I personally worked at this location and had nothing but great mentors and leadership. To the employees from the bosses to shop techs working toward helping every customer and really putting them first. Ed and Kurt did a great job running westland location and staying ahead of the hydraulic industry and all in all a great place to work for and to get all your hydraulic needs from.

I have been meaning to leave this review for a few months lol I came to this location a few months ago with A blown out main hydraulic line on a car hauler.1st of all I was very glad that I was able and they had room to allow me to park my truck right behind their location (👍 on that).2nd my Service technician Cody Burmester exceptionally knowledgeable as to what he was doing. This kid was able to replace that line in less than 2 1/2 hours all by himself.I left content and satisfied with the service that was provided buy this location. And the best of all I left without a feeling of being robbed LOL the prices were extremely reasonableI will definitely be back if I ever had a hydraulic issueGood luck to all of you stay safe

Extremely rude man who helped me if you want to call it helped. I surely hope he is not the owner. I cant even describe in words how rude and obnoxious the man was. I am a perfessional in the field and he tried his best to make me feel like I knew nothing about what he does. I asked him to cut the line a bit since his fitting was extra long. That seemed to be too much to ask and he grumbled. When he cut the line and brought it back to me I noticed the end was full of melted rubber. I asked for it to be cleaned so the line does not plug. He shoved the fitting in and said it wont plug. I do not understand why the need to be so rude. That certainly should not be the face of your company if you want return customers. In the end I sort of got what I needed done. Needed a 90 degree bend but for some reason he could only bend it one direction and not the other he said.

Always awesome to work with and some of the best knowledge around. Customer for life. Keep it up guys

Very helpful staff I walked in minutes to closing and staff members were more interested in helping me than going home.

Sticker shock $365 for two hoses not sure if thats reasonable or not, just seems like alot. Not to friendly either.

On Site service is what we usually use and they always show up on time and with the fittings to make our hydraulic hoses for our heavy equipment.Could ask for better service.The Tech knows his job well and is always willing to go the extra step to get the job done

We had one of our aerial lifts blow a line. Trailered the machine to their location. Tech said it would take 2 guys 6 hours minimum at 118/hr per tech ($1416.00), to remove and replace hose in addition, to the cost of the hose ($89.00).I trailered the machine back to our shop, removed the hose myself in 15 minutes, went to Plymouth Rubber in Plymouth for a new hose ($32.00), installed, bled, and tested in under 30 minutes. Major stretch on the labor, and the hose was more than double what it should’ve been. Very disappointed with the lack of honesty, the inexperienced tech, and the loss of what could have been a valuable business relationship.

Worst customer service ive ever had in my life came in to buy something that i had bought 3 days prior came in the first time and they said if i dont know the fitting he wont help me all i wanted was a connecter so i called back after i left and told him i need a 5/8 connecter to connect to another line and he said you just came in right? I told him yea and he said he cant help me he doesnt have what im looking for. So i went and took pictures of what they sold me 3 days ago and came back to show him it and he didnt know what it was and i than asked him if i show u a receipt will you be able to sell me it and he told me yes so i stepped outside to call a coworker i than got a picture of the receipt at 3:50 and tried going back inside and the door was locked so i waited till one lady came out that works there i asked her if she could ask them if they can sell me the part i have a picture of the receipt now she than went inside asked them and came out to tell me that they said “im sorry theres nothing we can do about it we are closed” but it was 3:55 and there schedule says they close at 4:00. How are you going to lock a door on a customer while they where in the middle of trying to purchase something ? Very disappointed in the business.

The hose was way over priced for garbage hose.

My hydraulic hose blew on my scissor lift ...called and brought it in and Duke fixed my hose immediately with great customer service and a fair price.

TERRIBLE, EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE.

They charged me $20 to fix their mistake. Ive had problems with them in the past but gave them another shot. Time to find someone else.
