The service writer David was awesome. When I called to explain the issue I was having with my truck he knew exactly what it was and reassured me he would get it fixed. Weve always been treated very well, the closing process is not the typical all day grind that I have experienced at other dealerships. My last purchase was a result of me describing what I was looking for and the team at Stoler looking for several months until they found exactly what I wanted. I cant describe how nice it was to not be pressured into buying something that didnt check all the boxes..... What good is a dealership if they cant answer a simple question over the phone all I wanted to know was if dirt around the knock sensor on my truck would effect the input of that sensor how hard is it to say yes it would or no it wouldnt all I got was bring it in well diagnose the problem for you

Found a Toyota Sienna online for a super price. Sales person I talked to on the phone could not answer any questions beyond what I could see online myself. Said she would ask and get back to me but didnt. We went through it a second time exactly the same after she had no record of me calling the first time. Still no return call. I called the sales manager, left a voicemail and no return call. Emailed the sales manager and the sales person calls me back rather than the manager. After going back and forth for about an hour, I finally got the answers I asked during my first call. The real price of the car is $1800 higher because of their fees and they wont negotiate the price. They could have just saved us all time by saying heres the real price take it or leave it. The only reason I gave 2 stars is because the price, even with the obscene fees is still a good deal. Its just higher than I was willing to pay but dealerships cant seem to just tell us their prices anymore. Otherwise, this was an awful experience for not even making a deal.

With all the shortages of vehicles in the country today, many dealerships are treating people like they’re doing them a favor by selling a car and then adding on COVID-19 surcharges. When we left after purchasing our 2020 Silverado, I’ve felt I got a very fair deal and then I was given financing that matched my navy credit union interest rates which almost never happens. Even though it took until 10:30 PM to close the deal, the manager the sales person, and the finance person kept smiles the entire time. I almost never write reviews but felt compelled to let everyone know that if you’re looking for A dealership that appreciates your business, treats you with respect and provides fair pricing, this is the place to go.

Mike was a big help from start to finish. He met us at the door and showed us around the sales room to help us make sure we were looking at the car that was the best fit for us. Then he took the time to bring out the exact model we wanted and test drove it with us. He was very friendly and upbeat, and seemed to take a personal interest in us. He even staid late with us to help us finalize our sale. We love our new Equinox. It handles great and has all the safety features we could have wanted, as well as great interior space and amazing fuel efficiency. We had wanted an Equinox for years, since seeing one in a car show over a decade ago, and it seems like theyve only gotten better since then. This is our first new car and we couldnt be more thrilled with it. So far, I my wife and I have been completely satisfied with every aspect of the experience.

Never will recommend anyone to buy from Len Stoler used in Westminster. Very poor customer service. Recently bought a vehicle from them. The car came with no spare key and no owners manual which was never made known to me until all papers were signed. Went on a Saturday to test drive vehicles. The salesperson brought the wrong vehicle out but was the exact same car year and everything but never asked which car I wanted to look at which the one we test drove was not the one I was looking at. We didn’t notice this until they came out with the price of the car and notice that was the incorrect price. Plan on being at the dealership all day because they are not very speedy and fast to help you out. Test drove on Saturday and the vehicle’s gas light was on and then took the car from the lot on Monday and the gas light was still on. Never put gas in the vehicle and then I was given the excuse from salesperson that her boss tells her not to put gas in used vehicles. I was told however that when I brought the vehicle back in that they would top my gas tank off but that never happened either. Never was made known about the remote start of the vehicle and not showed by the salesperson the features of the vehicle especially since it didn’t have an owners manual. Have to get tags from the dealership and they are not speedy in that process either as it’s been a month and I have yet to hear from them and my tags expire in a month. Told the salesperson I didn’t want monthly payments above a certain amount and then when I go into sign papers with the finance person and the payments are above my number. No communication and lousy customer service. I called to schedule a paint job that I wanted to done when I bought the vehicle and that was a headache as I was transferred between everyone and never given an answer. If you want to deal with a long headache and constant nagging, trying to get what you want or even a call back from the company go right ahead but I highly advise against.
Me and my girlfriend purchased a vehicle from Len stoler back in January and we were told they would get us plates and registration because we live in Pennsylvania. It’s July and we have yet to receive anything. So we’re driving an unregistered car as of now. We’ve contacted them 3 times and sent the information they claim to need 3 times. It must not be a priority for them to take care of customers. So I will continue to post reviews and recommend that people do not do business with them. Customer service was mediocre at best. LEN STOLER DO BETTER!

Found the vehicle weve been looking for. The sales team was great. Only problem I had was the financing dept. The truck was a 04 and no bank or credit union wanted to finance a vehicle that old. Instead of letting my wife and I sit in the showroom for 4 plus hours they should have just came out sooner to let me know. I ended paying cash. Again, the sale rep, Brad and Erik were great but the financing dept needs some work.

Called in for new tires for an Equinox and got a fast quote that was reasonably priced. Came in at agreed time and Advisor David Albaugh was extremely helpful and got me in and out as promised. First time at their new location. Parking isnt that great but inside the new showroom and service rooms are nicely done.

I was there for routine maintenance. As soon as I entered I was greeted and attended to. While I waited I had the pleasure of speaking with some staff about upgrading and the knowledge was on key. Every question I had there was an answer. The service itself only took about an hour. It was fast easy and friendly. And the establishment is very clean
I recently brought my 2015 Chevrolet Camaro in to Len Stoler Westminster. My vehicle had a check engine light on. I spoke to Melanie the service rep who was extremely kind and patient. My car went into get serviced early Friday morning and by 10am Melanie called me to let me know the car was ready. Most of the experience was good. Covid was running through the place and I wasn’t told till the day I bought the vehicle. It would have been nice if customers were made aware that employees and sales managers were coming down with covid and that building was an active zone.
My fiancé and I have been looking in the market for a new vehicle for a few weeks. We came across a GREAT deal on the new Chevy Blazer AWD at Len Stoler. We took the drive( about an hour from us) on a Saturday morning. Our salesman Evan “Tiny” was fantastic! Not pushy at all( mind you we’ve been in a dozen dealerships the last few weeks), Evan was friendly and very informative but allowed us to move at our own pace. They also offered me MORE then my payoff for my trade-in( other dealer we visited were low balling me ).The used sales manager Ray was probably the most personable and knowledgeable sales manager I’ve ever met. While waiting for our deal he brought us beverages and candy and he chatted with us about all different types of cars and how they’ve evolved over the years( not just the cars he sells). Now I’ve also got to mention their finance manager Lee( ask him about his family’s car he’s had, its a story!), he managed to get us a deal that was cheaper then the deal we were planning to use with our credit union. He was also really helpful and didn’t try to talk us into any of those crazy dealer warranties. I know car buying is scary- I’ve been screwed over from a previous dealer and the guys at Len Stoler took more then great care of myself and my fiancé. Plus with COVID going around it’s even scarier, rest assured everyone was wearing mask inside and outside of the building. Thanks again everyone at Len Stoler( you’ve converted this Acura girl to a Chevy fan & Len Stoler supporter).
My in laws have been repeat customers here buying 5 vehicles over the years. Will NEVER return, this purchase there was little room for negotiation on a reasonable offer. Then after stating that the purchase would be a cash buy the dealer processing charge (on top of the $500 dealer fee) went up to $1,495! Online it states in a disclosure- a dealer prep fee of $795-$1,295... this is never actually outlined until AFTER you sign. Be prepared to pay more and be screwed over.

Erik, Ray and Lee were amazing during my not so great situation of having to find a car! Erik worked all day on getting me a deal and helped from start to finish. Ray (general manager) greeted us while waiting on financing and made sure we had everything we needed. Lee was excellent at explaining warranties, maintenance packages, etc and making sure we stayed within the monthly payment we were comfortable with. I will be returning to Len Stoler Chevrolet in Westminster for maintenance to my current vehicle as well as to buy another car when I’m ready!
Len Stoler performed a transmission fluid change to stop a known shuddering issue on my 2017 Chevy Colorado. I am pleased the flush/replacement seams to have corrected the problem.My service advisor, Melanie, was great to work with and I will surely reach out to her again for future work at the dealership.

Will never return to Len Stoler for service. They checked off that they checked the tires-that’s untrue as I intentionally let the air low to see if they would check. They also left a large grease or oil handprint on the inside of my door, which ruined my shirt. Very unhappy.

My husband and I went there on this past Monday and it was very disappointing. We inquired by phone about a chevy impala, and was assured the car had a sun roof. Upon arriving we discovered the car did not have one. After expressing my disappointment to Linda she got smart with us and said she didnt tell us it had one. I literally had to pull out my cell phone and show her the text conversation! Furthermore, They didnt have the cars out front and ready, one was still stuck in the snow. So we had to wait another 20 minutes while they did that. After telling us they could have one installed, we simply asked could they pay half, we never asked them to drop the price of the car or anything. They would not meet us halfway with putting a sunroof in the car, Then, added a $1500 dealer prep fee because we had our own financing. The most unprofessional staff we have ever dealt with! I would never recommend Len Stoler Chevrolet.

Was very close to buying a car from here but the woman I spoke to was extremely rude on the phone I ended up abandoning the purchase and blocking the number. She asked why I was interested in the battery of the car (uh because Im the one who has to replace it when it dies and that costs $$) and I found the car on Truecar and it said available for purchase online and delivery to home and when I asked if that was correct information, she kept asking why I wouldnt drive 20 miles to pick up the car in a very rude and impatient tone even after I explained to her that I didnt want to expose my older mother to covid. Just lost a committed buyer!

First purchase from this dealer was great - 2015 when I purchased a new Chevy Silverado. Now that the 2019s got my attention, I was in the market and decided that Id try to keep my loyalty with Len Stoler. Given my hectic schedule I reached out over the phone first (as most people do). At first my interactions with Linda were as to be expected. That quickly changed when I requested a new quote on a different cab size. She suggested that I was, playing games with her and that she would get my information hung up on me. I honestly was shocked at the change in her demeanor I started reaching out to other dealerships and Im glad I did! I ended up finding the exact vehicle for cheaper than my quote from Linda. I purchased the new 2019 Silverado Trail Boss the next day. I still have not received a call back with that quote from her nor do I care to speak to someone that rude again. Let this be a lesson to Len Stoler... If you want to keep your customers dont have rude people doing customer service.
