Cute clothes but the girls behind the counter should learn customer service. i came to make a return and the sales girl was just beyond rude and refused to help me process the refund without a receipt when i have shopped here for years and know that you can just look it up with the card. currently driving all the way back home to get this and this is my last purchase i’ll every make at this store. it’s retail 101. if your employees don’t want to work with people, they should find another job. too bad, i used to really like shopping here.edit: pro tip, you can find pretty much every item sold at cotton on for a fraction of the price at literally any store in westminster mall since they’re so basic. due to my beyond awful experience, i decided to return my entire purchase and ended up finding every item for way less $$$ at the other shops. train your employees!!!!!

The cashier over charged us and was not helpful. We drove far to this place because they had what my daughter was looking for in her size, no one helped us or greeted us.

Love it here!!! ^__^ The employees and managers are VERY well trained and really do asssit the customers needs. They are respectful, kind, the ask how your day is, they go the extra mile looking for an item you need, they’re always in a good mood, and lastly they make sure you leave their store with a good experience in hopes of coming back. 10 out of 10 better than the competition (H&M, Forever 21 etc....) They have so many great items and literally my wardrobe is 25% Cotton On!!! Make sure you buy their $1 charity items because they’re for a good cause; all proceeds go to South Uganda to build schools!!! $1 will not make or break your bank account! :) One of the best stores I’ve ever shopped at!

The staff was not friendly. Did not acknowledge me and my mom at all. Does not have too many selections of clothing. Will not shop there again.

This particular Cotton On has really good t shirts, though I would say they are a bit over priced. Ive never had a single problem with the service like the other reviewer. Ive always just walked into the store, was greeted kindly, and continued to shop. They occasionally ask if you need help finding something like all retail employees do. Their sizes are a bit sketchy, as their jean sizes come in xsmall, small, medium, large, xlarge, and xxlarge. I was finding that the sizes indicated on the tag are not shown to be accurate to the actual product. The xsmall is actually very very tiny and would probably for someone more petite, and the large is actually much larger than expected to be. (And if youve got a bit of booty, you may be experiencing problems with the band.) But overall, this Cotton On is a really good store.

Absolutely the worst customer service Ive ever experienced. I purchased items online and went into the store to return them. The store manager told me they only do exchanges for online purchases. I showed her the online receipt where it states that they do in fact do online returns. She then pointed out I purchase items on promotion and accessories which are all final sale. First I totally understand having a return policy for items purchased in store but when I buy something online I should have the opportunity to return it. I wasnt able to see how cheaply made the beach towel was before I purchased it as well as all the white button ups were see through and even a white tank underneath looked awkward. The manager was extremely rude and kept pointing at the return policy sign that was basically hidden behind a bunch of clothes. She then told me I needed to leave, I asked for her name and she told me no and then told her employees over the walkie talkies not to tell me anyone names in the store. I asked for a District manager and she said absolutely not our DMs dont handle customer complaints she gave me a customer service line to call. I called the customer service line which immediately went to voice mail saying I called after they were closed. The voice mail said they closed 5:30 pm (didnt state eastern standard time) either way it wasnt 5:30 on the east coast or west coast so I figured someone would answer. I never heard back from anyone. So I take it that cotton on lets employees behave anyway they would like. This experience reminds me why I usually spend the extra cash and shop at Nordstroms.

I really want to like Cotton On because of the prices and because the staff is usually very polite, but Ive never actually been able to find what Im looking for when Im in the store and a lot of their clothes dont seem to be great quality, particularly existence stitching.
