Had a great experience with this shop. Changed my battery and my radio didnt work. Decided it was time for an upgrade - called several places but they were booked up til March. Could not wait that long so I was glad they offered first come, first serve. I was there at 9am when they opened and the put it in. Up front and the sales guy knew my price range and for me an awesome stereo!

Put a Auxiliary Adapter in my Jeep so I no longer have to here static through the FM transmitter that you buy from the big electronics store. Should have done this a lot sooner. Price was very reasonable and were able to install in one day. I love having an AUX cable in my vehicle.

First time I have ever bought a stereo system and I must say Iam satisfied with the installation considering I wasnt scheduled asap I didnt have to wait no more than a couple days for an appointment,which is why I waited expecting the job to be done right and now I have a new awesome stereo in my car😎. Like anything else you pay for expect to get what you put in to it. I know stereos arent cheap so if you spend the least amount of money your more than likely to get a bunk stereo but if your willing to spend a pretty penny youll have better stereo for your musical luxury,so come with the $tack$.. I would come back because at least I know Ill get Quality Auto Sound.

These people do great work. I have been to them multiple times and every time I leave satisfied. The staff is very polite and it seems like they are very capable and knowledgeable with everything that has to do with vehicle electronics. Would recommend over others.

Took my 2001 Chevy Malibu to get my system installed there great customer servic. very quick. probably the nicest people you will meet there. especially Daniel he really helped me out with making this happen.

I was looking for a particular head unit that is no longer available. Daniel was able to find one at another location - the last in stock. I decided to install my system myself but had an issue with the head unit - nasty ground loop. Daniel was very willing to help me in any way that he could - including offering to switch out for another unit. The install tech (Sam?) suggested that I might try grounding the preamp outputs to the unit chassis. I did this and the problem was solved. The team was very courteous and helpful. I will definitely be back due to the great customer service!

I am very dissatisfied with this store. My husband took our truck in to get a new alarm and first off it took them all day to install the alarm. My husband waited around an hour because he was told to be there and the store was not even open. I understand accidents happen, but when you do not own up to your mistakes it is pretty shitty. We got the truck and the bumper was dented and it had paint scuff marks on it. My husband just bought the truck so we were very thorough and know the dents were not there before. Now we have to put an insurance claim on the truck because who ever drove the truck does not want to admit they messed up.. I highly recommend people to go else where.

Terrible customer service! Misquoted when I first called. Drove over 2 1/2 hours to have them install a viper remote start and they tried to charge over $450 in labor. Talked to Manager and he insisted his guys would never have told me the price I was first told because they were trained to know better. I call B.S. Dont waste your time! Wife found another place immediately after she left who would do the work for $200.

Very disappointed. Came in for a quote on head unit, 2 speakers and a sub box. Was quoted one price. Asked if they could do a little better on cost, maybe 5% or so less due to the amount of coin they were asking for. After waiting a week and a half for a phone call confirming or denying my request I finally made a drive to the store to just go ahead and get the work done for the original price quote. At this point I was told that they would not do the work unless they charged me quite a bit more for the work. And after asking for clarification as to why I was told its because your car is nice and I need to charge you enough to replace anything I might ruin or break. Really? wow. shell shock to say the least. So does this mean they arent qualified to do the work or what gives. Frustrated to say the least.

Only the new guy tried helping the others kept trying to get out of any work. Had a time set up today to have work done and I ended up having to go somewhere else. When the manager of the other store called they lied to even him (their own records proved it). Not a fan of shady dealings like this! Go to a different location!

Came in to buy subwoofer cable that no one else in town had. They had rolls or by the box!Really nice, answered my questions even told me my parts were on sale so saved a few bucks.Not as big as Best Buy or with as many locations as their other competition but their customer service will keep me coming back for more. I need a stereo and an alarm so will be going to Quality Auto Sound on Federal.

Going in with little technical knowledge of stereos, A.J. and Daniel were very knowledgeable about the products and explained them well to someone who doesnt see them every day. Then Lewis took care of the install, and to my surprise, gave me an upgraded model. Definitely would recommend this place.

I just got a stereo put in my car by these guys. The stereo I initially went in for turned out not to be right for my car functionality wise. I need the ability to use Siri to ask for directions and calling duties, the first unit didnt do it. I was not told this feature was not in the one I chose. This was due to a miscommunication between the salesperson and myself. However, after explaining my needs and the issues I had with it, I was allowed to get an exchange for a unit that worked just how I expected! I appreciate their willingness to make me happy. I would recommend going here, but make sure you go in having done research on all of the abilities and features you want the system to do and make sure you talk to the manager for the best communication.

It was aweful! Everything sounded great until I took my car to get the stereo in. The wait was over three hours after I was given an estimate of no more than an hour and a half. When I called to see if it was ready they had just took it in. They didnt seem to care that I was upset.

I paid for a head installation and upon removal of stereo, I found electrical tape. The speakers were not hooked up. The workers also attempted to steal the old unit and new trim. After demanding my shop supply money back, the manager then begrudgingly returned the money. The prices were fair, but the installation was poor at best. The staff was friendly; however, the manager was hostile.

Seriously... Go to the Northglenn location and talk to Pete. That guy has given me nothing but good advice for many years (even when he was back at the Federal Blvd Store). Youre always going to get a good price... and you dont have to deal with the sleaze bags at CarToys! Its a win/win!

Horrible experience! I called, try to make an appointment than by the time i made the 4 mile trip they didnt have time to do it & i would have to come back another day. First time they actually had time to look at car the person who gave me an estimate was completely off in regards to issue & cost. After 4 hours technician found It just needed an RCA cable replacement but of course I would need to bring the car back another day as they didnt have time to do it. I came back twice & was told they did not have time to do it. I will never considered or recommend this place for anything.

Customer service is horrible. I understand that people make mistakes but this specific location was just plain sloppy. My driver side rear speakers were unplugged so only my Tweets,Mids, and my passenger rear speaker worked. The so called professional did not mention anything about the remote that came with my deck. I had to remind him about the remote that he forgot. I called in a month later and customer service over the phone was completely horrible. Robert and Louis were rude, and gave short answers. I will never put anyone through hell by recommending this location, nor will I ever purchase anything at this location ever again.

Way overpriced. I bought speakers from them i found for half price online. I still had them unopened in the box with reciept. They wouldnt take them back. BUYER BEWARE DO YOUR HOME WORK. CHEAPER ONLINE.

I had just purchased a 2015 Chevrolet Cruze and went to the Quality Auto Sound on 72nd & Federal to inquire about options on expanding my bluetooth capability because it only allows for phone call streaming, not media. If there were no options I was going to ask if the quality of the sound can be improved with my auxiliary cord because there is a lot of static. The young man at the front asked a technician who had no interest in helping me. The techs answer was: I dont know and he walked away. I left the store with my questions unanswered and my issues unresolved. I got the feeling like nobody wanted to help. I have money to spend but apparently they didnt want my money that day so needless to say I will never go back again.

I had brought my impala into this location to get a kenwood excelon double din stereo and a Viper alarm as well as the wiring for my subs and amp due to work this process took a few days to complete but upon completion of the 1st day the stereo amp and subs were installed just before I left the shop I noticed my air bag light had come on they couldnt figure out why it came on they told me come back so they could research it so I did and a couple weeks go by street i took it in another time they tried to call my car a salvage car because I have another motor in it which i had informed them about from day one i went to their other locations they couldnt fix it i spoke to Robert Valdez who is just add bad as Louis at 72nd and federal this company refuses to right their wrong they have done to not only me but also my vehicle I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO QUALITY AUTO SOUND these guys are crooks and i will be taking them to court over the matter

Very nice guys and install was great. I took my mercedes ml 500 for a deck and speakers. Now I was not sure about them so I did some shopping around and found that they were the lowest and even got some extras. I was recomended by one of my friends and after reading the reviews I was in shock when I walked in. My install did take most of the day but I wasnt charged a fraction of what other shops were charging me in labor. The manager Mino and Lex were very helpful and friendly. I love my new system. I will definetly be going back. 5 stars for a great car audio shop.
