Service repaired a window switch that was recalled and replaced a key. I was comfortable while waiting, with plenty of room for social distancing. Service took longer than anticipated, but I was notified of the delay and that work was progressing. All were courteous.

There are not enough wonderful things to be said about this store and its staff. From the time Robert picked up the call he was committed to helping me get into the vehicle I wanted which meant finding it!During my time at Heritage all employees greeted me with a smile and asked how they could help. Everyone was extremely friendly and caring and made me feel like I was more than just a sale. I had my four year old daughter with me and they welcomed her and her high energy with open arms.Do yourself a favor and visit the team at Heritage Honda Westminster- you wont be disappointed!

I couldn’t stop laughing and having fun because of the honest and practical way he sold me something without being pushy and he even went the extra mile to see for best price with what I really need it. I recently brought a car from this dealership. The salesman was really helpful (forgot his name.) Jared was amazing!!! He was really funny and sweet and really helpful! Robert was amazing and he stuck by my side every step of the way with this entire process. Thank god I came to this dealership because I went to the one in owings mills and if I did they definitely would’ve ripped my pockets out. I definitely recommend working with them they try their best with getting you good deals and negotiating prices. The price of my vehicle was definitely realistic! Thank you so much for all the help. I highly recommend Kaleb Crawford of Mileone Honda in Westminster. Far from the typical pushy salesman. Instead he was very patient even more friendly, a pleasant surprise. He assisted me tremendously with narrowing down the type of car I wanted and found me a car with everything I wanted and more. He even placed my items from my old car to my new car.  So yes, he over delivered. He along with Mr. Robert Lee and Gregg Smith assisted me with an Awesome deal with a Wonderful warranty. I had several options as far as financing and car choices. I enjoyed my experience at Mileone Westminster. The staff made me comfortable, kept me smiling and entertained. I am extremely satisfied with my new SUV. Ultimately, the overall environment was magnificent. I look forward to working with them ALL again on my next purchase.

All of my experiences with the service department at Heritage Honda of Westminster have been possible. Scheduling appointments is easy, the waiting area is clean and comfortable, and the time it takes to complete services or repairs is always reasonable. The service advisors (last one was Melissa) do a good job of explaining whatever they are going to do, keeping you updated on the progress and letting you know if they find any other issues that need to be addressed.

I have repeatedly used this dealerships service department to include repairs for an accident. I have always had good interactions with the staff and great customer service. They always advise me of my needs, but are never pushy about it. My vehicle service is always complete around the time they estimate. Overall, a great experience I would recommend, especially for Honda Owners!

We purchased our previous two family vehicles at this location and had a fantastic experience. Our salesman at the time, Joe Ski (I believe since retired) found out what we were looking for an gave us a test drive. We were even able to drive the test vehicle home for a couple of hours by ourselves! When it came to negotiating he got us a great price the first time we asked. We had looked up the fair prices on the internet ahead of time and Joe beat that by a good bit.When the vehicles arrived, he patiently explained how to use all of the features and sent us on our way. Pleasant buying process.Weve also had to have service over the years at their service department and they were AWESOME! Really smart and kind people. All service was on time and done extremely well. This dealership has been great to us over the years.

Jim is very knowledgeable and kind. I was calling about the loud noises in our car around 6:40 pm(7 pm is their closing time)... I asked to drive the car to show him the noises...I arrived their shop just several minutes before their closing time... He said there is no dangerous immediately... and taught me how to unwire our car battery, otherwise, we will no battery, so we could go to work next morning...We didnt know what to do at that time, and very scared about the noises... we are very lucky Jim was there, and helped us . He is so so nice. He is an Angel!

Robb consistantly goes above and beyond his normal job duties. I am lucky to have him as my Service Advisor. He takes the time to explain and to repeat explanations until I understand the issue(s). Also, modifies his mode of communication to where I understand since I am hearing impaired. In addition, he makes sure I am treated fair and that I take advantage of warranty and discounts when available. If I show up for service and Robb is not there, I will reschedule to a day when he is on duty because I know any maintenance performed that day he will make sure it is done right. Robb is a very valuable employee.

My wife and I came in last Wednesday for a test drive. In conclusion of the drive, we liked the vehicle and asked for pricing. The sales person said to give me pricing they needed to evaluate my trade in.We were on a time crunch but he insisted it would be quick. We trusted they would give us pricing for a new vehicle, a tow package, and our trade in. We hung around for 3 hrs for the General Manager Robert to come out and ask us what we wanted for the trade. That wasnt what we waited for. Instead of getting a price quote we were told a story about tire kickers and informed he wouldnt be giving us a trade offer or price for the vehicle.In addition to this he referenced the chip shortage, threatened $995 for factory installed mudflaps, wheel locks, and nitrogen and an additional $2500 markup for changes in market value. You know, chip shortage and all. This all occurred while whispering in the next breath they have 40 of these vehicles on lot. Hilarious. I saw two of the same unit we wanted side by side. We were never even given a starting price for the vehicle and they were throwing extras on top!I escalated my concern the next morning to the sales representative David Baca. I complained and informed him unless we were given a price with trade in we would not be visiting the dealership again.He acknowledged this and said he would get right back to me.That afternoon the GM Robert called and I missed him. His voicemail again asked me what I wanted instead of fairly offering me value for the trade, and a price for for new vehicle. When I called him back his voicemail was full. Im used to this tactic as its a means of never having to return a voicemail. So unprofessional. I clicked to send a text message and sent him back my number for him to return my call back.It has been 5 days and we have heard nothing.I am astonished at this entire process and will not be doing business with this dealership.

We had purchased our 2018 CR-V from Heritage and left a five star review. We had gotten a competitive price and very good service. In early March of 2021 they sent an email offering a special on trade in pricing. I responded with a low ball offer considering I did not need a new car. They got back eventually saying that the best price they could offer was double what I wanted to pay. No problem, I was looking for a deal that wouldn’t work for them. Toward the end of the same month they sent another email. I got back with another offer, this time $1000 more than my original response. They suggested I come in and we could talk about it. I called to reiterate that I’d make the 40 minute trip if they’d honor my offer. While they never said they would, they made it seem like it was close. We get there, meet the salesman, I explain my position, he repeats it back to me and says he understands that I’m walking out the door unless they honor my offer. He starts asking what color we want and has someone drive to their other lot to get the color we were interested in. This made me think we were going to make a deal. The salesman even asked if I had remembered to bring the title to our 2018 CR-V . Again reinforcing the notion that we were going to make a deal at, or very close to, my offered price. After spending 2 hours at the dealership they came back with their original price. I was shocked and felt duped. You could call me naive. I just didn’t think they’d go through this whole charade unless we were close in price. I told them their behavior was disappointing and left. While driving home the sales manager called me and offered another $1500 off but that only added insult to injury. I had made my position clear numerous times. They had no problem wasting my time. Very disappointing

This complaint is focused on poor communication and accountability by the car dealership. I purchased a new Honda civic from this dealership in JAN2021 and had an excellent buying experience but unfortunately things went downhill since then.I was given temporary license plate tags and as we approached tag expiration date, I reached out to the dealership four times via email, both to the salesperson (John Mohlhenrick) who sold me the vehicle and the general manager (Robert Lee) without any response. Only after calling the dealership to speak with multiple managers was a response eventually provided within several days. I was assured my Mr. Lee internal actions would be taken to prevent recurrence. I recently emailed both Mr. Mohlhenrick and Mr. Lee with another inquiry but have not heard back and it has been over 2 weeks.Due to the poor communication and lack of accountability with consumers who purchase over $21k from a private business, I do not recommend you buy your car from this dealership for the risk that you will also be dismissed once you have made your payment. Hopefully, this serves as a wake-up call to the dealership to take consumer inquiries more seriously and have greater pride in the work that they do. I have submitted a complaint with BBB and look forward to hearing from the dealership.Edit: The result of my BBB complaint is an apology from Mr. Adam Barnes (regional sales manager), internal counseling for the staff mentioned above, and complimentary incentives for my next vehicle service date. Though disappointing poor reviews are necessary to encourage change, I hope my experience helps improve the customer care provided to others henceforth. Accordingly, I have adjusted my initial rating from 1->2 stars.

HiI work as a software professional for the company UHG.I have recently purchased a car at this dealership. The salesperson helping me on this was Mark Fishmen. He was just too good and was always helping and guiding me along the process.He actually went way beyond to make the deal happen.I did go to other dealerships, they all jacked up the prices after calling me to the dealership saying that they cannot give the outdoor price through phone or email, but mark didn’t do any of that.He did give me a price and stuck on with it.I went to the dealership almost at the closing time and then was not able to catch a cab since the cab service is not that great at that period of time.The manager Robert personally dropped me to my house. [ really a cool guy]Chole did an amazing job too, completely professional and a wonderful person.Not only that, other members of the staff were also friendly always asking if I needed anything to drink like water or soda and asked me and my friend, if I wanted anything.Even if the dealership chooses to up the prices of the car in the future to stay afloat with the market demand…the least I can say to this dealership is that they will be honest about it and will respect the customer and will not waste your valuable time.To all the software professionals (IT department), I would personally recommend this dealership for purchasing cars.All the best to the people working at this dealership.

I left like the staff truly wanted to help me get the vehicle I want, without over pressuring me, from the online sales rep to financing. They didnt have any Ridgelines on the lot (like every other dealer right now), but they were able to have the right vehicle for me being delivered. I have bought a 2019 Honda Odyssey Touring in December of 2018 as I got a good deal. Also purchaseda Honda Care Plan. I have recently sold the vehicle at one of the Heritage location and tried calling them to cancel the Honda Care Plan. I have called more than 10 times / raised online requests for the same there has been no response. All they Care about is selling and not Care for a customer after they have sold the vehicle.

I have a 2013 Pilot. It has 151K miles on it. I was hearing a creaking sound in my front breaks. I mentioned to Robert Peters the Customer Care rep. He did a great job understanding my concern, researching the history of my maintenance (Honda has performed all my maintenance), and helped diagnose the problem. I was really pleased as this was the 4th time I had it in for service on the same issue, but the first time I worked with Robert. Will always ask for Robert from this point forward. Today I had my Honda serviced and had called ahead to let the dealership know that I had a situation arise where I needing to get an eye exam and that my eyes would be dilated and shouldn’t be driving. So, when I let them know what was going on I politely asked if there was any way they could pick up my car, service it and return my car back to me when complete. Within 10 minutes I got a callback from Melissa at Heritage Westminster Honda and she told me the good news that they could work that out in order to help me be able to have my car get serviced today. As promised, hours later I received a call from Melissa asking if it was OK for Jacob and Jim to come and grab my car to service it. Jacob knocked on the door and was very polite and kind and courteous. Jim helped out by getting Jacob him to my home to retrieve my car. The whole process was so easy and so very much needed at the moment by me and my family. Melissa, Jacob and Jim at Heritage Honda really made my day by being so helpful, kind, and considerate. They definitely went above and beyond in helping me on a day when I really needed some kindness and a helping hand. The service department did great work on putting on my roof rack and cross bars. However, they tried to take advantage of me by saying that my car had all these issues that needed to he addressed IMMEDIATELY. I visited 3 other mechanical shops and none of them found any issues with my car. Complete scam. They even charged me $5.25 to dispose of two boxes without even asking me if I wanted them back. Stay away from this place, or if you have to get work done only do what is required.

About a week ago she was the victim of a hit and run accident that totaled her vehicle. I bought a used car here in September and its already been in the shop 2 times for the same issue. The shop there tried to charge me while my car was still under warranty. They said they fixed the problem but here we are 3 months later and my car is doing the same exact thing again. Of course, its no longer under warranty. Whats sad is my mom had bought 3 cars from them prior and after everything Ive been through with them she will definitely not be buying anymore from them. Would not recommend getting used cars from here.

It has now been 2 months since I got my car. The only thing better than driving this beautiful car, is the service I received from Heritage Honda Westminster. This review is long overdue.Please know, originally, I DID NOT want a car payment and had looked around searching for a great deal. After much frustration, someone whose opinion I trusted, recommended I contact Robert Lee, the Manager, of Heritage Honda Westminster.They say the first impression is a lasting impression. This is so true. When I got there, I was greeted by Corey, one of their salesmen; he was very welcoming. I then met Robert, who was not only professional, he was also personable and more importantly, patient, while working with me to find out exactly what I was looking for and what I expected from them. Together, we looked at a few options. I test drove one and it was THE one.Robert introduced me to Gregg (Double G), who was in charge of financing. Usually a great place, but my last visit was disappointing. I pulled into the garage, only car, with 5-6 advisers in there. No one addressed me for a few minutes. Then, at the end the adviser said they fixed the air pressure in my tires and that the light would go out. If he had taken a look back in our file he would have hopefully seen that the sensor was broken. Makes me wonder if they actually do the work because that’s happened several times. One visit everything is wrong with a vehicle, next visit all systems are in order.

My repairs ended up taking the whole day in a Saturday. I appreciated that Phil and the mechanic stayed late getting the car taken care. Otherwise, being a weekend, I wouldn’t have been able to get the car until Monday. I am also grateful that they drove my kids and me back home, so the kids wouldn’t have to wait there for hours.

Got a really nice used 2015 Ford escape at an insanely low price. Most competetive price we found in fact and it had all the features we were looking for. I spent parts of two days at Heritage under the guidance of Cory who was personable and caring. He asked pertinent questions and worked to fill my needs. On the second day, he had a car ready for me to test drive and accompanied me to my mechanic for a once over.I was pleased with the car and the service. I bulked when the battery was not replaced but didn’t understand how a battery could be tested to discover if it was viable.Both days were pleasant experiences with Cory working to fill my expectations. I purchased the car he had ready for me that same day.

My 5 stars are for Alex Peterson. Alex has been a delight. He has been professional and personable. He was able to get me into the price range I needed with the help of his manager Keith. I am happy to keep in touch with him about some things to learn about my new CR-V and a few things that need attention (no cost to me).I wish there was more organization in the offices, as I did have to be there for five hours waiting for my financial person to be available. And, I arrived for a separate appointment to find that my person was given a job to do outside of the facility, and no one contacted me.And, then theres this gorgeous and wonderful new car, that I just love. Without Alex, I wouldnt be driving such a beautiful and much needed vehicle right now, so it makes it all worth it.

They expedited the process efficently and made sure we were happy through out the whole process. Water and snacks were provided for me, my fiance and my daughter. A courtesy vechicle was also even offered to pick me up from glen burnie although i did not need it. Just the overall attention and courtesy made this experience very rewarding. I bought a 2018 Honda Accord car from them in January this year and my experience has just been worse since that day.Firstly I was not informed that previous owner of the car was a smoker, within 2 days the heavy freshener they used to hide the smoke smell wears out and when I confronted them they were not even sorry.They asked me to drive to their dealership for ozone treatment to get rid of smell and I live 90 mins far, after reaching there they said they need 1 day to do the treatment. They did not even give me loaner car and so ended up giving me the machine to do it by my own at home.The other issue was with plate registration. They messed up my application, they did not do state and emissions inspection and so state just gave me plate for 1 month validity.For all the above issues just getting in touch with them is the most difficult task in this world. You leave them voicemails, call support, call your dealer, leave them email, they just do not respond.Worst after sale customer service

After having a miserable experience at Len Stoler, I pretty much chalked car shopping up as a loss on Tuesday. However, while eating dinner, I decided to get an online trade-in quote from Heritage. Not even 20 minutes later, two different upbeat and friendly salespeople called me and convinced me to come in and check out their inventory. It was around 6:30pm so again, I had already written off buying a new car that day, but couldn’t hurt to look!My roommate and I arrived at Honda and were immediately greeted, offered beverages and seats [already better than Len Stoler]. We were then introduced to our salesman (hero) Alex. I could write paragraphs about his extensive car knowledge and calming, friendly demeanor, but what really impressed me was his ability to narrow down my options so quickly and accurately. Before I knew it, I test drove two vehicles I loved and would have never considered without him.One other thing I have to mention about Alex is his “no pressure” approach. Obviously as a salesman, he ultimately wants to get you in a car, but his patience and lack of desperation was a genuine relief.Did I mention my roommate and I are both females? Needless to say, this is usually a showroom green light of gullible for salespeople. Not Alex. There was no pushing, upselling, or for lack of a better word, no bullsh*t. It was refreshing to say the least.Once we started talking numbers, the negotiating on our end was simple. Alex and his manager, Rob worked together and got me a fantastic deal beyond my expectations. The paperwork and signing process barely took two hours and I was heading home in my Honda Insight!If I could rate Alex and my overall experience at Heritage a 12/10, I would! Thank you!

I called Honda Westminster Maryland service center yesterday because I received a recall notice. I was calling Honda to ask if I could be put on a waiting list for the work to be done because the letter indicated that the parts were not ready yet.The team member that took my call stated that they had just received the parts for this particular recall, for my vehicle type, and so we went ahead and scheduled my car to be worked on today. After arriving, they described the letter verbatim and that they couldnt do the work today because there was nothing to be worked on (yet) and that I could be on my way. I was kinda dumbfounded since I presented all this info during or phone call.Despite the frustration of my time being wasted, every staff member I encounter was very friendly. But this mistake could have easily been avoided.

My husband and I submitted an online inquiry on a Saturday for a used vehicle that was listed on their website. We immediately received a call from Emily regarding our inquiry. We talked briefly to her about our interest in the used vehicle, and explained we would not have a trade-in, that we wanted to pay cash for this particular vehicle, but we could not be available to see the vehicle until four days later, on a Wednesday sometime between 2PM - 4PM at the very earliest. Emily assured us that she would arrange to have the vehicle onsite in Westminster (since it was currently at another dealership location), she also stated to us that UNLESS something changes (i.e. the vehicle is sold prior to Wednesday, or if they are unable to get vehicle to Westminster prior to Wednesday, etc.) she would contact us to let us know, otherwise we would be scheduled to meet w/her on Wednesday to look at the vehicle.About 10 minutes later after speaking with Emily, we received another call from this dealership (Justin), and he introduced himself and wanted us to know to make sure we ask for him when we arrive in the event that Emily is unavailable( such as shes with another customer, etc.) He cheerfully tried to get us to visit earlier than Wednesday, but our work schedules wouldnt allow it.Wednesday comes around, we hadnt heard from Emily (or Justin) at all so we could assume the vehicle was on their Westminster lot and ready for us to look at when we arrived. So we took off work early, and prior to leaving for the dealership, we called Emily to make sure the vehicle was there, but we got her voicemail instead, so we left a message to say we were on our way and to please call or text us if there is any problem with the vehicle not being available to us. We had not heard back, so we headed about 40 miles (one way) to the dealership.When we arrived, we were met with a staff member and we told him we had an appointment with Emily. We were directed to a waiting area while the person went to get her. A few staff members were kind enough to acknowledge us as we waited for Emily. About 10-15 minutes later, another staff members comes up to us and tells us unfortunately Emily has the day off. We then asked to see Justin, and the staff member said no, Justin is not available he then also proceeded to ask us if we were there to look at the used vehicle we called about on the website, in which case we told him yes we had an appointment to see this vehicle today. He then began to tell us that the vehicle was about 2 hours away from their Westminster dealership and it would still need to be transported here for us to look at today. He said we were welcome to wait for two hours if we wanted to see the car today, or they could arrange curbside viewing and would bring the car to our home (which would be another 40 minutes/and miles away, and after sunset at that point, which is not ideal for us to view a used car!). We declined that offer. After a few short comments from us to him about how this was a complete breakdown of communication, we left the dealership extremely disappointed in their lack of customer service, customer follow-up, and overall lack of professionalism. We are also extremely annoyed, and disappointed that not one single person from this dealership bothered to call us PRIOR TO OUR APPOINTMENT to tell us that the vehicle would not be available to us during our scheduled Wednesday appointment. Not one single person apologized to us for arranging to take off work, drive 40 miles one way, to pay cash for a car that wasnt on their lot.It sure would have been great if someone like Emily, or Justin, or the GM would have bothered to call us ahead of time on that Wednesday to save us 1/2 day of missed work and an 80 mile round trip to pay cash for a car that wasnt on their lot. We have since made another purchase for an equally nice vehicle at another (more professional) dealership who values our time and who was interested in our scheduled appointment, cash payment without a trade-in, and our customer experience.
