I used to get oil change every time and they take good care of my car.

One of the only shops I trust, and the one that I usually go to because they have many technicians on-site. They work together to diagnose problems quickly and will even let you hang out and talk to them while they work. They may not be the most friendly, but in all the times that I’ve been there they have been right, as well as open to all input that I have which may help diagnose the problem. Sunny is very kind and professional. Idk why so many people say that the crew can be rude, but if you’re wrong then expect to be told, and if you’re trying to disrupt them then don’t expect them to be happy about it.

Sonny is an expert mechanic. His shop is always super busy. Sometimes there is a small wait but they always take care of you and get your car fixed. They speak english and vietnamese.

Our family has been bringing cars here for years. Always good service and fair prices. A slight language barrier, but well worth it for honest mechanics.

Honest advise before doing the job. Not so friendly customer service but will give you quality work!

My dad work here but he is only the one work fast clean and dont waste time on the car I know the owner but he fired a guy because he say your shop is horrible. many workers and my dad has been looking for new place the owner is horrible

I came here to have a transmission fluid change. Mechanic ứa not polite to answer the question. After pay the service, I asked the owner why I didnt have a bill. He rudely answered because no bill for an oil change., then he hung up the phone.

Customer service is not like the dealership and its shocking for some but Sunny is the most honest mechanic I know. First time I came is for a rough running 97 mustang. Sunny diagnosed $200 distributor swap but I ended up paying $75 part and labor for some smaller fix that solved the problem. Sunny guarantee his work so for a couple times I have to bring my car back for the same problem, no extra charge. I trust Sunny for all services my 2012 pilot and 2008 Lexus including scheduled 15/30k maintenance. Im confident buying used cars since I started coming here for service. The dealership is only for free service like recalls and factory defects.

Just called to gather a little information on getting my vehicle inspected for a job. The guy didnt even let me finish talking then he hung up on me. So rude.

Im Vietnamese and I can attest to the owners rudeness. The mechanics are kind, though. They get the job done on all my vehicles and its a little more affordable but you also get snapped at for no apparent reason from the owner. The owner is a lot more approachable to adults, mainly Vietnamese men or someone seemingly made of money. Ive almost had an argument with the owner but since he somewhat knows my dad and has this image of my father being a rich man (since thats how my dad carries himself) he was a lot nicer to me afterwards talking to my father on the phone. I try not to go here unless I really have to. But yeah, some advice, stand firm when talking to him. Theres no reason for him to yell at you for asking a simple question/help. And make sure he knows that.

This place is a piece of shi.t.. I came to replace the spark plug wire for my Honda accord 04. He charges me like 240 buck but 9 months later go back to the same prbs as before. I came back to him and he refuse that and blah blah.........The guy owner of this shop is a stupid fuc.ker. id give this place a 0 star instead.

This place the older uncle corrected so it was a bit slow but also sympathetic, no matter what kaays he had a job.Maneuvering a car is not as professional as an American, but also trying and doing it really hard. Especially the oldest uncle, rounds up to repair his cars. At first, I found the cars to be slow, so I was a bit worried, but when I received the car, I felt very satisfied. Do it carefully.Depending on each persons feelings. Give me 4 stars.
