I was in last week on my lunch break and the guy that was working barely acknowledged me. As I was on my break I needed to hurry and he didnt offer to help or anything. When I asked him a question he acted like I was annoying him. I ended up not getting anything and wont be back.

The store was very clean, well organized, and had a wide selection. The employee working was nice, helpful, knowledgeable, and made great recommendations. I love that they have products on display so you can see what they are like. I respect that they check the product before you leave to make sure its working and that products are not returnable. Who would want to shop somewhere like this that lets people return things anyway? I recommend shopping here!

Why dont these stores have tinted Windows? If you were walking by with your children or family members you can see right in at the stuff hanging on the walls. I think Ill contact the city the city of westland. Its a matter of modesty that has been lost on our city I do believe.

I bought a toy and when I got home the toy didn’t work so the next day I went to exchange it and the man working barely let me get a word out. He saw the box in my hand he didn’t even say hello he immediately told me “there’s no return policy” and when I went to start saying I only wanted to exchange it he interrupted with “well I don’t know what you want me to do for me you” He was super rude and this had been my first experience at a sex store and it was completely ruined by him. Definitely won’t be back here.

Writing this in the parking lot. 1st visit to this. Was greeted by the 2 guys working the counter telling me if I wanted to come in and look around I would have to take my purse back to the car. Actually had to get stuff for a project and the associate was super helpful and welcoming! Had what I needed without going over project budget. Wide variety of items also.

Was denied entry because I had my wallet with me and he said it was a bag and must be left in the car. I ubered there so there was no car for it to be left in. Plus am I am supposed to come in with the contents of my wallet in my hand? I’m confused. Never heard of a store with this policy. Was really looking forward to spending money had to end up going to lovers lane for the millionth time. Would return if the policy ever changes I guess.
