Okay, the app gave me a bonus option for this week if I ordered a Dutch freeze. The gal mentioned a banana bread flavoring. OH MY GOSH.... BEST EVER! I might be in trouble with these now. But what a great drink for summer! As usual, Dutch Brothers is always awesome and full of smiles!Ive been to DB in WA, ID, CO and Ill be going to one in TX this week. Never a disappointment!!!

The employees are always so upbeat, Ive never had a problem with them messing up an order. Today as I turned the corner to leave their parking lot one of my drinks fell and spilled everywhere, so I went back to buy it again and the very wonderful employee paid for it. They didnt have to at all but the employees are so kind that theyll go out of their way to make your day right.

I love how quick they are even when its busy. The drinks are delicious and very reasonably priced! I have been a starbucks customer for over 15 years and only just discovered Dutch Bros after moving to the area. Let me just say I was blown away! Very tasty and I love that they have rewards points and the staff is very friendly. Having the side ordering window is a lifesaver for getting in and out quickly.

Had a friend in Oregon show me the ways of the Dutch Bros and looked up the closest one as soon as I got home. This one is normally very busy and the drive thru can be a bit of a wait but the staff crank out orders and drinks as fast as possible. Ive always been met with smiling faces and positive attitudes and the chai variety are all delicious so its worth the wait - in my opinion.

Good coffee, and refreshing drinks. Friendly, quick staff. We picked an iced Rebel and the Horchata Chai, both excellent.

Dutch Bros is very good in my opinion. Their coffee is great and service is always above average. I do recommend looking online at their menu before going, simply because their menu at the location doesnt have a lot they have to offer.

I love Dutch Bros, but this specific location has screwed up my order on more than 1 occasion now. I’m still confused how they still add coffee to my chai order when I always specify NO coffee. There’s some kind of miscommunication here and it’s a bummer because this is the closest Dutch bros location to me.

Friends dont let friends buy starbucksThis place is better than any other coffee shop, hands down. Id bet my bottom dollar they could make you a drink you liked more than your beloved starbucks. If you havent tried it you arent living your best life.

I would normally give this place 10 stars, however there must be something going on today where everyone is off sync. No one seems happy today like usual. The guy that was originally at the window actually walked away when we pulled up. Everyone seems a bit confused today. Is there a different manager on duty? I love the interaction at Dutch bros but today something was definitely off.

Love this place! Everyone loves Dutch Bros! Which is the only downside at times because they can be so busy and be a little slow. But its so worth it.All the drinks are amazing. I especially love the Freezes, chais, and Frosts. They also have smoothies, sodas, rebels, and all your classic coffees. They gave SO many flavors its crazy, you can get it however you want. And the prices are decent, much better than Starbucks, and the sizes too!The staff are super nice and friendly. Its very upbeat and has a great vibe. Its definitely a youthful place but people of all ages love it.All the locations are great no matter which one you go to. You’ve got to try it!

Its hard to hate on a Dutch Bros. I was introduced to this franchise on the west coast where they are everywhere. And I am so glad this one finally popped up close-ish to me here in Colorado!This drive-thru is pure torture! The line is always long no matter what time I come. I wouldnt mind except this particular location blocks all signal. I get choppy calls, I cant stream music and I couldnt even write this review. It makes the line seem even longer. While most locations keep 2 people taking orders or have 2 sides with windows, this is a one drive-up window and one employee location. The line splits into 2 lanes for about 3 car lengths which completely confuses drivers. And you have to spend your line time mocking them. Either that or listen to FM radio.The employees are usually friendly and seem to have plenty of time to chat.Overall, this is a mediocre Dutch Bros with room for improvement.

Its Dutch bros so the majority of people know the quality, went there the first time yesterday and the service was phenomenal, left my order up to Jackson and he delivered, some of the best customer service Ive had. Smoothie was amazing and Jackson deserves a raise

I got an americano iced coffee with cream and splenda. The flavor and richness of the coffee is outstanding. My daughters got specialty drinks and said they both were exceptional, especially for the price. I go back every chance I get.

Wow! The customer service and positive attitudes are what keep me coming back. Isabella was at the window and my morning started off right just because of her cheery demeanor and positive outlook on life. It definitely carried over to me. Here at Dutch Bros, it’s not only about the coffee (although, the coffee is pretty bomb) it’s the vibe and all the feels. They have a long lines for a reason and believe me, it’s worth the wait. Those who complain about them asking for a tip - it’s part of their software. When I frequent other coffee shops, they flip the screen over for me to sign and it asks virtually if I want to tip, it’s no different. We just don’t sign anymore. I’m assuming they are trying to keep everyone safe due to COVID. Keep doing what you’re doing Dutch Bros, it’s great and you guys are making a difference. Keep spreading light and positivity! And awesome coffees!

Love Dutch Bros, but not many around here so its a drive. Unfortunately my Chase debit card stopped working at all Dutch Bros recently and thats all I had on me. No worries though, as the awesome employees still hooked it up for me! Customer service is a culture at this company, and in moments like this that is definitely apparent. I will continue to go a little further for a Dutch Bros coffee, and even make sure I bring alternate plastic payment with me. Thanks for treating your customers like people!

Id give 2000 stars if possible. Best coffee place in the world. Visiting Colorado again and this is always at the top of my list of places. The energy from employees makes my day and I look forward to seeing them

Ive been to this Dutch Bros a couple of times now. I live off 120th so this one is pretty close to me. I get they have to be friendly and chatty but when there is a line going out on to the walmart road... Thats too slow. Just take the trip a few miles down to 84th and i25, theyre much faster.

This place is always popping! The staff is quick and courteous, if you are wanting your morning pick me up from here I suggest leaving 15-20 minutes early because they are always swamped in the mornings.

Such a disappointment. I used to visit this location daily. My kids love it as well. But my last visit was horrible. It used to be such a well run place. Quick service, good drinks, but not anymore. I really was never pleased with the fact the they gave you your drinks even though the cup was covered with syrups. What made this recent visit my last was when they gave me a kids hot chocolate without the lid secured. My brand new car was covered in hot chocolate. All over the electrical buttons, seats, and cup holder. So I parked near the walk up window, asked for towels and a manager. The guy took my information and said the manager would contact me. Havent heard anything. How unprofessional to have a overwhelmingly busy business unmanaged? Makes sense now why I see two employees at one car (not for training), horrible wait times, wrong orders, dirty cups, and just overall chaos.

Great service, only thing is that the employe at the window handed my drink to the car in front of me. The person took it for a good minute and handed my drink back to the employee. When I got to the window the employee handed me the same drink. Really unsanitary!!

Drinks are very good. I think overall they’re more reasonably priced than Starbucks and better sizing on their drinks. Medium here is nearly the size of a Venti. They’re similar in price, but DB is still slightly cheaper. And significantly cheaper I would say if you’re not getting a blended drinkWhere I have an issue is 1) their parking lot is a pain 2) the wait is almost always bad, they’re really slow 3) they don’t take care of their customers when they make a mistake.I got a coupon and I went on the last day it expired because I had forgotten about it (had been there several times while the coupon was valid). I clicked the link (did not redeem it) and it said it was expired. Told the cashier about this and they refused to honor the BOGO. Considering the amount of money that I have spent here, pretty disappointed they wouldn’t give me a single free drink... I’m probably just gonna start saving the money and skip this place for a while

I personally dont like coffee but Dutch bros is the only place where I can get coffee and actually enjoy drinking it! Favorite drink is picture perfect. All the employees are so nice and they start a conversation with you.

I went thought the drive though with a few cars in front of me in the left lane and one big truck in front of me ordering from the hostess taking orders. I waited about 5 minutes (might have been longer) to order because the hostess felt it was more important to finish her casual conversation with the people in the big truck in front of me. Meanwhile, cars were piling up behind me. Then, I waited probably another 5+ minutes while the girl in the window handing out drinks carried on her casual conversation with the same people in the same big truck in front of me. I didnt want to be rude and honk my horn so I remained calm and I even left a tip. But that will be the last $6 I spend at this place. When coffee is the same, the service sets your business apart - my first experience was a total service failure.

Had the annihilator freeze. So delicious and you could still taste the coffee after all the added flavors. The drive through moved fast even though it was packed and the person taking our order was very sweet.

I absolutely love this place. I live about half an hour away but I will make the trip just to come here. My drink is an iced blue raspberry rebel with creme and whip. It sounds weird but I love it. The workers here really make my day, everyone is extremely friendly and they really do go above and beyond in terms of customer service. Overall a great experience every time.

On a road trip from Oregon and I was so excited to see Dutch Bros here! Its sooo tasty! They are also the only place (in Oregon) to find white coffee. Staff is always friendly and fast, no matter the location. I also loved the painted rocks, the one of The Rock made my day.Overall, amazing company and always a great experience whenever I go!

Wow... all I have to say is beautiful. I went for the family friends day with a few of my friends, I am speechless, everyone is so full of energy and excitement. Everyone is so nice and thoughtful. Cameron was working at the window and I definitely give him 5 stars because he was so so so nice and so excited to be there. He was so friendly and interested in our stories. I just got to say I love this place and I’m so happy there is one close to my house now. This will be my regular and I’m so excited to meet everyone there!!!

Long wait. Wrong drinks. Bad attitudes. It’s unfortunate too. Most the time they have a great attitude and are jamming. But not this time. No one minds the long wait but when people who come in after you get their drinks and a smile in their voice. But you get yours with a grumpy look and wrong it means something. Next time...

Best place in the world. The employees are amazing and really understanding. They are a delight to talk too. They drinks are the best Ive ever tasted. I recommend any Rebels or the lemonades. But for real, all the drinks are great and my sisters and I reccomend going through Dutch Bros Coffee.

Love this location. Quick even when lines are long. Very sociable. Will always go to this location over others even if it is out of my way. Never had Dutch Bros, you need to go. Recommend looking up their menu online. Their drive thru menu is not representative of all their options.

I love Dutch Bro’s, but won’t be returning to this location. The past 3 times I’ve gone my car has gotten skipped in the line. The first time it happened I let the workers know and they didn’t seem to care. The last two times I decided to go to the Starbucks across the street where I didn’t have a long wait. One person working outside apparently can’t handle two open lanes. There were 2 cars in front of me and me. After she finished the car in front of me she walked over to the 3 cars that all pulled in after I had arrived. I had already waited 10+ minutes at this point and I wasn’t about to wait for the other cars. A one time incident I wouldn’t mind, but 3 times in a row is bad business.

Thanks for one of the best Kickers I’ve had! There are a lot of things I love about Dutch Bros, and one is how great they are about not burning the coffee even when they’re crazy busy. :)

I love Dutch! The staff is always energetic and kind. My drinks are always made quickly and flavors are always consistent. I have been an avid Starbucks person but I have now found my new love for Dutch!

This place has become our usual Sunday treat. There is always a long line, but its worth waiting! Dutch bros has the biggest menu and endless creations Ive ever seen. The employees are always nice and helpful, great job with the customer service they provide! Drinks are always good😊

Let me clarify, your drinks are awesome and are always made right!!However, the reason for the 2 star review is because I personally feel that it’s highly inappropriate to ask customers if they are leaving you a tip. I feel if someone *wants* to leave a tip, they will tell you and it will be for exceptional service. A tip to an employee who is making minimum wage or more, is not an entitlement. I personally worked within the coffee industry, that’s why I feel that I can say this. I have never once asked for or expected a tip, but it is completely expected here. We actually stopped tipping because this, and now every time we say no, the employee always act like they are taken back by it. I get it, it’s classic usage of psychology that if you ask, people are more likely to say yes because it makes them feel obligated, but it’s wrong.I just feel it’s highly inappropriate to ask if we would “like to tip 1, 2, or maybe even 3 dollars”, especially if it’s a situation where we are in the drive thru an average of 15-20 minutes. And I’m not even complaining about the wait time, but I do have to say part of the reason it takes so long is because I’ve literally seen a person be handed their drink and then talk with the person at the window for 5 minutes. I literally recorded it because I couldn’t believe the line was out into the Walmart parking lot and that this was happening. I’m really not trying to be mean, and I don’t leave reviews very often, but these situations are constant and frustrating as a customer.
