Got 7 wrong responses before getting actual help with an issue they caused while fixing cracked screen. The screen now has 2 permanent white spots on it. It’s worth the drive to another store to not get ripped off and treated nasty.

Come here if you want to waste your time and energy talking to cows and dealing with attitude worse than cows. i dropped off my iphone 6s 6 weeks ago to have the charging port replaced. first time when i dropped it off, i spoke to a young woman who told me it would take the guy (the owner) 3 days to get the part, and maybe another 3 to fix it, but sometimes it could be done faster as i told her i was going to be out of the country in 5 days. at the end of the following week, i wanted to see my luck, went back to the store and it is the owners wife there. i repeated my inquiry, she had no idea what was going on with my phone and had to call the man while i was there. he told her that the supplier they use do not have it in stock, so it would not be fixed before my trip. ok. i was going to be gone for 5 week, thinking even a cockroach would have it replaced in 5 more weeks of time. i told her to call me when it was fixed. 5 weeks, no call. so first thing this morning after i landed i did was to call them. the girl in the store could not tell me what was going on, and told me to call the man myself. then she told me that (based on what,i do not know) the part he ordered was defective, that is why it was not fixed in 6 weeks, and that i should call him myself, again. i told her (in several different ways) that no, i am not paid to do your job. you need to call him, find out what the deal is, then call me back.. after that circular conversation, i found a number on the site that is different from the one listed on google, i tried it. apparently that is his personal number. the man sounded like just awoken by my call at (10:30 am), and again after a few rounds of going in circles, told me that i had to call him after 2 pm. this is a store smaller than an ice cream shop with one employee and this indian couple, currently with two phones to be repaired yet he could not and would not tell me the status of my repair. 6 weeks past, cannot get the part?! westminster is not some sophisticated metropolis, but it aint a village in india!

Dont let previous reviews fool you. Took working phone in for cracked screen replacement. After over 90mins I got my phone handed back to me. Saying cant fix. Now I have a Iphone 7 that does not work at all!!!!! DONT GO TO THIS STORE~

I went in to get my phone fixed and I asked if they replace screens and they said only iPhones. I drove 30 minutes to be told they cant fix my phone. If only they had something I could look at to tell me info about their store before I went. Oh wait they do. There website just isnt helpful.

Did a great job fixing my Phone screen!

I have been in this store 3 times to get a cracked screen repaired, and each time Ive waited over an hour to get it fixed but he never fixes it. He takes my phone claiming he has all the parts to do it but then says that he needs to keep it over night. This place is really shady I also have people that buy electronic products from here and they break within the hour.Overall I would not recommend this store they were very disrespectful and rude.

I was so bored without my laptop. It stopped working when I dropped it while gaming. On my friend’s suggestion, instead of waiting around for a repair guy to come, I took it to Fone Zone. Now, I can’t thank them enough for bringing it back to life. And, I’m back to gaming.

Went there on Sunday to have a iPhone screen repaired. Choose this spot based on the reviews. Guy behind the counter quoted a price but said the tech won’t be until Monday. Wife went back on Monday and they charged her nearly double. Would not recommend and won’t be back if they can’t honor pricing.
