We bought a pair of $75 Pumas for our kiddo. Within two weeks they were falling apart and unwearable. We returned to store with reciept and met with Megan and Zi. Both of which were managers and incredibly rude; they said they would call their head manager and instead called the goofy mall security and asked us to leave.Their online customer service was awesome, apologized for the store and offered us a full refund. Corporate called the manager at the store to let her know wed be back for our $.Upon returning to the store, the cockatoo manager, Vangie, lied to us and said corporate hasnt contacted them. After a long debate, Vangie appeared with this email that I wasnt supposed to see (with step by step instructions for this return dated the day before we came in). Long story short, my family and I were treated like garbage and the employees there are the rudest in town. Get your shoes at the premium outlet mall instead.

This place has everything! Adidas, Nike, Juicy Couture, Steve Madden, Ugg ect. The employees were nice. The selection was amazing. I found everything I was looking for, they had in store shopping and it wasnt crowded at all. Right now they have a buy one shoe, get one 50% off. For 5 pairs of shoes my total was around $180.I will say that I got followed around by a security guard the whole time that weighed maybe 100 pounds soaking wet while I was shopping which made it awkward and an employee that didnt look like an employee because he was walking around in a no sleeve cut up vest and chains around his neck. I thought he was just some sloppy looking guest.

I was supposed to be an employee there but because of drama I didn’t I was involved in the Store manger was very rude to me, their is some good workers that I know but that manger was rude, definitely don’t recommend to work there 😡

Their selection of shoes is quite large, but my family will never be returning to this store or brand. The staff harassed us multiple times for returning shoes (with receipt, ones that had never been worn ever.) different shoes were in different boxes with different sizes, a nightmare trying to find one type of shoe, the employee didn’t even help us just kinda shrugged us off. Avoid this place unless you want to fight tooth and nail or waste money. Anyone that has special needs or has a disability this is NOT a accessible store. Wheelchair wise, only the aisles are wide enough, if people aren’t in the way, and the counters are too high. And the prices are expensive.

I bought my 4 year old son a pair of shoes yesterday at 4:45 afternoon as a surprise, as he was with my in-laws staying the night with them. I picked him up this morning at 8 and gave him the shoes. At 11AM, I tried EXCHANGING the shoes for a larger size, and was told they cannot exchange the shoes as they were “worn”. The shoes are not dirty, the shoes are not scuffed, they simply do not fit my sons feet and we’re cutting into the back of his ankle. Before any of this could be discussed or conveyed, Savanah made it clear that they do not vary from the terms and conditions on the back of the receipt regardless of the circumstances and because he is 4 years old and wore them out of excitement, they are not exchangeable or returnable.

Good selection and prices. Store is a little in disarray. Boxes stacked around like theres no place to put them. Friendly and helpful staff.

Bought a pair of shoes two days before my daughters prom. Went to return them the day of prom because we found something better and they gave me a hard time because they thought they looked worn. I told them over and over they hadn’t been worn except for when they were tried on in the store. After two managers checked them they finally gave me a refund. They went to put them back on the floor so I told them that the next people that bought them should be warned about buying them and trying to return them as they thought they already looked worn. She said they will clean them and just rolled her eyes. Ridiculous!!

They had a BOGO Sale. I bought 4 pair of summer shoes. All kinds of shoes for every age. Designer shoes as well. They were not part of BOGO however. Socks, masks, cute jewelry were all at great prices.

Would like to give negative star. The staff harasses customers even customers wearing a mask!! Completely uncalled-for rude harassments from staff. Will never spend my money here again and you shouldnt either. Absolutely no customer service here they do not care about the customer at all and make you feel extremely unwelcome.

Last night, I arrived at 7:40pm after looking up their times online. When I walked in, a very grumpy lady holding a dog announced that I needed to hurry because they were closing in 15 minutes. I knew what I needed, so I said thats fine and did my shopping as quickly as possible. There were several shoppers there, so every minute, she would straighten shoes around customers and announce how many minutes were left. At 6 minutes left (we were in line to checkout), she announced to a guy to go ahead and shut the registers for the customers who arent listening. I get that they were trying to close early for whatever reason, but theres a kinder way to go about that. Anyway, I got home and realized the pair I came home with wasnt the right fit, so I came back today. I arrived 5 minutes before opening. As I sat in my car, I noticed the same lady with her little dog (?!) and the guy who rang me up walking out of the store to their cars (10:55am). They put closed signs up on the doors and there are a lot of upset customers standing outside, confused as I am. I wont be back to this location just due to the rudeness and randomly closing whenever they want to. Just stinks that Im going to have to drive 45 minutes away to a location that IS open. I never leave reviews like this, but just wanted other people to know to call before showing up because they may not feel like being open (or nice) when you show up.

This place is hit or miss for me. They carry a lot of off/cheap brands and their nicer brands are usually limited in available sizes. Sometimes, I find what I need, but not often. If youre looking for crazy high stilettos or knee high boots, youll love this place! Selection for medium heels and flats for work is marginal. Service is attentive and helpful.

Bought a pair of shoes for my daughter. Every 3 or so months, we get all our kids and ourselves shoes if need be at this location. My 12 year old daughter chose a pair of vans. Within 24 hours, they came apart. The insole came off, and all the seams gave out. The following Sunday, our next available day off, we attempted to exchange the shoes. No luck. They told us they only exchange shoes that have been worn inside the house, on a “trial basis”?!? Grayson, the store manager who informed of this, didn’t turn out to be a manager at all. Savannah, the actual manager, just didn’t want to take the time. Grayson returned and informed Savannah had approved the exchange. When the cashier asked for approval, that was no longer the case. Savannah asked if I heard the conversion, and if not, I can’t prove it. Long story short, corporate stepped in and with ease approved the exchange. After Savannah had claimed her district supervisor would fire her for doing so. I like off Broadway, good deals. Just don’t visit the Orchard location.

I came out at the door just to grab the receipt from my friend while I was on the phone with one of my nephew to see what kind of shoes he likes, so that I can exchange it for him. Then, the manager with white hair and purple highlights she was grumpy and yell at me “YOU HAVE TO KEEP THE SHOES AT THE COUNTER IF YOU KEEP SHOPPING,” how am I supposed to know with no sign? And I was just there with the receipt. She doesn’t have to yell, but just to inform me for future reference. I told the cashier that I will never shop there ever again due to rudeness of the management.

Some shoes in clearance are zip tied making it impossible to try them on. Ask management if they could cut the zip tie off so I could properly walk in the shoe to which she replied its corporate policy I can put a longer zip tie on the shoe and then you can walk around in it. Im sorry but how many of us actually walk around like little geisha women? I understand the need to keep your shoes paired together and or prevent theft however what I dont understand is why not all shoes are zip tied? I was willing to make the purchase but without properly walking and trying them on it wasnt worth my time or my money. We wont be returning to this shoe store

Best place for shoes. Excellent clearance section, alot to choose from. They have specials like buy one get one 50 percent off. First place I go to when I need shoes. They have never disappointed me.

Off Broadway Shoe Warehouse is the best place to purchase footwear in the metro area - it has a large selection, decent prices, and good sales. This location is the most convenient for the northern suburbs. On my most recent visit, I purchased two pairs at a buy one, get one 50% off sale (which included almost everything in the store). The merchandise is approximately 70% womens shoes, 30% mens shoes. The store is clean, well-organized, and has plenty of helpful staff.

This store had no issue when I walked in and spent $300 on shoes but they refused to give me back $40 of it back on a pair of shoes that were probably defective. Ashley (dh) and her merry band of followers thought it was pretty funny that I wanted to return a pair of shoes that I had worn twice and rubbed horribly on one foot. They’ve lost my business which is probably no big deal to them but it means a lot to me...the customer. Very disappointed!

If I could rate them lower, I would. I know that sounds cliche, but just listen. I went in looking for shoes for homecoming. I saw perfect black boots and got my heart set on them - they were only $29.99. this was great, better than I thought Id find. Then, when I got up to the cashier, she said they were $97. I told her they were listed at $29.99 where they were stacked, so she contacted a coworker. I showed the second lady where they were and she contacted a third person to say they were mismarked and to ask if they had to honor that price. When I returned to the cashier, she said they were $97. Everything in the store was likely mismarked, and they werent even willing to discount for the misunderstanding. I cant express how disappointed I am. I really wish I hadnt bothered going. But, hey, combat boots and homecoming dresses are a trend, right?

So here is the deal my wife and I went to the Orchard Off Broadway shoe store we found two pairs of shoes my wife ask to use the bathroom and was told no its employees only Wow in these competitive market so we left the shoes and left the store! I refuse to do business in that environment!

I was trying to swap a shoe and they had it online but not in the store. Sadly they could get me the online one saying they cant without any explanation. And i had take the shoes that I didnt want. Plus the rep. was not nice or taking rather rude.... Not going back!

Very poor customer service. I made a return and was told I would not receive a refund of my $15 store reward. Store Manager told me I would have to call customer service. I asked if she could handle it, and she told me to wait a minute, then walked away. She never returned to speak with me. Apparently she communicated to her register associate on her radio, as she told me no, you will lose your $15 reward. Have shopped here many times over the years, but will not again. Bad policy and bad service.

Staff was nice, helpful, and willing to order shoes in any size if we could not find what we need.

Absolutely horrendous service. The Orchards location in Colorado was having a BOGO 50% off sale. My mother and I each got a pair of shoes and mine was the lesser amt. The girl at the register couldnt do simple math and decided that my total should be more staying that the computer told her so. Ridiculous. After waiting 20 mins for the manager, the manager found that we were right but said she couldnt do anything about it. I will never stop at Off Broadway again or the new store that a sales girl told us this was becoming. Youve lost our business. Well go to Famous Footware next store first.

If I could have given a negative star I would. The manager of the Westminster store was horrible. I would have spent hundreds a year there but now I will NEVER go back. Really disappointed in this store. I spent 70$ on shoes wore them once and the shoes left huge blisters. I tried to return them and they wouldn’t let me. They wouldn’t even let me exchange them. Had the receipt and box they came in.
