DO NOT USE THIS PLACE!!! They are unreliable, their customer service leaves much to do be desired, and Robert cares more about lining his pockets than taking care of the customer. They took two weeks do do a simple drive shade job, that couldve been done in a matter of hours.. GO ANYWHERE ELSE!

Ive been bringing cars here for about 20 years. I have never had an instance where they have done work that wasnt well done or needed. In fact just the opposite is true. I had a dealer that is now closed tell me I needed new brake pads and discs when they were installing replacement tires. I found out from Sunrise that I had better than 50K miles still on both front and back.

I called Sunrise Automotive and said we might take a little longer to toe the car to the autoshop, and they were willing to stay 10 minutes after closing to check out what was wrong with the car. By the time I went there, they told me that I would save more money by buying a new battery and theyll just replace it. They also did a service check and, since we were motivated to sell the car, they gave a lot of helpful advice and told me that it would be a better idea to sell the car than to waste more money on repairing it further. So they combined the toe fees and the service check into one easy payment. Not only is Sunrise Automotive a AAA Certified, they are friendly, offer useful advice, and go above and beyond to help our their customers. As a new loyal customer, I recommend this place to anyone.

The only shop Ill take my car to -- Great mechanics, professional, quick, reliable, and will do whats necessary instead of adding on costs.I came in last with an issue with my Driver side window. Before taking it apart they told me what it most likely was and what that may cost (ballpark estimate). After taking the door apart they called me back and told me it needed to be cleaned and reassembled but nothing was broken. They charged me for labor only.Everyone reading this knows -many- mechanics would not have done that. That may be an unfortunate reality, but its our reality none the less.I will always go here. AAA rated, quality work, fair prices.

Best place to get your car fixed! Honest, reliable, & fair!

When you are a dad and you daughter’s car is broken down 3000 miles away you are desperate to find someone you can trust to get it back on the road. I found “Sunrise Automotive” through recommendations on the “Car Talk” website. I called them up and explained my daughter’s car situation to Adam and he gave me a couple of different options. They were extremely helpful and I ended up using one of the tow companies he recommended. The folks at Sunrise communicated with me all the way through the repair and were very reasonable for the amount of time and work done. Not only did they win my business for this breakdown but we have now found a very safe/ fair /reputable place for future repairs. That gives a long distance dad lot of peace of mind. If you are looking for knowledgeable, safe friendly service go with these guys.

Paid $98 for inspection of bad idling, was told problem was I needed new air flow meter, was charged another $375 for parts and labor (prob took half hour but whatever), car stalled on me next day. Not once did they check my alternator which is burnt out. Thanks for nothing guys, take my money and run!

I have been going to Sunrise Automotive for over 10 years and they are the best and they are honest. This time they fixed one of those impossible to find noises that takes common sense and experience to figure it out and remidy the problem. Try them one and you will never go anywhere else.

The first time I used Sunrise was when I was having trouble with my Hondas transmission. It was out of warranty and I didnt want to bring it back to the dealer. Trevor told us that Honda actually extended the warranty on the transmissions. I went to the Honda dealership and he was right. I was impressed since he didnt need to tell me that. He could have fixed the transmission and I would never had known. We bring all of our cars to Sunrise now. I found an honest mechanic and I plan on staying with them.

Not for imports. Triple a recommended but I wouldnt bring my car there. There was alot of cars there and they were busy so they must do decent work. Not for me.

They stayed late to wait for my car to be towed in. The guy that waited could not have been nicer and insisted on giving me a ride home. Car was done on time, done well and the crew were as nice as could be.

When road debris cut my Jettas pressurized fuel line Trevor and Robert saved the car from being a total loss by completing a difficult but affordable inline repair. Wished Id gone to Sunrise first for a routine smog test after driving the car for 10 years in Alaska. Could have avoided paying for a second test after getting the catalytic converter replaced. (Sunrise does both smog test and repair.) I go to them for everything now, even tires. Jeff did a great job on my rear brakes replacement which also needed caliper work. I was consulted at every step, so Im confident this garage only makes needed repairs. It was a pleasure to go to Sunrise today for something as routine as an oil change. Adams friendly efficiency motivated me to follow up with this praise for Sunrise Automotive Repair.

Cant believed it took them more than 30 mins to replace a broken stud..

My Daughters car broke down on the freeway, when the Autoclub guy came to help her, she told him to take it to Sunrise, said we get all our cars worked on there,,,he said,,thats a great place,,they do good work...so it looks like the words out about these guys,,,like I said before,,they are the best around....would not take my cars anywhere else...
