates.
I love whole paycheck. The salmon was fantastic
Back up to 5 stars for this location because of the owners timely response and understanding. It may be a good idea to train/retrain the cashiers that they can look up prime accounts at the register by phone number, the person I worked with made it seem like there was no other way to look up prime without my phone, unless I misunderstood her. Again, thanks for the response from the owner, and further clarification!
Has some good options for healthy food. But definitely expensive.
Love they carry a lot of things that King Soopers and Safeway do not.
Great! Clean friendly environment with lots of high end product. Found just what I needed. A young lady, an employee, at the door asked if a couple had masks as they were entering. They didnt and wouldnt wear one. So they are trying to do the right thing, people should cooperate. Interesting that some people believe they are above the rules. I had a mask, felt safe.
Always a great selection of tasty seafood and cheeses
Floors were dirty lettuce on the floor was not busy could have been cleaning food off of floor
WF always had good stuff but you have to pay for it. So be careful. The same thing you can buy here cost more vs buy it from Kings Supermarket
Best Whole paycheck for awhile.
Butcher in the meat department was super nice and helpful. Helped me get the exact cut of meat I needed even though it meant going into the freezer and cutting up some pork shoulder. Very excited to smoke this meat for the family on Sunday
Shopping here while the online orders are being filled is a nightmare! Everyone has their face in their phone reading orders and they don’t look where they are going, they leave carts and walk away, block aisles, they ignore the direction signs on the floor and generally make shopping miserable. I now only shop here for things I can’t get anywhere else, it’s worth it to go to another store to avoid this place.
Disappointed with overall experience this trip. This is a smaller WF..outer view is deceiving. It was crowded and people just being about themselves. Cashier was obnoxiously rude and came across as if she was in charge just rude impression. Not sure it was worth the higher prices for this highly disappointing experience.
Its whole foods. Great idea to sell bs to yuppies
Good selection, but too crowded. Mostly with employees pulling delivery orderd.
Everyones friendly and helpful, and the jokes aboutwhole paycheck are clearly fake news, in only took about half of mine.
Cashiers not very friendly, seem very unhappy most of the time
Libes really moved nicely, great ff&vs
Crab Cake Run!@
Josh, Sara, and the rest of the bakery team are the most helpful out of any store around Denver. Thanks for being awesome.
Ordered brined turkey for Thanksgiving. Scheduled pickup for between 8:00-8:30. Got there right at 8:00. Was 3rd inline. Got my turkey 45 minutes later. Staff were also very curt. Flustered and did not check it. Got home and bird was 80% frozen. Survived all that and cooked it Thanksgiving. While the meat was perfectly moist it lacked all flavor. A brined bird should be nicely seasoned throughout the meat. The juice coming out of this meat was more like pure water than anything else. Least flavorful turkey Ive had in many many years. $40 for a 12 lb bird, I expect more, especially from Whole Foods. Will not be doing this again.
Love this store but super crowded today
Nice store. Good quiche. Probably not fair but hard to navigate when you only want one thing.
Im consistently impressed by several things in this store: produce rocks! Seafood department is amazing! Bakery is on-point! Their customer service is top-notch. This store has a great vibe, no snobbery and amazing prices. Great work team!
Normally I’m fine with this store but the Amazon shoppers need their own time separate from the general public. This store was packed on a Sunday morning full of them and there were no carts or baskets available.
One of the better Whole Foods locations that I have been to. The produce selection is better than average for Whole Foods and I appreciate the abundance of parking.
Employees could be a bit more educated on the products they actually carry or dont carry. Staff could be more courteous. Overall, Ill shop here again
Always a good time here. One of my favorite places to get groceries.
Very clean and professional friendly staff. Highly recommend this location.
Everything I needed at great prices and great quality. Busy Sunday afternoon among Covid but everything still ran smoothy
Edit, after coming to o this location at least 50 times in the last couple of years Im getting much closer to stopping coming all together! it no longer matters what time of day or day of the week you shop here, it is always going to be crowded and you are going to be dealing with lots of unfriendly employees who are busy pushing large carts full of groceries for online orders. during my most recent visit I see that they have now changed the entire entryway and moved their lockers into that area. It kind of feels like youre walking into a gymnasium or a bus station...
One of the BEST stores in Denver!!
Love our local staff, but the Amazon Prime Home delivery folks pulling inventory are very rude to in store customers. It happened again this weekend, as I was gathering some broccoli the person who was pulling items for home delivery rudely cut in and said excuse me and gathered her broccoli without consideration for others. Shoulder to shoulder is not acceptable and i hope management reminds the folks pulling home delivery items to respect in store shoppers and practice a little patience. Its not a race and there is no need to barge in on customers gathering like items.
Great selection of healthy, organic, keto, paleo, I mean they have everything. Smoked fish, fresh filet, or whole fish, even sushi. There bakery is always fresh made, in store brick oven for pizza whole, or by the slice. You have to check it out, definitely a lot than what i thought it was!
A bit crowded, however, we found three store employees that provided good customer service! 👍☺
Always wonderful shopping at this Whole Foods - a great selection, wonderful staff, and a very clean store.
Little pricey but overall a great grocery store.
The store overall is great. The staff there is horrible. I go in a lot and the staff is just so mean. You can’t ever ask what you’re looking for without attitude or just flat out getting ignored. Ive got told to “move” multiple times by the staff. I got told that I need to look harder and all around before I waste their time asking for something. I also have been told that they don’t have time to go in the back to search for an item I was looking for.
Went to get some meat and calcium. They didnt have what I needed but the lady was very helpful and told me where I could find what I was looking for. Great customer service
Good place, good product, friendly staff.
Covid-19 measures make it safer than other places.
This place is always clean, they provide you face mask when you forget yours on the car, Their pizza are gourmet pizza at better price that pizza hut, their cakes are always fresh in the bakery department and their personnel is friendly and helpful.
Bit disappointing as a Whole Foods, we now call it Partial Foods
Less options the last few years but still thankful for the good healthy food still offered through whole foods.
We always appreciate the great consumer service and helpful, knowledgeable staff at whole foods. Thank you.
