Just did some shopping there and was extremely happy with the help I received

Today I purchased a gallon of epoxy primer and catalyst. I was told the incorrect mix ratio. When I arrived home I verified this on PPG website. I went back to refund the extra catalyst and discuss the situation. Instead I got barked at by Kerry Ecker. HE completely approached the situation wrong! I am the wrong person to bark at. I stud up for my self and a argument ensued! Complete bull @#it!!! I will not be bullied by him! PPG will be called in the morning. Beyond poor customer service!! WARNNNG avoid at all cost. They lost a customer of years over a mistake. Stay away!

This business and the parent company no longer have a valid phone number. tried multiple times over multiple days. Keep getting a message the phone number is not valid. Even called FM 1800 number same message.
