I read the reviews before coming here and had high hopes. For the most part it met expectations. Great atmosphere for date night or drinks with friends. Great wine selection and nice food options. It is more of a drink and snack place on a somewhat higher end scale. The prices were very fair for what you got. The only issue I had was there was some mold on the bread they served us. They denied it at first but under inspection they apologized and brought out fresh bread. They offered a $5 discount for the mistake. Not really satisfied with that but it was better than nothing. Overall great place, highly recommend!

Great place for a quick (quality) drink and bite with friends or maybe a date. Great happy hour items and prices. We did the Happy Hour cheese plate that was just perfect. My wife did red wine and I did an Italian prosecco. We will be back for sure. One of our favorite places when we want to sneak out.

Great place to get good wine and cheese. Last time I was there I also got a salad with the smoked salmon and it was amazing! Some evenings they have live music.

Pros:*Decor and ambiance were top notch.*Service was A+*My husband really enjoyed his Italian pannini. I had a bite and it was excellent.Cons:*The traditional fondue for 2 was straight up unpleasant . The cheese had a a very odd aftertaste.*The crackers that went with the fondue were very similar to a communion wafer. However the green apples were good. The peppers, bread, meat and vegetables were average.It could have been an off day or maybe my family just wasnt a fan of the blended cheeses in the fondue. The restaurant is worth a trip for the pannini, service and ambiance.

Ive only been one time but we had a really lovely time! I did a red wine flight and we tried the fondue. They do a nice job with Covid restrictions while also making it feel like a normal night out. I would suggest a reservation if on the weekend.

I love their salads.My favorite it’s the Apple, nut and blue cheese salad:)I always order this salad to go, they always have my salad ready to go right away, I hardly wait for my food.

Wine, cheeses, crepes, sandwiches and salads....on top of that wonderful ambience...What else you need for a date, birthday or any intimate celebration? We loved this restaurant. Service was excellent!!! Please support such an unique restaurant (Not a chain of restaurants) during this Covid-19 pandemic. You will love it. Highly recommend it.

It was lovely our waitress did a fabulous job with suggesting wines and food. We sat on the patio and that was enjoyable. I think the inside needs freshing up, the bathroom was super dark and the menu was like a book. I think this place could get really come up with creative ideas.

My wife and I enjoyed a date night at Bitto Bistro recently and we are happy to say that we will be returning to this establishment. The wine list is vast and complex. We were lucky to have a wine flight offered to us by our server. After asking our typical wine preferences, she selected a flight she thought we would enjoy. Needless to say we were quite pleased with the selections she brought to us. The food was amazing as we selected the charcuterie board and apple walnut salad. We will definitely be returning to Bitto Bistro!

Bitto Bistro was such a wonderful stop. Their decor and general atmosphere was wonderful. The food was very tasty and the staff was lovely.

A top stop for a date night! Fantastic location for sampling cheeses! We tried the Le Roule in Garlic Chive and a Bitto’s Special Fondue. Absolutely delicious pairings. Wait staff did a great job with wine recommendations and were highly attentive. Guaranteed to pay this place a visit again soon!

The service was great and the food was good, everything went well until we left. As we were walking out, our waiter ran out of the restaurant to stop us and rudely told us we stiffed the bill because there was no tip. He was told the tip was included a few times and he went back and forth stating its not and that we would be stiffing him. We showed him on the receipt where its states for parties over 10, tip is included in the total price. He didnt believe us and said he would need to confirm before we left and then came back outside to apologized that we were correct. He just came at us very rude, it was unprofessional.

Always a great place to go for a glass of wine and cheese platter! We’ve been here several times over the past couple of years. Service is always friendly and attentive. As an appetizer, we always like to start with the Smoked Salmon Rillette served with baguette slices, dried cranberries, dilled egg slices, Granny Smith apple slices and diced red onion (although the platter/serving size seemed a bit smaller than the last couple of times we’ve eaten here, and ask for extra bread as 5 slices don’t really cut it for the amount of salmon you get). If you have more of an appetite, the cheese platter is a go-to. The menu offers a variety of cheeses sure to tempt any cheese lover! Paninis are also a favorite, typically served with a cup of soup or side salad. The wine list is extensive so if you aren’t quite sure what you would like, ask the server or better yet, order a flight paired with your food! If your appetite still hasn’t been satisfied, there are a range of desserts from Chocolate Fondue to Profiteroles (which is what we had). Pair it with the French Press coffee (no espresso machine here) and you won’t have to eat for quite awhile! On warmer days, sitting outside on the patio with a glass of wine, enjoying the sun and people watching, you can almost imagine you are somewhere in Europe!

My visit went splendidly, I was on a tight schedule and dropped in to order a platter for carry out the server helped me in choosing what to put on the platter, what drink to try while I wait, etc.. I had a good time and the food was both delicious and aesthetically pleasing as many of my guests proclaimed

Had the pleasure of Gary being our server for the night. Incredibly kind and informative of the special menu items. Guided us through the wine selection and very accommodating to any special requests. Plus the food was delicious!

My husband and I visited to celebrate our wedding anniversary and our server Barney was great and spot on with picking a flight list for us and introduced us to Moscato! We had a great time, food was plentiful and the wine perfect. This is a wonderful place to sit, relax, enjoy the company your with and drink fantastic wine.

This place is amazing. The options are endless. And delicious. I will say the chocolate fondue had more fruits and marshmallows and not so much bread but the bread is very good. We did a wine flight and diy charcuterie board too. Cant go wrong.

Despite the current restrictions with dining, we enjoyed such an enjoyable happy hour on the patio. Service was very friendly and attentive, and the wine, charcuterie board and dessert fondue were delightful! Even though the evening was a bit chilly, the patio heaters helped make us quite comfortable. On the website and Open Table, we appreciated that Bitto Bistro advertised their specific plans and precautions during the current covid restrictions. We are happy to support this business!

Such a fun place to go! I took one of my daughters here for a daddy daughter date, and we spent about 2 hours eating, talking, laughing and having a good time. It would be a great place to take a date, as it is a classy restaurant. They have a very good wine selection, and the charcuterie plates and fondue are on point. My daughter got the kids grilled cheese, and didnt care for it, but liked a lot of the things off the charcuterie plate i got. The honey smoked salmon and brie cheese were two of our favorites. Dessert was amazing as well, as we got the kids chocolate fondue, which was a LOT and very good and fun! Service was excellent, and we will be back.

Gary made our evening just amazing. This place has everything and we left with a new favorite wine and a plan to take one of their wine courses.racoulette and french onion soup were some of the best I have ever had. The desert trio... just WOW a must try! This is going to be my go-to for the area!

Great atmosphere, the service was great. Our waiter made great food and wine recommendations. The only downfall and reason Im not giving it a 5 is because they dont have patio heaters. It was a beautiful night but chilly. COVID procedures were followed and enforced.

Outstanding raclette and charcuterie. Plenty of food for the price. The only thing I didnt enjoy was the dessert - tiny portion with cheap garnish, though the actual creme brulee cheesecake was good. Might order without the drizzle.

1st. They sat me right by the toilet in a non busy setting. Rude! The cheese was water thin and un seasoned. The fruit was far from fresh. The chicken was bland. The salami was dry and the service was horrible. Couldn’t even get a napkin. This place could use some customer service, diversity, seasoning and some atmosphere! Felt like eating in the library. The one good thing was the orange that came in the drink. Complete waste of money

Over priced for what you get the whole restaurant is dusty and my fruits and veggies were dried up and seemed old. The wine was great though. Just be careful what you order I spent 100 bucks on something I probably could have done myself. My server was nice.

Amazing experience, we have been looking for a place like this for a while where they specialize is charcuterie trays and wine, great wine selection and and never rushed they bring you samples to taste of you are not sure what to get, definitely a five star . The owner is a great guy he came to the table and chatted with us, this is a tuff time for all restaurants, I hope they stay around through this pandemic, we really enjoyed our time there

Almost all meals are shareable. Feels fancyandcasual at the same time. Quiet. Staff is courteous. Food is tasty and unique.

Always Good and Reliable. The service is always excellent and food is tasty. The only criticism I have is that the white wine selection seems to all be very similar flavor palates. But I am not an expert by any means. I hope they rotate their selections again soon.

Wonderful little bistro specializing in European cheeses with an impressive wine list. The beet salad with balsamic glaze was wonderful as was the pear with blue cheese that my mother ordered. It was a slow time after the normal lunch hours so there were only 2 people working the dining area that I saw. The young lady and young man were both nice. We sat on the patio and asked for the umbrella to be raised and it was taken care of quickly. I dont live close but am looking forward to visiting again.

I love Bitto Bistro. It is one of my favorite places for a fun evening with my girlfriends. Weve done wine flights, wine by the bottle, happy hour, shared salads and other menu items and have always had a good time - cheese platters are a must! Great atmosphere and attentive service. My friends and I may have been the last people hanging around after closing more than once. :) Great place to revive your spirits with people you love!

Super disappointed in a recent visit. The platter we ordered was not as full or aesthetically pleasing as previous visits. We had to request extra crackers and bread (which we have never had to do in the past). Even the sides that accompany the platter were lacking - the candied walnuts, dried cranberries, we had no figs and only 3 granny smith apple slices. Not sure what has happened, but its definitely not the same level of service or food.

We popped in because this was the only place left with patio tables during an outdoor concert. It was great! Shared a few small plates and a few drinks. Great people watching and perfect spot for the concert. Highly recommend the fondue.

Went for a birthday party and great location and food for that. We had a cheese board, fondue and rachlette. All if was great. Wasnt as big of a fan of the chocolate fondue - should have had more fruit and less poundcake. Very good overall & great wine selection

It seemed the restaurant was trying for an upscale wine & cheese menu and experience, but the service and prices were off. Extremely high cost for the level of service & knowledge. Would not recommend going for more than a glass of wine.

This place provides a nice, relaxing environment and the food is typically delicious. I recently had a negative experience, which is not typical, but the owner promptly replied in a professional and courteous manner to try and understand/resolve the issue. They are locally owned, have a great wine selection, and do care about their customers. Because of this, I have edited my review to reflect my current feelings on this establishment.

Was disappointed today... usually it’s always a wonderful experience, however today, our server charged us a dollar more for the wine than the menu said. We brought it to her attention so that in the future, customers were not over charged. She never apologized and just gave us a dollar out of her apron instead of re running the card. Just not the best service.

Wont be back! Parents were in town for a visit and thought wed spend the last night on a patio having a few drinks. Decided to try this place since I had never been and my parents were in the mood for a glass of wine or so. The server came over and seemed nice to start, talked about the specials they had, etc. Then I mentioned to her that we already ate and were just there to drink some wine. Apparently they dont like that. Never really said anything to us after that and had an annoyed look on her face when she would clear a glass and started to turn around. She should probably wait and do that when shes a little farther away from the table. Dont need to go somewhere to spend money and feel like Im not welcome. Anyway, decided to leave after one round and went across the street to the Cheeky Monk. Mom, not much of a beer drinker, said the wines she had were good and was happy a beer bar still had good wine. Ended up getting hungry after a few rounds with a server who actually cared, so added a few apps. Ended up spending $95 plus a $20 tip. Amazing what happens when you arent looked at as a annoyance!The ambiance and the fact that the wines we chose were pretty good is the only reason I give this place 2 stars instead of 1.
