This is an Einstein Bros. Bagel place, I dont know why it shows up like this on google. The drive-though line on a Saturday morning was very long, the length of the row of buildings. I may have gotten slightly quicker service inside, Im not sure. There is definitely a wait! Staff is nice, my reasonably healthy bagel was good. I bet the less healthy stuff tastes better.
It’s decent bagels and coffee/lattes. Yes, you have to wait at least 15 minutes from the moment you drive in to when you get your food on a rush hour morning. So plan accordingly. Remember to be nice, and patient, they probably don’t have a dozen people working to make you bagels and coffee ok?
Terrible service!I’m shocked at how terrible the service is here. I ordered a bagel (toasted with cream cheese) and a regular coffee (not a latte, just a plain coffee). My bagel was ready in 15-20 minutes. I asked about my coffee, they said they were working on it. It took them 30 more minutes to pour a coffee for me. When I left I realized they also didn’t toast my bagel.
Weve been to this location a million times. Usually, things are good, but today my chocolate chip bagel was flat and didnt look fully baked. The strawberry schmear was scant. My daughter and husbands orders were fine. Also, my sweet bagel and schmear always taste vaguely like onions. Makes me gag. Perhaps an everything bagel is sliced before mine? Never happened with the old Einstein franchises.
The staff is super nice! Every time I get avocado toast the avocado only covers like 25% of the toast though lol, it happens consistently

Waited in the drive through line for 40 minutes today to have a completely messed up order. Three bagels weren’t toasted. One was missing cream cheese and they forgot my orange juice.
I go to this location usually three times a week, right at opening. Every once in a great while the egg is slightly undercooked for my taste. But the staff is always friendly, the food is good, and its usually pretty fast unless you get stuck behind someone ordering for the whole office.
Terrible customer service. My first time at an Einsteins and will also be my last. They didnt have my catering order that I submitted 6 days before and acted like it was my problem. Super unfriendly. Never apologized. Felt like no one worked there. The list could go on...save yourself a trip and go somewhere else.
Not good. Got there at 2:30. I know they close at 3:00. However, they had all the bagels put in the back somewhere. So you couldnt even see where they were coming from. I asked for them to be sliced. They were not. I asked for a freezer bags I got one freezer bag and no tie - no way to close the bag. And the bagels are just not good. Wont go back
They close before 3pm. I was waiting in drive thru for five to 7 minutes without response. When I went to the window I was waiting. You can’t see anyone because the stickers block view. So I went on website and called. I was told 3:02 they were close yet the 10 minutes or so could easily have ordered a plain bagel. Frustrated when you need to put close at 2:30 or 2:45 definitely.
Best drive-through bakers dozen Ive found in town, though theres probably a lil mom-and-pop somewhere that would give them a run for it. The bagel sandwiches and coffee are great, too. But please, BRING BACK THE BAGELRITO!!

Don’t go to Drive thru, Its takes forever to get out, and there is no way to escape from that 1 hour wait in the lane for a coffee.
I know there are staffing challenges everywhere but 40 mins to get a bagel using the drive tru is horrible. They really need to fix this as it seems to be a recurring problem based on other reviews!
Came in on Monday May 17,2021 at 2:30pm ordered two boxed dozen of bagel and told the person at the register that we wanted it sliced. But the person at the register did not cut the bagel and only cared about getting off work also going home and not caring for the customer. which is the worst and sloppy service we had experienced with this location.
Everytime I visit this location they mess up my order. Customer service is terrible. All the employees seem like they hate their jobs and dont want to be there. Never visiting this location again terrible service.

Service has always been extremely slow. I thought it was because it had just opened, but its never really gotten better.Orders are frequently incorrect.
The bagels are excellent of course, but Im not a fan of Caribou coffee - I wish the chain still offered Einsteins much better roast. The bagels we ordered came out quickly. Not super warm, but they tasted good. The server remembered to prepare the two cups of water that I ordered, but not the coffee. After waiting about 5 minutes, the first person I asked about it said Itll be coming up without checking anything, then I waited about 5 minutes longer before someone else politely got it for me and apologized.
The staff is very friendly, however, service can be a little slow so be sure you allow a little extra time
Be prepared for the longest drive through wait time even if it’s only a couple cars in front of you. Waited literally over 40 minutes for the wrong order. You’re also trapped in this drive through once you enter otherwise I would’ve just pulled off. I didn’t notice it was the completely wrong order until I was on the highway. I called the store 3 times and no one answered. So I wrote into customer service and also got no reply. Poor customer service and not that great of food or coffee.
No matter what time of day, always fresh, always busy and always tasty!!

I’m here frequently and usually have a decent experience. Some times it’s 5 star and other times it’s a 3. I’d say 4 stars is spot on.

This is not really a Einsteins even though they have Einsteins signs and logos plastered everywhere.Havent been to one in a while because theyre few and far between but I drove all the way up there today to get in everything bagel with tuna. Prices went up again. I tell her my order and she says we discontinued tuna. Really!? Okay well theres very little else to choose from unless you want breakfast basically turkey which I dont want. But went ahead and ordered avocado bacon turkey which is even higher priced than the others, Im sure because of the bacon and avocado which is fine. Also asked for a large Coke. They do not have a fountain only bottles!?Ok. So I get my $8.40 bagel and drive on.Its not on the right bagel. Its actually not even a bagel its some little different kind of bread. Very small. Im going to attempt to attach a picture of it.Never going back to this one.Oh even the chips are smaller.

This place is consistently terrible with service. I’ve given them so many chances and opportunities to make things right but they can’t get it together. Each time I go, I’m in for at least a 10min wait, and that’s if no one else is in front of me. I waited 15minutes the first time, 20 minutes the 2nd time and order was wrong, 15minutes the third time for a box of bagels that were already cooked and needed no preparation! Everyone is standing around, not working on orders or caring about anyone in line. It’s too bad this is such a dysfunctional location, I’ll be driving a little further to make sure I can get an order from people who actually care about my time.
Every other Einstein’s I’ve gone to has gotten my order right the first time.This Einstein’s forgot my cookie the first time I ever went there (today). Harsh over a cookie, I know, but I’ve had it with food chains messing up my orders. And I was really looking forward to something sweet with breakfast.Also, massive scam at Einstein’s. A classic bagel is $1.99 and a premium is $3.29. Adding cream cheese, or any schmear, brings classic bagels to $3.29 and premiums to $3.89. It costs double to add any cream cheese to a classic bagel.
Every time I go into this place my order is always wrong. I never get anything I asked for. I just went in today and asked for a salmon bagel, got a Jalapeño bagel with sausage egg avocado and cheese. Not even close to what I asked for
Once again, I received the wrong bagel on my drive through order. I have received the wrong bagel 🥯 on my order countless times at this location. They usually get the inside of my sandwich right, they just never get the correct bagel and half the time they dont make it thin like I request. Its irritating and I dont know why I keep going back! The girl inside today was very apologetic and had a new sandwich made. It wasnt her fault, she was super sweet. Thats why I gave a 3 instead of a 1.
During my visit to Einstein the girl who helped me was Makayla who was super friendly and helpful. I was unsure what I wanted to order and she gave me recommendations in great detail. She made sure to get me everything I needed and modify my order the way I asked. Even though I had a lot of questions the entire time she was genuine and super patient with me, which I really appreciated. My order came out hot and fresh and exactly the way I ordered. I never leave reviews, but Makayla made a big impact on my experience with such great customer service I have to recommend this location and her as a staff member. So thank you Makayla for making it a great experience because now this is my new favorite Einstein location to stop at.
Bagel wasnt on point very dry hardly any taste with the ham and swiss option. Coffee was ok couldve used and Xtra sugar and couple more creamers. Lady running the window really should wear gloves and change them out after exchanging money just a recommendation as I work in the medical field. She was nice though and polite.
If you want to enjoy a bagel that wasn’t yours this is the place. Been there five times and three out of the five I did not receive the correct order. Don’t go here

Im a big coffee and bagel fan. With a huge selection of bagels and coffee drinks, its a favorite place of mine at least 1-2 times a week. It does have outside seating, a drive thru and can order take out or have your meal delivered. Bon appetit

This location (just south of The Orchard) is very convenient for me, and the drive-thru is a big plus. But the location isn’t available in the Einstein Bros app, which is frustrating.
My bagel was only slightly warm and had almost no sauce and minimal cheese for a pizza bagel. It was sooo dry and pretty gross. Long wait times to top it off. Not worth it.
Togo order missing a Shmear tub for bagels, had to go back to ask again. I hate to check each and every item when I pickup, they should be trustable that they make sure of order.
Awesome. The cleanest and best Einsteins that I have ever been in. Service was really excellent, friendly and fast. Caribou coffee latte was as good as my usual drink at the local Caribou cafe. My spinach/swiss bagel sandwich was one of the best breakfast sandwiches I have ever ordered anywhere.
Tried to buy 12 onion bagels today at 1pm. Was told I couldnt buy the 12 in the basket could have 6 onion and 6 other flavored.she said if she sold me all the onions she wouldnt have any for any one else. Does this make sense? Not sure i will be back.
Waited 45 minutes yesterday in the drive through for one bagel. Couldn’t escape forward or backward. It was the most frustrating hour of my life. I didn’t even receive an apology. I was so livid but didn’t say anything because I just wanted to get the heck out of there.
First time here and I’m very impressed. Their last onion bagel got dropped and the guy was very nice and apologetic and recommended a few alternatives that worked well for my wife’s sandwich. Both our sandwiches were great and we will definitely be back. While eating our tasty food they gave us a free sandwich coupon. That was very nice for a little mistake. Thank you again.
I love this place, and I go there almost every Friday morning. I like to sit outside and visit with a friend. I would give it five stars if it werent for the wobbly tables that could be easily fixed. They merely point to a misfire on attention to detail.
Visiting from out of town and stopped in for coffee and a breakfast sandwich. The coffee was very hot and the sandwich was very good. There was no wait so we received our food quickly. There is seating for about 30 people inside and plenty of parking out front when you arrive in your car.
The last three times Ive been here went as follows. 1: forty five minutes in the drive through and received the wrong order. 2: wrong order. 3: wrong order.Staff has been polite. So thats a plus I guess.Edit: just got a small coffee from this einsteins and every small motion would send coffee flying out of the cup. Even covering both holes with my thumbs, coffee leaked from under the lid, onto my new custom suit and onto our lyft drivers car. If I could rate this place zero stars I would. Get some cups that work einsteins. Its not a new concept.The staff is still polite.
Their reward system and app is extremely annoying. It always logs you out. When you provide your rewards #. They always say, I see your account but I dont see your rewards or points????Really???Wish they would use a scan system like Starbucks not the scam system they use now. Im sure Im not the only one that has issues with their rewards app. I would go more often if they made the system more consumer friendly.They are very slow and always a line. It seems I see a new face every time I go in. The manager/owner must be really difficult to work for. It seems somebody is being trained at the register every time.

I love their hot tea selection. Good coffee drinks too. The only issue I have is that they close too early! Prices are very good.Now that they have Einsteins bagels also, its even better.People working in this position are always very welcoming.

Sometimes I order my food here, and then go across the street to Starbucks for coffee just because it seems to take less time. I love the bagels. Just wish I could drink my coffee with them!
Always a very slow, long wait in the drive thru even if you are the only car in line, endless if there are cars in front of you. Handed me my open faced salmon on a bagel upright(vertical) in the bag, what????? Open faced sandwiches should always be flat everyone knows that without a reminder. Would not recommend this location, you can save a lot of time and have better customer service elsewhere.
The short stocky lady on the register Im assuming was the manager had a very poor attitude towards the customers and the employees made it feel like a very hostile environment next time I see her on the register I will turn around and make my way to Ziggys the person now there are much friendlier and always treat you with respect

I walked in the store about 7:45am only to stand at the counter the entire time for 10-15 minutes while 3-4 employees just were talking walking around and only 1 was actually working the 3 customers before me had just received there food at the same counter I was standing but I take it due to the fact they were Europeans and me being Black and Beautiful is the reason I stood there that long until I finally decided to walk out. Thanks a bunch never spend my money here again.
I am officially fed up with this location. It doesn’t matter what I order, they get something wrong EVERY TIME. Today specifically, I order 2 Ham and Swiss breakfast sandwiches. Good thing I got the receipt because they had one sausage sandwich on there and one ham & Swiss. I corrected him and the guy went and told the line making sandwiches that it was 2 ham and swiss. I get home only to find that they did not correct it and I was given the wrong sandwich. ITS NOT HARD: 2 Ham and Swiss. Are the employees just to lazy to fix their mistakes or do they just not care?! At this point, I’d say both. The employees need to listen and pay attention. In addition, every single time they forget my side of smear. So, check your order before you go, it will be wrong.

I used to come here because I could get a medium coffee for the price of a starbucks small. But now their prices have gone up so now I just go to Starbucks because its more convenient and if its the same price I might as well.

It’s always either the service or food that is disappointing every time I go here. Today the service was good the girl at the drive thru was really nice. But when I got home my order was really disappointing. I asked for a toasted bagel w cream cheese. The bagel isn’t toasted and only HALF of the bagel has cream cheese and it’s barely anything. I always get the same thing so I know this is not normal. Not happy.
Love their coffee. Better price and quality than surrounding places.
Ive been here a few times now. The first time they were friendly and knowledgeable. They suggested I get the rewards app. The next time, they didnt ask me at all about the rewards program, and I missed a chance to check in or get a free coffee.
10:00 am Sunday morning, enter drive through. 10:36 am Sunday morning, finally receive food and leave drive through. I won’t do that again. 🤦♀️
I like caribou coffee and LOVE Einstein so this place is really convenient! I have been through twice and both times the staff have been really friendly. They are still new so there are some hicups...but nothing that wont be fixed naturally in the next few months as they get more staff and get finished setting up. Bagels are REALLY good and I love the breakfast bagels. I have not been in the store so I can not speak to that but so far the drive though has been good!
In line for 10 mins to place order with 4 people ahead of us in the store. Order came quickly ( 2 breakfast bagel sandwiches) but on wrong bagels. Overall poor experience. I think the register person was new so I understand being a little slow. Other locations are much faster and accurate.
Good food.Horrible experiences. I tried this location again,after many years of not going there. Unfortunately, years later the service hasnt improved. My entire lunch break was spent in the drive throught waiting for 1 sandwich. Between having my orders completely forgotten about in person and my entire lunch break waiting in a drive through; it just isnt worth the hassel.
They took forever to take my order was in drive threw for a good 5 minutes before they took my order then went up to pay an waited at the window another 5 plus minutes an no one came to the window so I left

No bagels left by 11:30. Completely unprepared for how busy they were. Seems like if your specialty is bagels, you would make enough bagels.
This was our first time visiting this location, mind you we have been to many of their stores. This one is by far the worst. The woman Jennifer at the register was horribly rude. Not only did she not even smile or greet us when we walked up, and said absolutely nothing when we were at the register. We greeted HER with a hello and a wave, absolutely no response. This is by far one of the most unfriendly employees Ive ever encountered. We ordered our bagels and coffee. We had just downloaded the Einsteins app and werent sure if she needed to scan or not first, and let her know we had the app when she asked for our name, thinking it would show up when she scanned. She never explained anything about the app. When we let her know we had the app, she repeated NAME, NAME, NAME. OKAY NOW I CAN SCAN YOUR APP. MULTIPLE TIMES IN A ROW. I worked at a coffee shop for 5 years and would never EVER treat a customer this way. I am so disappointed for this location, and for the business for hiring such an unfriendly employee. Maybe she was having a bad day but you dont give that vibe to your customers, especially friendly ones who have caused no problems. We will never be returning and will let all of our friends and family know to avoid this location.
Longest wait Ive ever experienced and then my sandwich was cold when it was supposed to be hot. The employee working the window was rude to me and talked back when I complained. Will never go here again!

The coffee was good, the food was ok, the staff were awesome. I went in early June and the air conditioning was so cold you could see your breath, literally. We were all dressed for the beautiful day, and then ended up in Arctic conditions because there was no more outside seating. Anyway, its a fine coffee place but its uncomfortable. Bring a jacket.
I would give zero stars if I could. I have gone here multiple times before leaving this review, and every time either my order was wrong and never even got an apology (everytime!!) or the customer service is just plain out rude. Ive given them multiple chances, but now Im just done going there. I go to the one on 120th and Federal now, and they have always been amazing! I have never had a complaint about that location. If youre looking for good coffee with great customer service go to the one on 120th and Federal. Its worth the extra bit of drive time.
This location puts forth a lot of effort in order to get orders done right and efficiently and that alone is worth the wait. The customer service is great. I would definitely recommend this place.
Place never has Jalapeño Cheddar bagels, green Chile spread for the chorizo sunrise and some of the cashiers need a smile on their face when they are helping other customers out.
The farmhouse bagel sandwich on a jalapeno cheddar bagel is the BEST breakfast sandwich ever!!! The young gal that was working the counter did a great job busy Sunday morning and top of that she was training a new gal Great Job!

This is honest to God the SLOWEST Einstein location in Colorado. It always takes them on average 15 to 20 minutes to put out a breakfast sandwich. Which is ridiculous considering the bagels are pre-made the eggs are already cooked and theyre really just warming things up. The food is always good, it just literally takes forever for them to get the food out.
This place is really good, pretty quick if you step out of the car to the store. If youre doing drive through morning hours wait time is pretty long. Staffs are friendly and nice during our recent dine in. Drive thru to avoid if you dont want to wait during morning peak hours.
One stop shop for the basis of a great breakfast. Order is always spot on!
It was very slow in the drive through and there was not very many cars. When we asked to do two separate orders, he straight up said “no unless you want me to get fired” when we got to the window, we asked to split the cost between two cards and he couldn’t do it based off sandwich prices, he split the cost evenly and responded with “kill me now”
Terrible customer service. Went in this morning to place a catering order for the weekend. The cashier huffed and puffed because she didn’t know how to do it. She then went and talked to someone else and they were either unable or unwilling to help because she can back and said with attitude “well I don’t know how to help you with this and no one else can help”Yeah okay... great job there Einstein 🙄Went to Panera and pleased a similar order for about half of what I would have spent there. Einstein has definitely lost a customer.
Where is this? Coffee and bagels...? Could it be some double headed unicorn dragon? It’s got the look of an Einstein’s bagels but the caribou coffee... but the staff doesn’t even know what a chicken apple sausage sandwich is... too bad, cuz that’s the only reason we went there. Get it together!! Pick already!
HORRIBLE! They cannot manage keeping less than 20 customers in at a time, do not tell customers not wearing a mask to leave or put on a mask, and ignore food delivery drivers because they apparently do not want to fill those orders but not inform the food delivery customers or drivers about it!
Good coffee and food. Good service. Seating area is intimate but a bit small during busy times.
