I first took my car to westminster for service when I lived a few miles away. I now live about 40 minutes away, and would never consider getting my car serviced anywhere else! Ive been to the place on 605 at south st (which is a LOT closer for me) - and Ill never set foot in their dealership again. The people at westminstar have always been kind and informative, glad to answer any question.
After a poor customer service experience with another Lexus Dealership, I scheduled an appointment with Tomas Diaz because he came highly recommended from a friend. I understood immediately why my friend spoke so highly of him. Tomas was extremely kind, knowledgeable, and thorough. He answered all of my questions in length and took the time to make sure I understood everything that my service entailed. Lexus of Westminster is not my home dealership, but I will certainly be back because of Tomas’ outstanding customer service.

Tomas is very reliable, trustworthy, friendly and has great customer service, very professional. Every one I’ve encountered at the dealership is very pleasant and friendly.Scheduling appointments with Tomas is easy as he makes them convenient for me. The facility is nice and clean. We have used the westminster Lexus service center for over 10 years and 4 vehicles. We started out with Tomas Diaz as our service representative and to this day, we always call on him when we need service, have parts needs or Lexus questions. He is responsive, cordial and always goes the extra mile for us. Needless to say, we are big fans of Lexus vehicles and bigger fans of Tomas Diaz. He is an employee that Lexus should be proud to have on their team.
Their service department is really good and the people are really nice. They stick to their price and it is quality work. Now the con is that they advertise that they will pick up and drop off your car if youre getting it serviced but told me they could not do this because they did not have the staff Im guessing they fired them because of covid-19 which is why I needed them. So if theyre not going to perform the service they should not advertise it which it made it very difficult for me to get my car serviced by them. It would be my guess they will lose and have to fire more people because they dont offer this service that they advertise online. Thats my story and Im sticking to it.
Charlie Sarno is absolutely amazing. He is the type of guy that goes the extra mile to help his customers, regardless of how big or small the job is. He’s very nice and very experienced. He knows how to do everything. I appreciate his prompt responses to phone calls, and never leaves anything for the next day. Getting a vehicle serviced at Lexus a Westminster with Charlie will make a homeless person want to buy a Lexus just for the excellent service. Very nice, very clean, and Charlie definitely went above and beyond.

Where do I begin..hmm I come here every 3 months for my car oil change and maintenance. Well. I loved this place. Until the my last visit few days ago. If you are a person who knows the car and how much you will pay around because you go there often you expect the price should be same or near same. This time was different. They told me to sign as usual and it was the same maintenance that I did 3 months ago. When I got the car and went to pay I was due triple more than before. All good. I can pay but I had to ask. Why was the price tripled than before but the gentleman? I guess said only one word. Repeating the same word. You signed. OK. I know I signed but I just wanted to know what was it. The gentleman? Didnt even bothered. Repeating the same words again and again. Trying to fight me as a kindergarden kid? Not sure but felt so confused. Whomever goes here make sure to check all before signing even though is the same maintenance that you did few days a go. Hope this helps and wont happen to others while this financial hardship is going around due to covid19.

I brought my car in for a diagnosis of a minor knocking noise from the interior that I was sure was coming from the sunroof.These crooks charged me $175 for a diagnosis and gave me a quote of $4,690 to replace the entire sunroof assembly and also offered to fix broken fog lights for $200. Having some sense, I declined and was later able to fix the problem with a $57 rubber gasket and found that the fog lights were perfectly functional but just werent plugged in. How can they justify charging $175 when they didnt actually diagnose anything accurately and then have the audacity to quote me $4,690 after making an assumption of the problem? They had my car for three days by the way.Not only that but when I tried to rectify the situation with their customer service manager, Vicky, I was met with nothing but a completely aloof and condescending woman who repeatedly tried to end our conversation because she elected to call me back minutes before their service department closes.I am disgusted with the overall incompetence of the techs at Lexus Service of Westminster as well as the pathetic excuse of customer service and total lack of acknowledging major mistakes, negligence and deliberate exploitation of loyal customers to the Lexus brand. I would urge anyone considering this establishment to go elsewhere as you’d be better off flushing your money down the toilet and doing the work yourself.

My drivers side sun visor needed to be replaced and I found out that the dealer is selling them for about $450 each! I called Lexus corporate and they said that they don’t sell them and the dealer sets the prices. Then I called Toyota and they sell the sun visors for around $250...still to high but more reasonable for the same product.Not all Lexus drivers are rich. It would be great if the dealers didn’t mark up their products a gillion percent.

Customer service is excellent but prices and quality of their work earn them my ☆☆☆( never do detailing, you will regret it, my interior ripped everywhere). About pricing, Longo charges $30 for air filter, lexus of westminster charges $36. The best part is the loaner. I can bring in my old sedan lexus for service and they will lend me any lexus I want as long as the car is available.

We were at Lexus Of Westminster today to do window shopping for our new future RX Lexus, without planning to purchase anything. Our Salesman Michael Huh was so knowledgeable with different model/packages of Lexus and took the time to explained each one to us without pressure to buy. Michael was very honest and upfront with the incentive rebates and offerings from Lexus. It is surprisingly rare to be served by such an honest salesperson and he also took the time to walked us through all the safety features of our new RX350 Lexus to ensure that we would be safe on the road. Prompt and great service. Service rates are lower than most Lexus dealerships. Would definitely recommend. On a side note the service center and the sales part of the dealership are at two different locations. This is the service location.

Master Service Consultant Don Gillian really went above and beyond for me. I broke a custom Lexus cell phone holder. I have an older 2012 Lexus CT 200h. To replace this part would be difficult and expensive. The part is no longer made. I dont know exactly how he did it, but Thank you so much Don. Its little acts of kindness like this that make customers loyal.
I cannot give 5 stars because nothing is perfect. Our sales person Phillip was very accommodating, we felt no pressure to buy, even with a Costco discount pricing there were some haggling to be made. in all a very good buying experience.

I have been a long-time customer and my service rep Tomas has taken such good care of me I wont bring my car to anyone else. Im very particular about the condition of my car and he makes sure that it is clean and ready to go when I arrive. I came here to fix a gas casket leak and the price was around $195. The Lexus at Newport Beach charges around $175 for it. So I got my car Fixed by this place, only to find out that the same problem happened again. A gas casket leak. After that, the same location ( Westminster ) asked me to pay once again to get my gas casket leak fixed. I find it outrageous where I have to pay for a service where the provider messed up on it, and even charges me once again for their own faults. So after this I went to Newport Beach and they told me the casket was leaking because a component was installed incorrectly. I went back to Westminster and the engineers neglected it and saw nothing wrong with it. I have these ridiculous fees to pay off now. All adding up to around $1000. The manager of this location also told me I wouldnt win the case if I were to bring this up in court, or anything. I am angry because I have to pay a hefty fee because of their problems.
I love love love this place! I always get great service and everyone is so helpful. My service advisor Don is great and always makes sure that my car is in good hands. The service manager Todd is also wonderful and no one is ever rude or not helpful when I come here.

Service first! They are fairly quick and offer exceptional service. Dropped off my car Easter weekend, service advisor had told me they are backed up and offered me a loaner. Car was done a day later and they let me keep the runner an extra day since I was busy.
This dealership is fantastic, they always take great care of my cars. I have two Lexus vehicles that Don helps me with. He gets me in and out quickly and at a fair price..
I just had an inexcusably bad customer service experience at the parts department. Tried to return an item without the receipt. They can’t look up the purchase using the credit card, they require the original paperwork. Apparently, if the paperwork had been tagged with my name when I paid for it then they would have been able to look it up in their computer and give me my refund. I have given the service folks here a five star rating in the past, but their inability to let me return a $25 part just boggles my mind.

Great people - way better than Lexus support. Had a warranty dashboard approved more than a year ago, still dont have it. Was just told it could be another year - WOW - I would expect way better from Lexus.

Why do they allow people to come in with no mask and provide them with service as if they are afraid to say no mask no service? Wearing a mask slows the spread and is mandated.
Didnt help me bad service didnt get my car repair I end up paying $800 out of my pocket to fix my car some where else. And when they washed my car they ended up taking one of my vinyl sticker off from my window had to remove it and throw it away never returning here Ill just drive too santa monica better cause is worth the drive and best then other lexus dealers

I have been a long time customer of the Lexus of Westminster Service Department. One of the reasons why I continue to come back is that my Service Advisor, Tomas Diaz. He does an excellent job of keeping track of what needs to be done on my car...the routine things as well as the small things that may come up unexpectedly. I trust him and trust is important when being advised about the needs of your car. If you go there for the first time I would highly recommend asking for Tomas. He will take great care of your car!
I only come here and its further than the other service departments for me. Tomas Diaz is the best. I can always rely on him for his honesty and integrity.
I think this people are a scam. I don’t know much about cars but the fact that I had a VW for 13 years prior to owning my Lexus and had nail in my tire only once and I drove my car double the mileages and much worse neighborhood than I live today. The tire was replaced/ patched up by Costco is a much better deal than having tire replaced at Lexus of Westminster. Every year I have a nail in my tire when I come in for a simple service such as oil change. Suddenly they always find a nail in my tire. It’s beyond believe and I’m sticking with my gut feeling. Watch out people how they double their income here. Otherwise, I’m grateful to take my service somewhere else because we have choices in California.
Excellent service by Lexus as always. They sent a tow to come get me in Irvine and back to Westminster on Friday which took an hour. Only reason they dont get 5 stars is because process are steep.

Got there about 6pm Friday night, they changed out my battery under warranty and had me on the road in less than an hr. nice place, good people, this is the way you should be treated with you buy a high dollar vehicle.

I came up with my 2015 Is 250 today to ask for reprogramming my Key Fob with rolling windows up and down. Seem like they didn’t want to serve me at all, they dont even look at me when they talk to me. They asked $70 for the service which is free in Newport Lexus.Really bad attitude from the people at Lexus Of Westminster. I felt like they are working for Honda or Toyota but a luxury brand name car as Lexus.
I love my Lexus (Im in #4), and I love the Service department at Lexus of Westminster because of Service Adviser, Tomas Diaz. I wont take my cars anywhere else, Tomas is truly The Best. He is knowledgeable, honest and trustworthy. He wont sell you anything you dont need, but if they find something while working on your car, Tomas will consult with you before they do anything. And, he will get you and your car out quick if you want to wait, or give you a loaner if you dont have the time. I have never had any issues after getting my car serviced at Lexus of Westminster with Tomas Diaz; they will treat you like youre their only customer!
Have Lexus SUVs and very pleased with the service. Great service manager Tomas Diaz, Will not come here if not for his trustworthiness as we live approximately 30 miles away with several dealers close to us.One SB dealer tried to rip off my wife with no intention of using remaining warranty but Tomas just did the opposite. That was the only time we found out that such repair still covered with the manufacturers warranty.Will highly recommend this dealership and service manager.

After I took my car for its first 5k miles service maintenance. I thought everything was ok until the following day when I saw the notification message which pop up on the screen that I need to contact them for tire rotation. I was disappointed that they did not complete the services needed for my car that same day which I did not mind waiting for about more than 2 hrs since I opted for a free carwash and as a walk in customer. So I had to drive to different service center the following day which is the Cerritos auto center where I originally purchased my car. Even though the technician told me that I can bring my car to any service center for the first 5k and10k miles. I furious after waiting for 30mins only to find out that they just missed to reset the system. Simple things like this should be check thoroughly coz as a customer that makes us feel concerned or even worried if we read some warning on the screen. After few minutes their customer service called me and ask me about my experience. I told her about it and told me that the manager will contact me but I didnt hear anything from them again.
