Let me preface this review by saying I have had some horrible experiences with some terrible car salesmen in the past...but I am delighted to report that Amen and the team at Ultimate Auto were nothing but respectful, informative, and above all else...FAIR. They were upfront with the total cost of the vehicle we purchased, there were no hidden fees, they patiently helped us sort through our options for financing, waived fees where they could, and just did an all around great job. Honest. Fair. Patient.
They have descent cars here. Cars may needs some work. But, representative for the company is very helpful.
I had a great experience buying a car here. I bought a car on the lot they dont usually sell, and I got an amazing price. The salesman Amen, was very transparent and non-pressuring to buy. He was more than happy to let me test drive the vehicle and even take it to get it inspected if I desired. He even showed me what the cost they paid for it was, and what I would be paying. All in all, I am very happy, and highly recommend Ultimate Autoline.

If I could give 0 stars for this attempted transaction, I absolutely would. The owner or the manager or whatever he is began screaming (literally) at us over a small price difference that we were trying to calmly come to an agreement to. I’ve been in sales for years and I have never seen anything as unprofessional or as insulting as the manager was to us. We walked out of that transaction immediately and we are looking forward to finding another vehicle elsewhere :) never go here, this is not a family friendly environment nor is it a place where business is conducted in a calm or reasonable manner.

I wish more dealerships were like Ultimate Autoline. They weren’t pushy salesmen at all, thank goodness. Amen (his name)allowed me to walk the lot and look over the Lexus— I ended up purchasing 😉.They work for their customers. I had so much working against me during COVID, and wasn’t quite sure how it was gonna work out, but they still came up with a miracle! Secured a loan with good terms and through in a little extra for me. I will definitely take the drive to their lot, even though I live 45min away. Great service and great cars!BTW, The owner Magid was just as great 👍🏽. Trustworthy and friendly.
Worked with Majaid upon arrival of reviewing the car I was interested in, he was up front about all of the cars features current issues and help me understand what needed our didnt need to be done. He really worked with me moe than I could sk for getting this deal done, hewas really great to work with, friendly and professional.Amy is the receptionist there, shes great at helping you understand all the forms and paperwork involved, a real angel in disguise.Mason the assistant, hes really nice and down to earth. Helps both parties and great assistant. I definitely plan to go back when I purchase again.

We found the car my son wanted, using the TrueCar App. They were actually closed on Sunday, but we wanted to see it and determined if it was a viable option for him. We walked on the lot and found it. It hadnt been detailed yet, but it looked clean inside. We decided to call and make an appointment for Monday. As we were leaving the lot, the owner arrived for an appointment and let us check it out. We liked it and bought it. One of the better car buying experiences Ive had.
I went today to go look at a 2014 BMW 740 I was looking at before I was approached by a salesman very unprofessional I asked for the keys he was hesitant to give me keys he asked me to go inside for paperwork before looked at vehicle when I told him Im shopping around he got inpatient I started the car and opened hood to inspect motor when he went inside the car turned it off and walked away not allowing me to properly inspect vehicle assuming hiding something I dont want to find. Worst service ever DO NOT BUY here you will be back with car complications guaranteed bring a mechanic they will agree with me.

I bought a 2005 Lexus LS430 about a month ago, so far no major problems. I needed a car ASAP, I live 2 hrs away, did the app online it was approved within an hour. Majid was up front and honest with me about the car. He told me everything that was wrong with the car prior to me coming to get it. Got there everything he said was right. He really helped me out in a time of need. Would I go back..yes I would.

I went here about a month ago to purchase a car. I had spent many days looking at various offers online until I found a 2003 Ford Focus Hatchback being sold here. I fell in love with the car almost immediately. I went in to look at the car and decided to buy that same day. We were greeted by a wonderful staff that was able to answer my questions and was very patient when we had a little set back on our payment. Over all it was a great business and a great place to go to for your next car. I am pleased to say that the car is doing great. Aside from some minor issues such as the gas line rubbing against the edge of something and the radio fading in and out at low speeds I have had no problems.
I purchases a 2010 Prius a couple of months ago and I couldnt be happier! After being rear ended and my car being a total loss, I was looking for another Prius and found one here.. The staff here is so nice and helpful. I would recommend!!!

Bought a 2006 BMW 750i here, and in a 4 month period I had to spend over $2000 in just repairs. JUST STAY AWAY!! Now I have to get it repoed because I cant afford to keep it. Would have been different if majid told about these issues. I could of went somewhere else and kept my credit good! STAY AWAY!!

Never buy any cars from this Dealer. This dealer changed my contract to 50 percent of repair/parts will be covered by me incase the car got issues within the first 30 days.I bought a car last June 15, 2017. I only have the car for 4 months but they try to repair my car for a total of 2 1/2months bit still havent resolve the car issue. This dealer doesnt know how to take responsibility with their car. I spent almost 1100 for repair which they should cover in the first place.Beware of the owner Majeet. They are very rude and dishonest dealer. If you want to buy a 2nd hand car dont buy it from this car store. They will trick you with the deal.

I got to LA from Europe like a week before i bought it so i didnt know many people and basically any thing about buying a car in the US. I bought a 2001 Dodge Stratus in a decent shape with low mileage . Majid was open to any kind of payment which made it much easier for me. i drove the car for two weeks when the transmission broke down and needed to be replaced. it turned out that the transmission wasnt covered by warranty so i had to replaced it. You can imagine that it is no fun for someone who just got here. so Majid helped me with everything. called the tow truck, took it to the service shop and called me next day about it. it was 900$ for used transmission with 3 month warranty. Now the car works fine but even though i wont buy an american car again. otherwise, i really recommend buying a car from Majid he really tried to help me out in every way, returned calls and emails.
STAY AWAY!! Magid, who is the owner, doesnt care at all about people. He is everything you are afraid of in a car salesman - talks the whole time you are trying to think about and listen to the car, made me feel childish for calling my boyfriend to ask a few questions before making an offer, doesnt even look you in the eye, keeps saying everything is perfect, you are getting a great deal instead of actually answering your questions. If I hadnt known to check for all the tools to change a tire, he would have sold me the car without that equipment! FOUR DAYS after I bought the car, my check engine light came on. Conveniently, my warranty is for the engine for 30 days/1000 miles EXCEPT for sensors. He was short with me on the phone and offered no help and was annoyed that I would ask for the most recent smog check. Are you kidding me? I understand that buying a used car is always a risk, but people like Magid are why car salespeople have such a bad name. AVOID!!!Edit: Month or so later: Magid called me because he was checking up on my title and wasnt happy about this review. So I should clarify: he did sell me the car I was looking for. I didnt like his style, but I did get the car I had been searching 6 weeks for, and I was able to talk him down in price a little (he still sold me a salvage car at a good condition KBB price; by the way if you are negotiating with him: he says KBB isnt correct, just fyi, so good luck!) Since I was coming from far away, he did offer to pick me up at the train station (though this was during our negotiation, and he lowered the price only after I explained I can just ride the bus from the train station, but he still picked me up from a mile away). But, even since then, when I got a flat tire a month later, I found out that the lock that the car was sold didnt fit the wheel, so I wasnt able to change it (though, this is my fault for not checking it at the dealership). And when I received my title and registration (which we thought was going to be salvage, but ended up not being - which is good!) has the wrong address even though all my other paperwork had the correct address, so I had to file to change the address. What a headache this process has been. When I told Magid this on the phone, he said I could just change it if/when I sell it, but how am I suppose to get my mail from the DMV from the wrong address? Thankfully the neighbor with the address he registers knows me and was able to stick it in my mailbox. Maybe Im too much of a rule-follower, but I like to have the vehicle and registration with the right address.If you are a car person and know to check EVERYTHING, this is a fine place to buy a car. If not, this is a rough place to learn what could happen, at least it was for me.
Dealing is sophisticated ... credibility is high, and so is the after-sales service. For my knowledge, I acquired a 2004 BMW car and it was a great experience in terms of quality, price and handling.
